I give you the green of the dayand I'm explaining the Y of
this episode.
Hello Christ, about to sinagain.
I said I love you to that man,but I ain't feeling him y'all.
(02:20):
That song is catchy as fuck.
And the way that one lady fromthe duo always has her purse in
the video.
Mwah, chef's Kiss, it's givingblack girl magic, it's giving
moobish.
Get out the way when I comethrough, run through, especially
when you add you are made ofsugar, spice.
Conic-a-lon and cinnamonconic-a-lon yeah, cause some
(02:42):
people I saw on TikTok didn'tknow how to pronounce that word,
nor do they know what that wordmeans.
But those that know, especiallyduring the summertime, you know
what conic-a-lon is anyway.
Ironically, I wrote half ofthis episode script a week or so
ago.
I prefer not to talk about popculture cause I drop twice every
other week and it might not betrendy anymore about time I get
(03:06):
to it.
Plus, I can always talk aboutwhichever subject I want to in
my leisure works well for me.
Well, today I would talk aboutbody.
Ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary,
ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary, ary.
That's sort of on trend due tosome people talking about black
women's bodies see Sunday'sepisode.
In any black gossip social mediaaccount.
Enjoy Black business.
(03:31):
I highlight a black business tobring awareness and my
experience with said business.
Unless I say it.
It isn't a paid ad.
I am open to paid ads, but Idefinitely want to highlight
black businesses.
There's enough money for all ofus to get it.
Miss Kimmy Kim, owner of TeamHealthy and Curvy.
I met her some years ago at mylocal Nerd90Miffy's Tena Key.
(03:53):
She talked about her why inlosing weight and how she is
doing it naturally and healthy.
I instantly followed herbecause of her realness and her
being bottom heavy like myself, and I don't mean that in a way
to sexualize her or anythinglike that.
Okay, just keep listening,it'll make sense.
I'm so used to people losingweight and showing the end
(04:14):
results, not the in between andthe possible ebbs and flows, and
usually they are not curvy likeme.
I'm considered a pear shape, small waist, hip, hippie,
bootylicious and saving lifewith these thick ass thighs.
Miss Kimmy Kim, in a respectfulway, like I said, is curvy and
during her journey a little overa decade later, the curves are
(04:35):
still curvy Again.
I can't remember seeing manyfitness models or fitness
instructors with the regularbody.
They either got muscles fordays or a critique which would
make me get nervous.
I loved when I had my musclesy'all, but I didn't want to lose
my body shape.
Look, I ain't no dietitian,nutritionist etc.
But I assumed that it would goaway.
(04:56):
My family and Sir Mixolot bothsaid I will not lose that butt.
Miss Kimmy Kim has a websitewhich, yes, I will share in the
show notes.
Here is her about me.
My story has been hard to tellbecause it wasn't pretty.
Some parts of your life areembarrassing and you rather
gloss over them than betransparent.
(05:17):
But my God will get the gloryfor what has happened in my life
.
I'm a single mother of twowonderful girls.
I came into the world offitness and nutrition because I
was desperate to save my lifeand live for them.
I want to empower women to knowthat if I can do it, they can
too.
I was an emotional, mentally andphysically abusive marriage.
(05:39):
Due to that shame, I became arecluse.
I ate through my shame and pain.
At that point that I gatheredcourage to step on a scale.
My weight had skyrocketed to282 pounds.
After an experience that I wasunsure I would live through, I
ended the marriage.
I was having many complicationswith getting out of breath
quickly, Also had pain in myknees and joints.
(06:02):
This is when I found out that Iwas pre-diabetic.
I saw what diabetes was doingto my father and I decided that
I wouldn't live like thatanymore.
October 10th 2011, I juststarted walking.
I said, no matter how far I go,that I would commit myself to
30 minutes a day for three daysa week.
What I found out is that Icouldn't even walk a mile in 30
(06:23):
minutes.
I kept on and I pushed myself.
I began to walk further and forlonger distances.
I didn't have a gym membership,but I had a week, so me and my
daughters would play the MichaelJackson experience and just
dance for hours.
I started watching what I ateas well.
Over the next couple of months, the weight started to come off.
I then became addicted to theresults.
(06:44):
I started kickboxing lessonsand I fell in love with Zumba.
By October of the next year, Iwas down by 90 pounds,
completely done by working outand eating clean.
On her website which this is nowme talking, but on her website
she shares her healthy recipesand they look good y'all,
because a fear of mine, and minealone, is seeing healthy food
(07:06):
that doesn't look appetizing tome, which is so weird in this
society, how the healthy stuffjust it's giving this is what I
see on TikTok something alongthe ways of it's giving my food.
It's this healthy food, youknow what I'm saying, like
salads and stuff like that whichI love myself.
A good salad from McAllister'sokay, not McAllister's, I'm
(07:29):
sorry.
Oh, my gosh, that word escapesme.
Damn it, boothane.
Love of my motherfucking lifegot me getting Jason's deli.
There we go, okay, okay, so, um, so I like their salads, but
you know what I'm saying and Ium is that sometimes the healthy
food, just for me and me alone,it doesn't look as appetizing.
So I'm like, why would I eatthat?
And if you're not versed inmeal prep and Kimmy Kim, for a
(07:52):
fee, will share her meal prepe-book with you, and I recently
realized that it's better for meto follow people talking about
food and let me see how theycook the food.
Um, because I started to talkabout on my kid, my TikTok, but
basically this Korean Americancreator.
Her name is Suji.
Yeah, she shared her love forher Korean food and it looked
(08:14):
good to me and I started orientordering the Korean dishes from
local Korean restaurants and Iwanted to start buying the
ingredients to cook it at homeand because it was some of the
stuff I'm not super familiarwith, watching her Cook it in
that brief amount of time kindof helped me figure out what to
do and stuff like that.
Now I've tried to cook Jalof.
(08:34):
I like Jalof but I Can't cookthat.
In my Nigerian friends theytalked so much mess about me or
whatever on one of these manyThanksgiving, so I think I
talked about that before.
So, like for me, I'm hellahesitant and stepping out my
comfort zone of trying to cookfood or whatever.
Because for me the Jalof rice Idid that on my own.
(08:54):
I didn't watch a video on.
Now Almost any other type offood that I'll watch.
I don't need a video, but butsome stuff that's like, I guess
not something that I normallycook.
Yeah, I need a video for that.
Okay, and so Don't feel I sayall that long-witted stuff to
say don't feel like you're lazyif you get help when it comes to
healthy eating.
(09:15):
I think accountability workswell when you watch somebody who
, with their words and actions, like miss Kimmy Kim, shows you
how she did it and let you knowthat you can do it too, which I
think is phenomenal, and stuffcuz, like I said, for some weird
reason sometimes Societycommercials etc Will show the
pretty side of whatever is youwant to do and not the work that
(09:37):
comes behind it.
So I feel like some peoplealways want the quick and fast,
easy way.
But y'all again, you know I'mnot nutritionist or anything,
but I, whole Harley, believethat it it's best.
And if I miss speak on this Iapologize, but I thought they
like if you lose weight too fastand that could be why your skin
Sometimes people skin can lookkind of sagging and now you have
(10:00):
to have an operation in orderto lose weight.
I don't know how that stuffgoes, but anyway, the whole
point of what I'm trying to sayis like please, please, please,
do not think that you're lazy oranything like that and that you
can't do it, because miss KimmyKim shows you that you can and
she even will show you her mealprep, sometimes On her IG.
Now I don't know if her IG isprivate or not, um, so I may or
(10:22):
may not share that on the shownotes, but I will definitely
talk about her website.
I have some more things to talkabout her, okay, so, um, back
to speaking about me and I hateto make it about me when it
comes to talking about somebodyelse, but it it flows with what
miss Kimmy Kim is doing.
So I'm speaking for me again.
I become uninspired.
Think about food on my own, because if I continue to eat the
(10:44):
same thing, it's get, it getsboring to me and I'm kind of
like nervous to try to.
Well, I want to step out mycomfort zone, obviously, but
sometimes like if I likesomething, I kind of
overindulging it too much, butlike sometimes it's just
difficult for me to be like oh,I have chicken or whatever, what
can I cook with this?
And then I'll go online and youknow that helps, versus me just
(11:05):
being one of those people whocan be like okay, let me open up
the fridge, I have chicken, Ihave chicken broth, oh, I know
what dish I can make.
