This week we are talking about some very popular topics, including sugary cereals, the BRAT diet, and spreadable butter vs. real butter. We talk about how to handle sugary cereal and some tips and tricks to making sugary cereal no big deal to kids. Then we go into the best diet for when you or your child has a stomach bug and if you should be following the BRAT diet or not. At the end of the episode, we compare six different plant-based spreadable butters to regular butter to determine which is the best option.
