Today we're traveling toNorthern Ireland where we'll

explore the Giant's Causeway.
It's a place of towering cliffsand crashing waves, and
thousands of these mysteriousstone columns that seem almost
too perfect to be real.
The Giant's Causeway is anatural masterpiece shaped by
time, fire and sea intosomething truly unique.
The ground is covered in hugehexagon-shaped stones.

They stretch towards the oceanlike a giant staircase.
Long ago, people told tales ofa mighty giant named Finn McCool
who built this path, but todaywe know that powerful volcanic
forces created these incrediblerock formations millions of
years ago.
As the waves crash against theshore and the wind whispers

through the cliffs, you can feelthe power and the beauty of
this magical place.
So take a deep breath, relaxand let's set foot on the

Well, find a comfy spot to sitor lie down, Wiggle your toes
like waves splashing over therocks, and stretch out your arms
like the wide rolling cliffs,and gently close your eyes.
Let's take a deep breath in anda slow breath out as we begin

Before we begin, let's matchour breath to the rhythm of the
sea.
Breathe in slow and deep, likethe waves rolling back to the

Breathe in, filling yourselfwith the fresh sea air, and
breathe out, letting go of theof anything weighing you down
like a pebble sinking into thewater.

Feel yourself becoming lightand free, like a seabird gliding
above the waves.
Imagine standing at the edge ofthe sea, looking out at the
giant's causeway.

The huge stone columns risefrom the earth, shaped like
stepping stones placed carefullyby nature's hand.
You take your first step ontothe cool, smooth rock beneath
your feet.
Each stone feels sturdy andstrong, like it has been waiting

Up above, you see cliffscovered in soft green grass
rising towards the sky and, farbelow, waves crashing against
the rocky shore, sending up tinysprays of mist.

As you carefully walk acrossthe stones, you notice how
perfectly they fit together, asif placed here by giants.
Some stones are low and flat.
Others gently rise above thestanding like old stone trees
reaching for the sky.
The wind moves gently throughthe cliffs, carrying the distant

cry of seabirds.
A small puddle of rainwaterrests in a stone's hollow,
reflecting the blue sky aboveyou lean down to touch it,
feeling the cool water ripplebeneath your fingers.
Some say the giants once walkedhere.

Others believe the earth itselfshaped this path with fire and
time.
As you stand among these stones, you can almost hear them
whisper their ancient secrets,Take a deep breath in and, as

you slowly breathe out, feelyourself settling into the earth

Your breath flows like the sea,wrapping gently around each rock

Your heart beats like thesteady rhythm of the tide and

You are peaceful, you aregrounded and you belong to this
place of timeless calm and quietstrength.
And now it's time to saygoodbye to the giant's causeway.

ground beneath you, solid,strong and still holding your
footsteps as you turn towardsthe shore.
The cliffs stand tall behindyou and the stones feel like

And even though you're leaving,you know this place will be here
