There has been a lot of discussion surrounding congestion pricing here in the NY/NJ Tri-state area, as NYC prepares to vote on a plan to implement congestion pricing to reduce congestion and bolster mass transit use. So what exactly is congestion pricing and how will it impact New Jerseyans? Carter Rubin earned his Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he focused on transportation, land use, and parking. He has written a number of publications on the future of mobility and has been a guest on Colorado Public Radio, Insider, Marketplace, and Streetsblog USA, among others.

The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
