Speaker 1 (00:01):
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Mission Men
podcast brought to you byMission Media Group, the Mission
Men podcast.
The podcast literally aboutnothing and literally about
everything, Literally aboutanything in between.
I don't know if you guys cannotice, but we're actually live
on video.
We're not live.

(00:22):
We recorded this two weeks ago, most likely three weeks ago,
four weeks ago or five, six, seven, eight, but we got some
awesome video today.
So thank you, John, for settingthat up man, You're welcome
sweet.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
Branden.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Look at this, look at this.
This is sweet little Branden.
We're on poker, light above usand everything.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Yes, it's great Blackjack.
I'll take a four.
There you go.
Is that what you do inBlackjack?

Speaker 1 (00:42):
I don't gamble.
I gamble my life away.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Oh, I forgot.
I'm not freestyling, it's adifferent upcoming episode.
Oh, stay tuned for that.
I might be giving some vocalsout.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
So, ladies and gents, we just want to take a second
and say thank you.
Thank you so much.
We just so appreciate hearingyour guys's feedback, your
comments.
We just appreciate just thelove that we hear from you guys
and how you're listening to thepodcast and how you're enjoying
it.
We just want to keep doing this.
It's just.
It's a lot of fun.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
I mean, I don't know for sure, I'm having fun.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Yeah.
So we about 20 minutes ago, Iwasn't.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Okay.
So, John, why aren't you havingfun 20 minutes?

Speaker 2 (01:18):
So I got asthma and I got it bad enough to where I
actually had to take my inhalerUm, and so I think the reason
why was that when I was a kid Iwas allergic to um dairy
products.
Okay, I'll try and speed thisstory up, brandon chill out.
All right.
So I was allergic to dairyproducts.

(01:40):
Real deal, good drink of milk.
I would get asthma, me beingthe smart college Harvard
dropout that I am.
I went to the farmers marketthe other day and got like raw,
fresh milk straight from a cow.
Wait, wait, wait, wait.
You're allergic to dairy.
You don't have to sum it up, Iknow what I did but I've been
drinking, but you got the wholemilk you can find straight from

(02:02):
the cow, straight from the cow, nothing in between.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Nothing could go wrong.
That's not.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
There's literally cow poop on the glass bottle.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Okay, we didn't even know that.
Okay, I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
Um, so, anyways, that's how dairy it is.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Yes, more than dairy anything.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
So that I took this, I took the coffee and or, sorry,
sorry, I took the milk and Iput a ton of it into my coffee
last two days for a latte it wasfire.
Then I also got the chocolatemilk.
So anyways, I've beenoverloading my system with
really straight, healthy dairystraight from the cow.
And then I come over here and Iwonder why I got asthma, and I
think that's why.
So now I'm drinking terrible,uh concentrated coffee from hell

(02:42):
, and it's supposedly supposedlyit's supposed to help me and
loosen up my chest and help mefeel better coffee straight.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
So is it is it helping?

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Um, it doesn't taste like it is, but I mean you know,
I gasoline fuels a car, but itdoesn't taste good.
What?

Speaker 1 (03:05):
An analogy.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
I'm not sure if it works.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
Okay, so thank you, john, for taking over the intro.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
You're welcome.
You go ahead and do your spiel.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Okay, spiel, but no, so we just want to say thank you
guys.
So please keep coming with theemails, the comments and, yeah,
suggestions as well, if you guyswant to hear our take.
For whatever reason, you wouldwant that to happen on any
specific subject.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Why would they ever want our take?

Speaker 1 (03:32):
I don't even know why they're listening, or watching
Paul.
So, yeah, we just want you guysto be a part of it and we're
just so thankful that we get todo this and we love being with
you guys.
So again, prayer requests, comments, suggestions, whatever
we want to hear it.
So we got a great episode today, so we're gonna dive in about
the subject of manifesting whichis a very hot topic, a buzzword