My brain doesn't work like that.
So I like the imaginativepeople to help me.
Before I end the segment, talkabout Ms Kimmy Kim.
She also talks about rockingyour natural hair, self-care
with herself, gardening inaffordable fashion, especially
(11:27):
with supporting black businesseswhen she can.
So she is very multifaceted anda regular person like the rest
of us and no shades to other, but it's the down earth for me.
Okay, who do?
Who do I talk aboutspirituality more specifically,
who do whenever possible and howit shows up in our daily lives.
(11:51):
Y'all many me recentlyconsented to have an alter and
wanting to practice, who doy'all?
I'm so happy for her embarkingon this journey with me.
Cause, who we Lord is difficultvenerating the entire line, so
low dolu, you know what I'msaying.
Granted, other family memberscan venerate their ancestors
(12:11):
without an alter.
However, I'm the only one, tomy knowledge, that consistently
venerates my honorable andenlightened ancestors, like I
told y'all.
So I am so flipping and staticto have help and have her
wanting to embark on thisjourney.
I think this is a good time tosuggest in parentheses and I
know, like, why am I saying inparentheses, but in parentheses,
(12:35):
cause you know I ain't going totell you what to do unless it's
a safety purpose Okay, endparentheses Suggest ways you can
venerate your ancestors, createan alter and definitely protect
it.
I encourage you to talk to yourhonorable and enlightened
ancestors to see what they want, cause you know it's all about
them, not about you.
But at a minimum, y'all, please, please, please, protect your
(12:58):
alter and venerate yourhonorable and enlightened
ancestors that want to work withyou, just like that, like you
have to cause if you have afamily member cause I'm speaking
for from experience that youvenerate.
If you have a family memberthat venerate their ancestors,
to don't be surprised if y'allhave different ancestors on that
alter.
My many mean eyes share onehonorable and enlightened
(13:21):
ancestor on our alter together, but she has another honorable
and enlightened ancestor that isnot allowed on my alter but it
is on hers and you know y'allthat made me so emotional and I
didn't know how to comfort her.
She wasn't very close to thatancestor but was closer to that
one than I was and she felt sounworthy to venerate that
particular ancestor.
(13:41):
So I told her you can help healthat ancestor, but I'm not
going to force you to veneratethat particular ancestor.
Alright, an ancestor alter canbe big or small depending on
your space and your comfortlevel.
I have a traveling tin alterthat's the size of a big ass
altoid.
Can I also have a permanentalter that's medium size?
(14:02):
I also want to let y'all knowplease don't show your alter
with the world.
People could try to attack itand we don't want that.
I will talk about protectionlater in this segment.
An alter can be a cloth on afloor or on a structure, like
you know a small table, kitchentable, you know whatever or you
can just go to your localgoodwill and try to get
(14:23):
something that's like any kindof structure Let me see a
dresser, drawer, nightstand ordresser itself, things of that
nature.
Did you know that your body canbe an alter too?
Sometimes I pray and dedicatemy food, before I eat it, to my
honorable and enlightenedancestors.
If I don't want to put on thealter, due to it being the
summer and the gnats and fliesbe appearing out of nowhere, or
(14:45):
if it's something that you know,if it's on there for too long,
because I might put it on forlike a day or two, it just
depends.
But you know, sometimes if youhave food that's on there too
long, it could have a certaintype of smell.
So, like sometimes, I'll start, like I just said, just praying
and dedicating it to them togive them the ashe, aka the
energy.
You can also have an outsideancestor alter.
(15:07):
Sometimes I will go to mybackyard and pour out libations
in honor of my ancestors.
You can put biodegradable foodknowing that it can go back to
the earth, or you know flowers, because, again, when it comes to
giving offerings to yourhonorable and enlightened
ancestors.
It doesn't have to just be foodand liquor, it can also be
flowers and stuff.
(15:28):
So you know, flowers arebiodegradable.
I think that's the word I'mlooking for.
But yeah, it goes back to earthbasically, yeah, yeah, yeah,
that's what biodegradable means.
Oh, my gosh, y'all, I'm sorry.
Sometimes I have blunt quote, unquote, blunt moments of brain
freezes.
So you know, knowing that itcan go back to earth.
