Aisha is an author, heads up her namesake business strategy and consulting agency, Aisha K. Francis and is also the founder and executive director of Project: Restore FIBI (Families Impacted By Incarceration). In 2020, Aisha was named as a recipient of the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women awards and she continues to broaden her commitment to advocacy, community engagement and leadership through mentorship and various board directorship roles.