(03:56):
, right it's a big hit Hit aspiritual sound effect.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
Oh, I don't have one.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Like a wind chime or a necklace.
Yeah, just give us.
Yeah, press the button, MaybeI'll go.
Oof, Okay, there we go.
That works.
That spiritually lifted me.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
So we're gonna dive into that in just a second and
kind of get John's take on that, because would you say that's
more of like a Gen Z thing?
Definitely Okay, because.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
I don't think this word was ever really used up
until the last three years maybeyeah.
But it's definitely a TikTokthing.
It's definitely something thatyoung people and honestly mainly
women, young like 20 year oldwomen TikTok brain people.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
So what you're saying is women are to blame, yeah
they manifested some crap.
Okay, oh, hey, no, no, we lovewomen.
Oh, we do, I will.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
What?
Okay anyways.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
Rephrase Well, I mean , we're straight.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
Well, we are, we are, we are, we are.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
We all you know, thrive, so anyways Okay.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
I'm gonna go and take over.
Okay, I was gonna continue mydefinition of men Brandon take
over, okay, so all right.
So, but before we get to that,we had an interesting situation.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Great An interesting day today.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
A very interesting day, yes.
An uneventful event no, it wasvery eventful it was very
eventful.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
So we actually kind of need to check up on John here
a little bit.
So, johnny boy, let's see.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Well, okay, that's weird.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
So we were in the process today of opening a bank
account for our Business, sponsored business, and if you
want to help bring some moneyinto that account, that would be
great.
We love you.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
Yes there you go, nice little plug.
So we were doing that.
And, john, please don't say thename of the brand.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
Yeah, don't say the name of the brand.
Don't say our account number.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Okay, no, three, four , no, do not say anything.
Yeah, do not say anything.
Two one, two, one Penguins.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
And so we went in there.
And so if anybody recently hasopened a bank account or a
business, account.

Speaker 3 (06:01):
All three of us had to be there All three of us had
to be there, correct.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
So we show up there for our meeting.
We're ready to go.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
Set time 30 minute drive.
It was a set time, 30 minutedrive.
Yeah, she just said.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
Mileage Gas money yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
So we get there and everybody's on time, we're good
to go, we're ready.
And then John stopped rubbingmy feet, that's really that's
not good.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
I couldn't resist.
I looked down and did go ahead.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
How okay, I'm going to sidetrack for a second.
How do you get anything done inlife in general?

Speaker 2 (06:34):
I mean, how many times have you texted me to post
?
That's your answer.
That's hilarious.
No, no, I'm just kidding.
I get some stuff done here andthere but, continue your story.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
All right.
So so we get there.
We're putting all ourinformation.
You know, everything's goingsmooth.
She says hey, can't give usyour IDs.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
Give us your IDs, absolutely we hand it over, no
problem, shout out super nicebank lady.
I'll remain nameless.
Yeah, she was great, she wassuper nice.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
Put up with a lot.
Oh, my goodness she she?

Speaker 3 (07:06):
what did she say?
The shenanigans today at thebank.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
What did she say?
She said like we're the mostentertaining group.

Speaker 2 (07:11):
But, she's had all day.
She's had all day.
Yeah, probably in a long time.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
So so John slides his license over to the lady.
She looks at it and John's.
I want you to tell me what shefound on your license.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
So first of all, she found a really ugly picture.
I looked like someone who gotpulled over at 3am for narcotics
, okay.
But on top of that she lookedat it and she went through and
put in all the information, gotit's all set up and ready.
I was about to sign stuff andthen she was like um, by the way
, oh, uh, you're, you're, you're.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
Don't, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it.
I know I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
Uh, but she told me.
She looked me in the eyes andtold me the most painful
statement ever.
She said that your license uhhas been expired for four months
and so you've been in drivingillegally for four months and
didn't know it True, Paul.
True.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Okay, so, and so let's back up and say what this
means for four months.
So, john, so obviously wecreated a mission media group.
All three of us did together, and so, as of today, john has 0%
of the company and the company.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
Zero present.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
I am basically a bystander and I mean but there
was a reason why because wecouldn't open the bank account
with you.
So we basically had to open thebig account between Brandon and
I.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
It's kind of a lawsuit and we took we had to
take a hundred percent and wehave to go back to the bank and
cut you back in.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Right.
So, John, how do you feel aboutwasting my time?

Speaker 2 (08:46):
Uh well, I offered to pay.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
It didn't work.
I'm sorry, okay.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
Well, I wasted everybody's time.
I showed up and my thing wasexpired, but the good news is is
I'd rather be at the bank withyou guys and behind the bars
with Big Bad Benjamin trying toget bonded out.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
But here's the thing.
You know what I'm saying.
You didn't know your thing.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
Cause I could have gotten arrested, you didn't know
, and then my license would havebeen expired.
And then, all of a sudden, pastor Kid John is all over
Wilson.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
County.
Oh wow, yes, yes and then yousee my mugshot.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
What do we do Then?
There's no mission media, because then I'm expelled from
the group because I committed acrime.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
Right, right.
Well, they couldn't open thebank account because you had to
commit it a crime.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
But the history is checkered as it is.
I'm just kidding.

