In this episode of Misinformed Well Intended Roberto and Elise define their versions of self-care.   How do YOU define self-care?  Roberto thinks it doesn't need to be defined or labeled and believes that he doesn't practice self-care, but more lives life.  Elise on the other hand truly believes that self-care is important, especially in helping her deal with her anxiety.  Both believe that whatever you decide to call or not call it, it is important in dealing with life and taking care of yourself.   In How Was Your Week This Week they're both late getting ready for Easter.  This weeks Favorites are McKenna's highchair and Trader Joe's (again) for Elise.  Elise also corrects herself by adding more people to her support system.

I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before.