So if you feel weird orwasteful with throwing your
ancestors food away or noteating it, like I said, you can
(15:50):
put it back in your backyard oryour front yard or whatever like
that and let the earth or, youknow, have these other animals
and stuff take care of it.
So you know the circle of life.
Okay, on the altar it can bebasic as water and a candle,
names and or pictures of yourancestors and altar cloth or not
(16:11):
, because I have an altar clothand some people say that you
should have a particular colorof your altar cloth, and I've
had.
I've had one that's white clothbefore, I've had one that's a
mixture of colors, becausesometimes at least, I can't
speak for everybody, ancestors, but at least with me, my
ancestors, especially in thebeginning, they were pretty
(16:33):
understanding with me, givingthem certain things that I
already had.
So it depends.
You have to obviously talk tothem, but you know, an altar
cloth is a good thing to have.
If you don't have one, you caneventually get one and stuff,
okay, and I want you to rememberthat most likely, whomever they
were alive, they are on theother side.
(16:56):
I assumed everyone was holy andwanted to work with me because I
was descended of them, y'all.
I was so fucking wrong.
I'm gonna work with you for theenergy aka the ice shade that
you give.
You give them and not want tofuck with you.
Hence why some of us call on avariation of our ancestors.
We'll call them honorable inlight, love and light, ancestors
(17:18):
that want to work with us,ancestors that love us.
You know different variationsof that so that we can be very
specific because, again, I don'tknow where you are in your
stage of the spiritual journey, especially who do that.
Oh, you gotta be specific, okay.
So keep that in mind when itcomes to honoring them.
Again, don't be like me,because I'm telling you all
(17:39):
these suggestions that I'mgiving you is from the things
that I did.
So it's kind of like one ofthose things.
Please don't do what I do.
I did all that stuff for you soyou can know what not to do.
And speaking of pictures, Idon't know if I said this before
in a previous episode, buty'all, if you do an ancestral
altar, please make sure that allof the pictures on there these
(18:01):
people have long gone andthey're not alive.
So, like, for example, if youhave a picture of you and your
grandma and clearly you arealive, don't put that on there.
Okay, cut it if you need to, ortry to find a picture of that
particular family member bythemselves, or if it is a
picture of them, make sure ofthem not so low.
(18:21):
Make sure everybody that's inthat picture they're deceased as
well, and if you're going to dothat, make sure that they're
honorable and like, want to workwith you.
It's really best that you don'thave anybody on that picture.
If you decide to have picturesof your honorable and like
ancestors, just have them bythemselves.
And thanks to technology becauseI don't know about y'all, but I
(18:43):
know my grandma, as I sit onanother episode, has pictures
and pictures of us.
So there has to be somebody inyour family and you can take
your smartphone or your tablet, take a picture and then print it
out on your own or go to yourlocal store to print out these
and then that way you can have apicture of them.
You know it's technology, sothese are different ways, but
(19:05):
please, please, please,non-negotiable, make sure that
the person is deceased.
Okay.
So, anyway, when I'll phone ortangent, but I just filtered in
my spirit that I need to telly'all, okay.
So here's another thing If youhave a picture or a name of
someone that's not supposed tobe on your altar because you
know they're not healed yet, oragain they're not supposed to be
(19:26):
on there, not because they'renot healed, but for whatever
reason you will learn soon youcan probably ask your higher
self to determine who can orcannot be on there and then go
from there.
I'm pretty sure I said this, but if I did not, here I am
repeating myself.
Okay, so clearly, it'simportant.
I had a couple of honorable andenlightened ancestors, or so I
(19:47):
thought that they were there, were on there, on my also, with
their pictures and stuff, and so, yeah, eventually, time had
passed, where I felt today, myspirit, that something was going
on with my ancestors, but Icouldn't place a figure on it.
So I had Pamela, which is mymentor.
I had a reading and come tofind out.
She said that, hey, you know, you have some ancestors that's
(20:07):
on your altar, and she didn'ttalk to my ancestors, but she
was just saying from herexperience that you could have
ancestors that's on the altar.
That's not supposed to be thereand of course they're not
obligated to help you.
But some of them don't mindhelping you and some of them
will like help a descendant thatyou know that's still their
baby or whatever, like that.
(20:27):
But you know it's supposed to belike a give and take type of
relationship.
