In this episode, we welcome Meghan Leahy. She is the On Parenting columnist for The Washington Post, a certified parenting coach. and author of an Amazon Editor's Pick titled Parenting Outside the Lines!

Meghan's passion was born out of her epic power struggles with her two-and-a-half-year-old daughter while she was pregnant with her second. She had run out of ideas and felt angry, frustrated, out of control, fatigued, and deep down, very scared. Her years of training have taught her what good parent/child connections look and feel like and that we can only change ourselves - NOT everyone else. She calls herself a heart-centered parent coach in a data-driven world.