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Let's not dive into that.
So so you really didn't knowthat your bank, your license was
expired?

Speaker 2 (09:38):
No, I had no clue.

Speaker 3 (09:39):
But you know, you did know, I did know, yeah.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Yeah, my, I had no clue is just an excuse to try
and make myself feel better.
But here, yeah.
So my girlfriend Lexidefinitely told me at least
twice Before and you ignore hertwice.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
Well, apparently yes, paul.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
That coffee's hitting , but yeah, I.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
All right, so I think the best yeah, go for no, I was
sorry.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
I didn't want to call her.

Speaker 3 (10:06):
I think the best plan of action.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
I gotta tell her first, yes, lexi needs Justice,
because that woman did the rightthing.
She told you, she warned you,she warned me twice.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
So I think you need to pay the piper dude.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
Let's pay the piper.
What the heck does that mean I?

Speaker 1 (10:22):
don't know, but once you just call her, let's call
the piper, let's call the piperand let's see piper.
I wonder what she's gonna sit I.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
Can't wait to show.
I have to show you the mugshot, too, that I took of myself show
it on the screen During thispart, so we're gonna see his
mugshot.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
Yeah, so you'll put it up there, so, john looks to
FaceTime or call.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
We'll do a call.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Yeah, just see, let's do a call.
Oh, calling yeah.
So yeah, for those listening, john's got the phone.
He's putting up to the mic.
There we go.
We're gonna get Lexi on thephone here turn it up.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
She's all the way up oh.
Oh, call fail.
Well, you know your service notmy service, your service.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
You're not connected.
Go back.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
I'm gonna do the Wi-Fi.
Are you gonna use the Wi-Firight now?
Yeah, no, you're not.
I am.
No, you're not.
You can't be.
Can be a face.
I'm audio and here we go.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
Is that working yeah?

Speaker 2 (11:11):
Hello, hi sweet, Can you hear me?

Speaker 3 (11:14):
Don't ask.
I can hear you, yes so can allthe other people in the world.
Yep Paul, the whole world canhear you actually.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
All of mission men podcast you're on the podcast
live.
Do you want to say anything toyour mom or Anyone important in
your life?
Toran Wells her mom doesn'tlisten.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
No, okay, no, it doesn't listen either yet.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
Well, I'll explain to her why you're calling.
Okay yeah, so why are you?

Speaker 2 (11:44):
calling you know how earlier I said I would probably
call you on the podcast tonight.
Yeah, so today when we went tothe bank don't name the bank,
because I told you what the bankis but when I went to the bank
we went to set up the businessaccount and when we got there,
we're all.
First of all, we drove like 30minutes to get to the bank, had

(12:05):
all our paperwork and stuffready, we had our IDs with us
and then I pulled out my ID andshe started working on my
account and stuff and got it alllike set up.
And I was about to sign thingsand and then she looked at my
license.
She was like, yeah, yourlicense is expired.
It's been expired since October14th of last year.

(12:25):
So do you remember the timesthat you told me to make sure
that I go and renew my license?
Yeah, I said that you should doit for your birthday party, but
hey, he didn't.
He didn't listen to that, andand I didn't listen.

Speaker 1 (12:42):
Oh, how many times did you tell them?

Speaker 2 (12:47):
Probably about like four, four.

Speaker 3 (12:50):
Oh, the story gets better.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
So you're turned down time with your girlfriend so
that you could still have anexpired license?
Yeah, I could have been.
Okay, see, wow, she's got yourback.
Oh, I know I make.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
She's protecting you.
Okay, I don't ever call likesee babe, that's cringy, but I
call her sweet.
I think couples that call eachother babe and baby is just like
it just feels off why, I justdon't like it gives me.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
I literally heard Paul's wife just call him.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
So you have to be over 50 to call you under 30 and
you, especially if you're justdating, I think, if you call
each other baby, it just feelstoo weird to me and I'd want to
explain that why do you knowwhat I'm?

Speaker 3 (13:48):
saying Alexi, you explain it I.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
Think that you should probably stop talking about it,
because we have a lot of peoplethat we know that say that.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
I don't care.
Have you met John?