You know, in a nobody is usingeach other.
But what I'm saying is you know, hey, I'm venerating you, can
you help me?
You know a give and take kindof relationship and not just a
one sided thing.
And so if you have a pictureand or name, like I said, owner
of an honorable and enlightenedancestor and they're no longer
(20:48):
honorable and enlightened andyou have them on there, they
will still receive that energyand again they might make the
relationship one sided, wherethey don't want to fuck with you
and that might not be what youwant to do.
Again, who knows, maybe peoplewant to miss, not miss, but have
ancestors that are a littlepity and they want them on there
and that's fine or whatever.
(21:08):
But me I just try to keep itvery simple.
You know what I'm saying.
So I encourage you, like I justsaid, to talk to your higher
self, because sometimes andagain you might not have to ask
your higher self to help youfigure out.
You might know internally, depending on what your spiritual
gifts are, or your ancestorsmight tell you, but you know
your ancestors are human and somy ancestors had told me that
(21:30):
they didn't want to say who washonorable or not, and so higher
self stepped up and was likeI'll tell you who is or isn't,
because the honorable andenlightened ancestors were
nervous like, oh my gosh, if wemake a mistake then we don't
want you mad at us or whateverlike that.
So it's like, okay, I justleave it up to my higher self.
My higher self has been fuckingwith me, helping me out, so
that's what I do.
(21:51):
Now a lot of people will sayhave a Bible on there or not
have a Bible.
And, as you've heard from myprevious episodes, the some of
the enslaved ancestors Africanenslaved ancestors they were.
They were Islamic as theirreligion.
So you might think, huh, can Ihave a Quran on there?
What about a Torah on there?
Because, as I've said before, and I'll continue to say again,
(22:14):
that you can practice who do intandem with whatever religion or
spirituality you have.
There are people who practiceEva and who do together.
I just practice who do.
At this point, you can practicewho do and become a Christian.
So you might think, huh, some ofmy honorable and enlightened
ancestors.
They were insert whateverreligion I might put, insert
(22:37):
whatever book that they use intheir religion on there.
That's up to them to say ifthey do or don't.
But for me at first, when Ifirst started this journey of
having an altar, I did put aBible on there.
I felt uncomfortable having aBible on there Like for real.
I felt to them a spirit.
But I was like well, theseother people who that's on this
(22:57):
journey, they said that youcan't have who do without the
Bible, so let me put it on there.
And when I had my reading withPamela for the very first time,
oh my gosh, my honorable andenlightened ancestors was like
no, you ain't got to put noBible on there.
We're not even Christiansourselves and stuff.
So that's why I try my absolutebest to continue to tell people
suggestions and not tell themlike yo.
(23:19):
This is the one and only trueway to do it, because what might
work for me is I always say toy'all might not work for someone
else and stuff.
So talk to them and who knows,if you want to put a Bible on
there, put a Bible on there andsee how you feel about it or see
how they feel about it.
You know, worst case they tellyou to take it or leave it and
you just go from there.
So I usually change the waterthat I give them daily because
(23:42):
that's what they require.
Some people like to give theirhonorable and enlightened
ancestors liquor.
Some people like to give themcoffee.
So far, the water is given whatis supposed to be given.
So I do that.
A lot of people say that youshould do the four.
What is it?
Earth, water, air, wait, fire.
Oh, my gosh.
Fire, earth, water and air orwhatever.
(24:06):
So fire would be a candle, aircould be an incense, water will
be whatever kind of liquid andearth could be crystals.
Again, back to the whateverthat they want.
Um, and they tell you to, orwhatever.
That's what you do, um, so Ihave a certain type of incense
that they won't as an offeringand that's what I put on there.
(24:27):
So, and um, I put on a whitecandle?
Um on there.
Sometimes you can have differentcolors depending on what you're
doing, but um, yeah, my firstthing is when I?
Um start venerating them, Ihave the white candle and it's
lit, and I also have protectiontools on after, because, baby,
when you light that candle, it'slike, flies to it like for real
(24:48):
, like Everyone good, bad andeverything in between might come
looking for that light and youneed to protect it for your
benefit and for your unoblinlife.
Ancestors benefits.
So you can protect your optionin different ways.
You can put protective herbs onthere.
