Demons operate from two alternative positions:
1. From outside the body
2. From within the body If they operate from outside, we must resist them (see James 4:7; 1 Peter 5:8–9)

Can a Christian be influenced/ infected by an unclean spirit? Better question: Are there believers who are influenced/infected by bondage, fear, addictions, heaviness, jealousy, and pride?
7 Reasons for Believers in Bondage
1. Pride
2. Ignorance –Don’t know they can be free.
3. Unbelief- Don’t believe they can.
4. Fear – Afraid of demons or how it will look…what people think. Some Other reasons people will not be free:
5. A spirit is interfering with their mind or body.
6. They aren’t ready to submit an area or situation.
7. They like the influence.
Holy Spirit is our comforter. Our God is our security. Any other “False Comforter” not only does not work, but becomes an idol:
