There's a lot going on in this world from gun violence, police brutality, wars, sex trafficking, and the horrible ways we treat each other period. However, the one thing that is constant is that many of us are dealing with some form of depression. Many of us especially in the black culture don't always have an outlet or a person to speak to in such times of need. I am here to encourage all of you that may be going through something to reach out and grab someone's attention before it is too late. You do not have to struggle in silence... You are not alone!
Please take some time to take off your shoes, take off your socks and walk in the grass to ground yourself. Remember that you are loved but more importantly, it is time to truly love yourself! ❤❤❤