Speaker 3 (14:04):
All right, well, thank you.
Thank you, lexi.
Thank you, Lexi, love you.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Say goodbye to the podcast.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
You're so cute baby Bye babe, I hung up, all right,
all right.
So first of all, Lexi is sostinkin sweet, she is you found
a good one, john.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
She is an angel, that's so awesome, yeah, um okay
, so did I really just say she'san angel Can we cut that out?

Speaker 1 (14:39):
No, we're not gonna.
That's, that's staying in forsure.

Speaker 2 (14:42):
That's hypocritical of me, why people say baby, oh,
she's an angel, yeah she's yoursweet angel.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
Okay, moving on, talk about me in the gym, okay, so,
anyways, yeah, so we.
John is not an owner or part ofthis company until as of this
moment as of this moment, so wewill get that.

Speaker 3 (15:03):
Yes, I have been booted.
You'll be back in the circle oftrust circle of trust.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
Dang well, I mean to be honest.
How can we trust someone thathas a?

Speaker 3 (15:13):
you know, yeah, it's fire drivers, yeah exactly like
I said.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
I'm just glad I'm not in jail right now.
You know, instead, I got asthmaat Paul's house and I'm
drinking the worst coffee of mylife, having a good time with
the boys.
There you go.

Speaker 1 (15:24):
I mean, does life get better?

Speaker 2 (15:26):
I mean, I may not have a share of the business,
but whatever what a better wayto spend Friday night.
My mug says misses on it and Ihad the option to choose mister.
No wait, this says missus.
Oh, I'm just.
Today is not my day All right, all right.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
Here we go so.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
John, I keep it on track, all right, so I just
pulled a Paul.
So John has failed severaltimes today, and that's fine.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
It is what we all fall short of the glory of
Christ.

Speaker 1 (15:57):
And John doesn't war off.
Thank you, thank you, good savePaul.
There we go, all right.
So I've seen a couple videos onyou know kind of perusing
Instagram and stuff.
I don't I'm not on tick tockbecause I'm not insane me
neither.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
You're actually not on tick tock eating.
No, I've not been on tick tockfor maybe four or three years.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
And I'm guessing you're definitely not on tick
tock Paul actually have anaccount, do you really?

Speaker 2 (16:22):
the most unexpected, me and Brandon.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
I re-explain it.
I have an account because fromthe artist side in the music.
Oh, okay so I set one up,literally two, three weeks ago.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
Well, business speaking, tick tock is like one
of the best.

Speaker 3 (16:39):
If you want to get your music heard, that's no 100%
so when the record?
Drops.
I have the.
Yeah, you got it Well it's.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
I've heard so many stories of somebody that makes
like a beat or a production orsomething and it gets you know,
catches traction, goes viral, and then all of a sudden
Atlantic Records is calling them.
I mean it's, it's crazy.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
Well, even on the shortest side of that.
So you know, my daughter Nicoleshe's she's recorded some music
.
She recorded some music backwhen she was in college.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
We shout out her name so they can listen.
Nicole, right?
Oh yeah, Good idea.
Okay, so she recorded somemusic.

Speaker 3 (17:13):
She recorded an EP and two singles back in 2018, 28
I think I was 2018.
Mm-hmm.
So, speaking of this Exact samething, she had a song.
She kind of forgot about itbecause on her, her Spotify,
mm-hmm.
When the record came out, shehad, you know, seven, eight,
nine, ten monthly listeners.
Mm-hmm, maybe she had maybe ahundred streams of the whole

(17:37):
thing.
She wasn't thinking anythingabout it.
Tiktok picked up the song ifyou didn't even have any idea.
Yeah, they started using thesound.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
Really yes.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
Whoa, she went from in the last three months.
This all happened in the lastthree or four months.
She went from those 10 orwhatever monthly listeners.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (17:55):
She has 34,000 monthly listeners right now what
?
The song and the song is havehas over 100,000 streams now.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
And four months On Spotify, on Spotify, no way.
Yes, that's a glory of TikTokright there, though.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
I mean that all started with TikTok, yeah, and
then it picked up from there.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
Whoa, if I can tag off of that.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
No, I'm just kidding.
I'm just kidding, go ahead, you're good.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
I don't have a percentage of the business.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
No, yeah, I can't say you actually have zero percent
of the business my opinion

Speaker 2 (18:22):
doesn't mean that, but anyways, Lexi made 10 cents
off of TikTok last week.
Wow, let's go and she didn'tput her music out, she just put.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
I mean there's power in that platform.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
Yeah, I mean really, she just like takes videos of
herself every day and just makescontent, and then eventually
she'll make some money off of it.
Same when Nicole, the more sheposts and stuff like that, and
she does it.