If you know reiki or otherenergy healing, um modules,
(25:08):
modalities I'm sorry, you can dothat.
You can have literal objectsthat are used for protection.
You know you can get areputable reader or your higher
self to help you figure out whatyou need to do.
Once you get that connectionwith the ancestors y'all, like
I've said, they will tell youwhat they need or um don't want
on there and you can um tailoryour relationship and their
(25:29):
altar the way that it works forthem.
Um, I have heard again somepeople they make altars for
their ori, but again, I'm not anifa or the um, or they'll make
an altar just for themselvesBecause our higher self switch
in the ifa religion, um, it'scalled ori, um, again, that's
not my religion, so I can'treally talk about it.
(25:52):
So, um, at this point, myhigher self doesn't require an
altar.
So, all the on, the only alterthat I can really talk about is
an altar for your ancestors, okay, um.
So, like I said, once you getyour connection to them, to your
ancestors, you'll be able toknow what works for them and
what doesn't.
And it's um, and don't have anyum fear or feel like
(26:13):
something's wrong with you ifyour um Ancestor alter varies by
other Practitions or yourfamily members, and know that
it's okay.
Again, my daughter and I, weshould well, mine is her
paternal side we should have thesame honorable and lying
ancestors, right?
So you would think, like whatworks for mine should work for
hers.
Uh, uh, uh, it doesn't workthat way and, like I said
(26:36):
earlier, we have one honorableand lying ancestor thus far that
can be on both altars.
So again, you know, try, and Imean this in a very nice way.
Try to just stay in your laneand not pay too much attention
to what other people are doingwith their altars.
There's nothing wrong withreading and probably putting
those things on there, but don'tget discouraged or upset or mad
(26:57):
.
If one person has like a hugeass altar, there's like a
kitchen table and all you haveis like a square cloth because,
remember our enslaved Africanancestors, they work with little
and they make that shit work.
So don't think that the biggerthe better.
You know what I'm saying and,um, just remember, like regular
(27:18):
relationships familiar, romanticand friends they're all
different.
This is going to be a differentrelationship too.
And if you know specific typesof food, fragrances, beverages,
like I said, flowers, plants, cigars, etc.
That they enjoyed or part tookit or part taken Back in the
days when they were here on thisphysical plan, that's a bonus
(27:39):
because you can probably putthat on there and that
particular ancestor, if they areon a born enlightened, they'll
like that.
You know you can play gospelmusic, you can play their
favorite Musicians, theirfavorite genre of music, you can
dance for them and stuff likethat and I know that might seem
weird like dance, but no, therewas.
I can't think of the creator, but there was um lady that I
(28:03):
think I still follow, or I usedto follow.
Can't remember Um, becauseunfortunately her name Yep, you
guess escapes me because thisisn't part of my script, but
anyway, she's a burlesque dancerand she Does that to help
venerate her ancestors.
Her ancestors love it.
So, yeah, you could probably dodifferent dances and stuff and,
(28:23):
of course, tell their storiesand I think that, in Conclusion,
as long as it's from the heart,I am certain that they will
come through to tell you theiropinions.
And when they come through totell you All their opinions, be
prepared.
I say let's get him to thisbusiness thing.
(28:46):
I'm a budding businesswoman.
I will talk about the currentstatus of my business and let
you know it's more than just afacebook meme and a few dollars
AI on my podcast.
Did I go into details aboutthis?
I think I briefly touched it onmy tiktok, basically bus
sprouts, who I have my umPodcasts with.
They now allow you to add AI toyour podcast.
(29:09):
I like it for the transcriptionbecause my current
transcription service soon to bex a subscription service Only
allow 10 transcriptions permonth and, like now With
Buzzsprouts, when an episode isuploaded, it is immediately
transcribed.
The AI will also create anepisode title and summary.
(29:31):
I don't like those options,though, because I enjoy putting
my own musical quirky spin onthe episode titles and the
summaries.
Additionally, the summaries aretoo long in my opinion and
sound too stuffy.
Who is going to read all thatmess?
Not I.
One last thing Unfortunately,y'all, I had to give up high
(29:53):
shot trucking.
It was an emotional decision Imade, but it had to be done.
I've been crying about it onand off because I feel like a
failure and I feel like Imisunderstood the downloads that
were given to me, but I gottaget over and push full steam
ahead Too.
