Marilynn has been with Cartus for nearly three decades and has had several key positions in the global talent mobility function. Her experience includes leading global client engagements, Consulting Solutions, and Global Implementation organizations. She is currently leading the global Cartus Insignia strategy and the account management supporting small to mid-sized programs. 

Tracey Rennie

Joining Cartus in 2002, Tracey Rennie, VP, Global Talent Mobility, has provided industry leadership, trusted guidance, and innovative solutions to many key Cartus clients over the years and leads Cartus’ LATAM office in São Paulo, Brazil. A global leader, Tracey is committed to creating value for clients.

As Director, Global Mobility & Consulting Solutions and with more than 35 years' experience in the mobility industry, Terri joined Cartus in 2005 and leads our global consulting solutions group. In her role, Terri supports Cartus’ global talent mobility teams and is responsible for developing and overseeing global client initiatives in the areas of HR and talent technology solutions, program benchmarking, policy design and writing, and group moves.  

Kristi Lund

After experiencing expatriate life in France, Kristi, Director, Strategic Business Solutions, has spent her career dedicated to supporting organizations with their global mobility programs in multiple capacities, including service delivery, account management, operations, consulting, and implementation. Holding a GMS designation, Kristi is skilled in bringing creative solutions to unique situations, approaching each organization’s goals with customization and compassion.