Speaker 3 (18:45):
She posts stuff, but it wasn't even that.
It was her sound from her song.
I just need time.
That trended, that trended yeah.
And people were using it andthen now she is in the country.

Speaker 1 (18:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (18:58):
That is she's where all this is happening.
Is Indonesia that?
Is so 34,000 people are all inIndonesia.
What?
All listening to her music fromIndonesia.
That is wild.
I can't think of 100,000streams over 100,000 streams.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
I'm trying to think of the type of food that would
be over there Indonesian, yeah.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
I would think.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
It's kind of like made me the Polynesian sauce at
Chick-fil-A it has an AsianPolynesian, it has an Asian in
it.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
No, that's not it.

Speaker 2 (19:26):
Bussanese Ha ha, ha, ha, ha ha ha.
Speaking of Bussanese really.
Since the last podcast, Iactually grew a mustache.
So now that we have a video, you guys can see this mustache
and rate it a one through 10.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
So drop that in the comments down.
John John Brandon Brandon, thatwas the worst segue.
First of all, how is that evenrelated?

Speaker 2 (19:47):
What it wasn't I just no.
I kind of stopped listening tothe tic-tac thing at one point
and started thinking aboutpointing out my mustache.
Okay, so that's so narcissistic.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
That's terrible.
I was literally just gonna saythat.
I mean not the well, you saidit better than me.
But like how long were yousitting there thinking, okay,
when can I bring up my mustache?

Speaker 2 (20:07):
So people can notice, but whenever I finish talking
about the 10 cents thing fromLexi, that's when the mustache
thing came up in my brain, okay.

Speaker 1 (20:19):
Well, this podcast so far has been awesome.
If you're still listening, weappreciate you.

Speaker 2 (20:25):
And thank you.
That's always a blessing.

Speaker 3 (20:26):
Thank you for staying with us.
Yes, but there's some goodcontent here.
No, but now we're 20 minutes infolks.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
Oh wait, really, I feel like I've been talking for
three minutes.

Speaker 3 (20:34):
No, we're 20 minutes in.
Okay, okay, we gotta get movinghere.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
John, stop, stop talking about your mustache.
Okay, so manifesting, so TikTok, that's kind of how the whole
thing came up.
So, john, in your bestdescription, how would you
describe manifesting?

Speaker 2 (20:52):
Like I said, it's something that's definitely come
up in the last like three years, and it's only become relevant
from predominantly 20s teenagefemales.
I think.
Some guys use it, but I wouldsay those guys couldn't lift a
15 pound Dumbo, and so thephrase manifesting is basically

(21:13):
the secular version of faith.
Okay, where, like I'm gonnamake a hundred.
This is an example.
I'm like a hundred K this year.
I'm gonna manifest it insomething like that, like I'm
manifesting a hundred K thisyear, or why don't you just pray
.
Well, some people don't go thatroute, and people's opinions and
views and biblical stuff is allover the map these days.
However, sometimes they'll sayit in a way like this, or it'll

(21:38):
be like it's givingmanifestation.
Have you ever heard people?

Speaker 1 (21:42):
say it's giving.
I have heard that phrase, sowhat does that mean?

Speaker 2 (21:44):
Like what's the so the phrase it's giving, followed
up by whatever it's giving word.
I don't know who made that, butagain, 20 teenage year old
women, tiktok.
So anyways, yeah, females andTikTok.
Oh okay, apparently this isanother good discussion.
Side note apparently sayingfemale is offensive to some

(22:08):
women because when you sayfemale it to some people it
makes them feel like what Womenand to my response to that is, I
mean I would say male.
It's just sometimes femaleflows off my language a little
bit better, but I don't mean itin a degrading way and I'm just
it's-.

Speaker 3 (22:29):
Why does it matter?

Speaker 2 (22:30):
That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
Yeah, well, thanks for bringing that up.
Anyways, fair enough.

Speaker 2 (22:37):
I did totally trade topics Manifestation, manifest
back on track.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
So you said you're glad, or what was the phrase
that you said I'm givingmanifestations?