Too, I'm still continuing toput myself out there for my
(30:13):
spiritual services and my othergifts that I have, so we'll see
how that goes, but I feel moreconfident that I am finally on
the correct path.
Are you kinky or not?
I'm a proud kinkster of theBDSM community.
Let me tell you about thislifestyle to see if you want to
come over to the dark side.
(30:34):
We got candles.
I used to teach twerking classes.
Okay, story time with Mama Q.
I am so serious, y'all.
I used to teach twerkingclasses, so let me tell you what
brought about me talking aboutthis segment Recently my
favorite songs, which is anApple playlist, don't know how
by parting next door, and itreminded me of the classes I
(30:56):
talked at my ex-local dungeon,so that particular song I had
used.
This woman and she said, in thechair while I was showing the
different routines and stuff, and I love me some parting next
door, okay, and so when I heardthat song, I immediately was
like, oh, I know what I'm gonnatalk about on this episode.
Okay, so I always started mytwerking classes and I'm
(31:20):
paraphrasing because it's been awhile like this Look y'all, I
ain't Sierra or Janet Jacksonwhen it comes to dancing, but I
am a better twerker than MileyCyrus.
As a matter of fact, what shewas doing wasn't even twerking.
Okay, youtube taught me how totwerk and I would say that
YouTube taught me in like aKanye.
What was that?
I was with Yeezy taught me withKanye West, which I mean, at
(31:45):
that time, kanye West was not asproblematic, so it was okay,
all right.
And then I would say I'm gonnashow you that every booty can
twerk.
Now, look y'all, my Kikicommunity was majority white, so
they were amazed at the way mybooty was bootying.
Okay, while I overthink duringthe routines and the practice
stuff, I was thinking like, damn, is it loose enough?
(32:07):
Am I clapping enough?
I know, damn well, I'm not adancer, but am I putting on a
good show?
Am I giving them the rightinstructions?
Is my demo great?
I mean, I showed them the basiclap dancing and twerking
routines and whenever I taughtmy classes, the dungeon was
packed because, you know, no onecan resist the cutie with the
booty.
But like I still was in my headabout it or whatever like that.
(32:31):
But you know, believe it or not, when I first started to attend
the dungeon, y'all, I was notlike this.
As a matter of fact, I wasn'teven like this with my body,
even when I was like youngerthan that.
Okay, like when I first startedbeing at the dungeon, I act
like old girl from Players Club.
(32:52):
And then like old girls fromPlayers Club, somehow I
transitioned to being half naked.
Of course, within thedesignated areas of the dungeon,
I would wear pasties over mynips due to my insecurity with
my breasts, and before I leftthe dungeon, y'all.
I finally freed the nip and alot of people they call me by my
(33:13):
screen name, which I'm notgoing to repeat, but they would
say screen name, and they wouldsay, oh my gosh, you're finally
showing your titties.
I'm like, yeah, I am.
So one of my kinks soon becameexhibitionism.
If you couldn't tell, thedungeon did help me become
comfortable in my own skin.
So let me tell you what anexhibition is is, if you don't
already know, it's derivingpleasure in being watched during
(33:35):
sexual activities such ascoitus or exposing yourself to
other adults, consensually, ofcourse.
So walking around nakedunderneath the khaki trench coat
, waiting to open it on anunsuspected person is not
exhibitionism, okay, it can getyou arrested and are harmed.
Now walk into your partner'sdoor where you, or partners door
(33:57):
where you know only yourpartner will answer, exposing
yourself like Jacqueline andBoomerang and have right there,
that's all right, okay, do yousee the difference?
Consent and adults those arethe big words that matter,
especially if all of your bitswill be exposed.
Because if you're partiallyexposed, like some folks that
didn't like make the styling wasfit, I think that's okay
(34:20):
because her fit, like manyentertainer performance, such as
Beyonce, janet Jackson, ashanti, were street legal and people
consented to the legality of herfit whilst viewing the show.
We were born naked and I lovemy body, so I thoroughly show it
off in my bedroom, the dungeonand or the swingers club when I
used to swing in designatedareas determined by the facility
(34:42):
.
See, bdsm can be a empowering.
All right, y'all, I've talkedlong enough.
You and her titties are out.
