Today, we're venturing deepinto the Amazon rainforest, a

The Amazon Rainforest is thebiggest jungle in the world,
filled with towering trees,colorful birds and amazing

animals like sloths, monkeys andeven jaguars.
It has the Amazon River, whichis so long and wide that it's
like a moving road for animalsand people.
This magical rainforest issuper important because it helps
make the air we breathe and ishome to more animals and plants
than almost anywhere else in theworld.

So take a deep breath , relax and let's step into the
heart of the rainforest together.
Well, hello, explorers.
Are you ready for an adventuredeep into the heart of the
Amazon rainforest?
This magical jungle is full oftall trees, playful animals and

soothing sounds of nature allaround.
Now find a comfy spot to sit orlie down, wiggle your toes like
a little monkey, stretch outyour arms like a branch of a big
tree and gently close your eyesand get ready to explore.

(01:53):
Before we begin our journey,let's breathe like the Amazon
rainforest.
Let's breathe in deep, justlike the trees, taking in fresh
air.
Breathe in deep, just like thetrees taking in fresh air.
Now breathe out like the softwind moving through the leaves.

(02:17):
Let's do that again.
Breathe in, filling your lungswith fresh jungle air, and
breathe out, letting go of anyworries.
Feel your body relax just likea sleepy sloth resting in the
trees.
Imagine you're standing at theedge of the Amazon rainforest.

(02:41):
The air is warm and smellsfresh like rain and flowers.
The trees are so tall.
Their leaves make a giant greenroof over your head.
You take a step inside.
Now listen carefully.
Can you hear the jungle?

(03:01):
The birds are chirping, monkeysare chattering and a gentle
breeze makes the leaves whisperall around you.
The ground is soft beneath yourfeet, covered in moss and
fallen leaves.
Everything feels calm, safe andfull of wonder.

(03:33):
As you walk deeper into therainforest, you see a bright red
parrot sitting on a branch.
It flaps its wings and lets outa friendly squawk.
A little monkey swings fromvine to vine, giggling as it
plays.
It looks at you with big,curious eyes, as if to say come

explore with me.
In the trees you spot aslowving sloth hanging upside
down.
It looks so peaceful, justenjoying the quiet jungle.
Off in the distance you hearthe gentle rush of the Amazon

River, where pink freshwaterdolphins swim and sish leap from
the water.
Now let's take a deep breath inand, as you breathe out, feel
yourself becoming part of therainforest.

Your breath moves like the windin the trees, your heart beats
like the soft drums of thejungle and your body feels light
and calm, just like a leaffloating in the river.
You are safe, you are peaceful,you are connected to the magic

of nature.
So now it's time to say goodbyeto the Amazon.

For now, wave to the parrot,wave to the monkey and wave to
the sloth.
Listen one last time to thepeaceful sounds of the
rainforest and slowly step backto the edge of the jungle,
feeling grateful for thisbeautiful place.

Take one last deep breath andlet out slowly Wiggle your
fingers like tiny jungle ants,stretch your arms like tree