Speaker 2 (22:47):
No, it's giving manifestation, it's giving Okay.
So what does that mean?
So another example of how youwould say it's giving is like
that hoodie, it's givingbachelor.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
Okay, well, that's true, you manifested correctly.
Yeah, okay.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
But so that's how someone would say that is it's
or this coffee.
It's giving gasoline.
Okay, so it's giving the vibeof that's what.
That's what it means Giving thevibe of yeah.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
So what is the aspect of it?
Cause you know, I've heard somepeople say, like it's them
speaking it or it's like thembelieving it.
Like, in your opinion, like, what does?
What is it Like?
Is it speaking what you believeis going and speaking it into
existence?
Speaking it into existence?
Yeah, okay.
So that's part of it, yeah, okay, and then believing for it.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Yeah, it's just without the Lord.
Let's just speak it intoexistence.
Let's just manifest it.
That's just how it is for them.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
Yeah, so pretty much my interpretation is like
they're taking a biblicalprinciple.
Principle Right, and they'rejust twisting it pretty much.

Speaker 2 (23:56):
Yeah, faith in their own.
It's more of the worldly, theworld view of, like I said, the
secular, secular version offaith.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Yeah.
So I guess, instead of puttingfaith in God, they're putting
really faith in their selves.
I guess too, because they'rethe ones who are they're
manifesting, they're manifestingRight.

Speaker 2 (24:14):
And I think there's some spiritual things not
spiritual in a good way, likespiritual in a dark way- Okay,
that follows some people whofollow manifestation in a big
way because I thinkmanifestation, I could be
completely wrong.
This is where I need Isaac, myfriend Isaac knows all this
stuff like the back of his hand.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
However, I think you want to call.

Speaker 2 (24:33):
Isaac.
If we did, he would be on thephone for 10 minutes probably.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
Let's call him.
But my phone, my phone's Sure, why not let's call him?
I want to hear his take ofmanifestation let's do it.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
My phone dies, it dies.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
Yeah, Isaac is.
What is he?
21, 22, 23?
.

Speaker 2 (24:48):
He's 23.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
Okay, yeah, he'll be 24 in November 5th.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
He was born in 2000.

Speaker 1 (24:54):
Look at me.
Wow, good friend, okay, callhim Isaac.
Yeah, so Isaac is a great guy.
We all know him.
Yeah, he's super smart anddefinitely let him know that
he's on the pod.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
Definitely need to do that.
I think he might be at the gymor in the sauna right now,
though.

Speaker 1 (25:09):
And if he's in a sauna.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
He's probably witnessing to somebody who
causes more than you've everheard in your life.

Speaker 3 (25:16):
Show you.
This is so, is really live.
We're calling people.

Speaker 1 (25:20):
Yeah Like cold turkey .

Speaker 3 (25:21):
We're actually doing this, but he's not answering.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
This is this.
One is not scripted.
I didn't tell him earlier.
I'd call him.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
Yeah, we did tell Lexi this might keep spelling.
Yeah, turn it off before it.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
Does the number Turn off, turn off, turn off, leak
his number.
Everybody starts spamming him.

Speaker 3 (25:36):
Everybody call 615.
Yeah, right, right.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
Right, okay, so really, like I said, I think
it's just interesting how I'mgoing to get the Google
definition, yeah, how the worldis taking, because we know that
the Bible says that there'spower of life and death in the
tongue, right?

Speaker 3 (25:55):
Yes, so we know that there's power in the words, that
we say Be careful what youspeak, because there's power in
the tongue Exactly.

Speaker 1 (26:00):
And I think one thing that John's dad says a lot that
I really love is that our wordsare used to should not be used
to describe life, but to designour life right.
So there is power in thingsthat we say Right, yeah.
So it's just interesting howthe world it's just.
I mean, that's what the Biblesays.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
Would you say it's more of a Gen Z thing like a
younger thing.

Speaker 1 (26:25):
Yes, for sure yeah, Because have you.

Speaker 3 (26:27):
It's also Paul I really I mean in terms of
Biblically, faith in the church.

Speaker 2 (26:33):
I've heard about it.

Speaker 3 (26:34):
Of course, yes, of course, but no, not in the fact
that you're going to manifestsomething because, poof, there
it is.
Right Not without the Lord.
I mean I do yeah.

Speaker 1 (26:43):
Yeah Well, and also it seems very self-driven,
selfish, I would say.

Speaker 3 (26:51):
Oh, it's just the me, me, me, I think.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
Yeah, right, right, and obviously, and again, god
wants us to be blessed, right,he wants us to have things, and
obviously the word says if it'saccording to His will, we ask
and he gives it to us right.
So you know.
So it's okay to want things orto pray or believe for things.

Speaker 3 (27:09):
And He'll give us the desires of our heart.
I mean, that's the cool part.

Speaker 1 (27:12):
Right, right, yeah, exactly so.
We delight ourselves in Him.
So I think it's important, youknow, it's just really
interesting to me, wow.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
Get it out, get it out.

Speaker 1 (27:26):
We're good.
Oh, there you go, we are.
You're giving.

Speaker 3 (27:28):
You sure?

Speaker 2 (27:29):
Throat laszancher it's giving.
I need to give you a throatlaszancher.

Speaker 1 (27:34):
Yeah, I just threw up in my mouth.
Look, that was the devilinterrupting that flow.

Speaker 3 (27:37):
Get back into that flow, get back into that flow.
Yeah, yeah Tell him who's boss?

Speaker 2 (27:40):
And let's hear that message you got Come on.

Speaker 1 (27:42):
No, that was it.
Preach, preach.
No, that was it.
No, you were in the middle ofit, he was giving us sermon.
No, that was it, man.
That's all I had.

Speaker 3 (27:48):
That's all you had.
I don't remember what I wassaying.
Well, I got the UrbanDictionary.
What does the Urban Dictionarysay?
So Curious?

Speaker 2 (27:55):
A practice in which you're expected to think about
what you want A?
Practice, make it crystal clearfor yourself and have the guts
to repeatedly ask for itWhenever format you see fit.
It's complete, it's completelyethical.
Oh, if it's completely, completely ethical or in your
best interest to get it, you'llmost likely receive it.
Really, urban dictionary, wow.

Speaker 1 (28:19):
Where's Jesus and all of that wait, hold on hold on
my question.
Well, yeah, my question is whoare you?
Asking Like what, what?

Speaker 2 (28:27):
the light, that says the energy within you.
Oh, okay, well, that makessense, no okay, yeah, no, I can,
I can track with that.
Yeah, absolutely I understandwhy people will become an
atheist, for that stuff makessense.
Oh yeah, totally get it.
There's sound logic behind it.

Speaker 1 (28:41):
Yeah, so I think it's yeah, so I think we, as
Christians, I think it'sHonestly, I think it's a great
opportunity for us to witness topeople, because it's like, it's
like listen.
What you're doing has alreadybeen done.

Speaker 3 (28:57):
Right, let's show you how to do it the right way.

Speaker 2 (28:58):
Yeah, there's there's a real danger to that too,
because if you get into that tooheavily and you start to Try
and pull from a spiritual source, oh sure.
Spiritual doesn't point to theHoly Spirit right.
Then you start tapping intostuff and you try to get
spiritual, but you you enterthat dark side of spiritual you

(29:19):
get more than what you asked foryou get more like.
so I guess I won't say his name,I guess, but a famous podcaster
Was talking about somethingkind of like this and they were
going back and forth about Godand if he's really real, mm-hmm,
and he was like well if he'sreally real, let me encounter
him this week, like let me letme experience him this week.

(29:42):
Mm-hmm, bring some signs.
And the dude who was talking tohim about God and how it really
was, he was like Careful whatyou asked for, because you've
been living in sin.
And if the way that you'reasking for God to reveal himself
it may not look like what youwant it to look like.
Because at some point inpeople's lives when they're so

(30:04):
deep in sin and they're so deepin rejecting Jesus?

Speaker 1 (30:08):
yeah.

Speaker 2 (30:09):
That can then look like.
Well, I've tried to show youthese many, many signs before
you got close to the cliff.
Mm-hmm but now you're reallyclose to the cliff and it's not
gonna take the good, happy signsto show you to walk away from
the cliff, mm-hmm.
It's not gonna show you thegood signs that Jesus is real.
It's not gonna show you thelove.

Speaker 1 (30:27):
It's gonna show you the fear of God, because the
fear of God is real well, and Ithink that's interesting because
you know that person probablyup until that point has had
Chance after Love of the Lordfrom right lots of people.

Speaker 2 (30:42):
You know he's definitely had people give him a
hug, what you know.
All these different things,right?
So now that he's so close tothe cliff.
What happened was in that week?
Don't fact check me, but a lotof bad stuff happened that week.
One thing that happened was hegot into a wreck.
His bank account got hacked.
He lost three friends.
He lost like a hundred grand.

(31:03):
Someone stole something fromhim.
He had the worst week.
He got sick and everything.
Wow and so for the people outthere who might think that the
Lord brought bad stuff upon him, that's not what happened.
What happened, though, is hewas so close to the edge of the
cliff and didn't want toacknowledge that he was right
there.
Mm-hmm that when he said showme, jesus is real.

(31:25):
Well, he just what.
All he asked for is that toreveal that how bad his life
already was, right there on thecliff.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
Well, and how much he needs Jesus.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
Right, he needs Jesus exactly because at a certain
point, like I said, those goodthings that come into your life
and temp.
He's already got money, he'sgot cars, he's got a you know
fame, whatever that's a goodpoint.
So the good stuff isn't gonnadraw him to Jesus.
What's gonna draw him to Jesus?
Oh my gosh, I need Jesus, otherwise I'm gonna die.

Speaker 1 (31:52):
Yeah, right, right, that's what he found out, that
well and people that are thatsuccessful Sorry that, people
you know that have that level ofwealth and all that kind of
stuff.
They don't need more goodthings, right, they need to be
shown.
Oh my goodness, I'm a person, because I think what you get
when?

Speaker 2 (32:08):
exactly that point.

Speaker 1 (32:09):
It's like I'm above humans.
It's like, yeah, nothingaffects me, I've got money, I've
got whatever you can controlWhatever you want when you got
all that money and stuff.

Speaker 3 (32:17):
So you think you can worry about, you think you're
correct, right, right, paulspeaks from a place of.

Speaker 1 (32:29):
Yeah, we actually tried to get Paul's bank account
information today, just to youknow, see how much he's rolling
just to support the.
That's awesome, but no, I thinkit was a really great
discussion.
I think everybody listen.
We'd love to know your thoughts, your comments about that, if
you've experienced anybody thatdoes that, or If you do it

(32:49):
yourself.
You know we pray that you finda much better solution.
Yeah doing that because it whatyou're doing has already been
invented, it's already been done, it's been perfected, it's just
.

Speaker 2 (33:01):
You know, you're just trying to take somebody else's
take on it rather than rightyour creators take yeah, and if
on it, like to be real, like ifyou're dealing with that thought
process or a family or friendmember is dealing with that
thought process, I mean, hit usup, send us a, send us an email
or comment or something, andWe'd be more than glad to pray
over that.

Speaker 3 (33:20):
And if we can't tell you to stop, but we can also.

Speaker 2 (33:27):
You know we want to help redirect people who could
be.
Lost in that because, like Isaid, if you get too lost in
that rabbit trail, yeah youmight find yourself in something
that's Slightly irreversible orthat you put yourself in.

Speaker 1 (33:43):
I could see Paul getting an email and like, hey,
I'm in this manifesting thing, all these weird things, how do I
get out of it?
His response just stop, juststop, that's it, yeah, stop.

Speaker 3 (33:54):
It's go right for the practical, yeah, right for the
product, that's literally.
The word literally would bebefore absolutely literally just
stop twice literally just stoppeople tell me, I say that word
a lot literally you literally do.

Speaker 2 (34:06):
Do I literally?
Say that literally, essentiallyhe does.
And then he says essentially.
Do I have any iconic words orphrases?

Speaker 1 (34:13):
or am I just special?
And on the spectrum, you justsay a lot of them, you say a lot
of different, you say a lot ofwords.

Speaker 2 (34:18):
Yes, I don't have a filter that gives me enough
common words.
No, I probably start saying thesame that I've noticed.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
But well, I think it was a really good discussion,
guys.

Speaker 2 (34:28):
I enjoyed that and I think yeah, yeah, I'm a rapper
up actually all out of coffeenow, so you're gonna wrap her up
, john.

Speaker 3 (34:36):
Oh, yeah, right.

Speaker 2 (34:37):
Oh man, I don't.
Just make something up okay, thank you for joining me.
Make something up, go for it.
So, guys, you know, don't eatthe pistachio ice cream it has

Speaker 3 (35:07):
No, I'm 62 out of all of us in the first place, oh.
Oh what no one's, 62.
Oh.

Speaker 2 (35:13):
My dad's 62.
I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (35:15):
Okay, you need a redo on that one.
Here we do.
I failed Not only do I havezero percent of this company.
