(00:00):
Running a business whileraising tiny humans is already a
lot.
Instagram should not feel likeanother needy toddler.
Let's talk about doing lesswhile getting way better results.
And if that sounds like thestuff of your dreams, definitely
listen to the end because I'mgiving you an opportunity to get
some mega savings for thissuper special offer that helps you

(00:20):
do just that.
Welcome to Mompreneur Masterywhere we are building businesses
and packing lunches and no,we're not doing it all, we're doing
what matters.
I'm Sydney O'Brien, acertified Instagram strategist mom
of three and you are no Fluffguide to making more sales on Instagram
in the actual margins of your day.
I created these strategieswhile juggling a business, three

(00:41):
kids under four and life witha deployed husband.
So if your life feels chaotic, you are not behind.
You are exactly who this wasmade for.
Around here we ditch thehustle culture BS and focus on simple
smart strategy that works.
If you are craving clarity, connection and content that converts
without the overwhelm, you arein the right place.

(01:02):
If Instagram feels like a fulltime job you are not getting paid
for first off, know you are sonot alone if you're doing all the
right things.
You're showing up, you'reposting consistently, you're trying
the trends, you're stayingvisible and still getting crickets.
What if the problem isn't youor your content?

(01:22):
What if the problem is thebelief that the only way to win on
Instagram is to be on it allthe time?
Somewhere along the way wewere told that to grow on Instagram,
we have to be everywhere allthe time.
More reels, more posts, morestories, more showing up, more time
in the app when we don't evenhave time to pee in peace.
And we bought it because we're moms.

(01:43):
We know how to make things happen.
We write captions during nap time.
We post while reheating ourcoffee for the third time.
We batch content in 20 minutewindows between pickups and playdates
and sitting in the car line.
Because as moms, we are strongas hell and we get shit done.
We can build businesses whilebuilding Magna Tile Towers.
We can do anything.

(02:04):
But we don't have to do everything.
And when it comes toInstagram, doing more is not the
answer.
Doing the right things withintention is.
And this might sound crazy, but stay with me here.
What if one hour a week wasenough to make sales on Instagram
not because you're cuttingcorners, but because you've stopped

(02:25):
throwing random content at theWall, hoping it sticks.
Because you're showing up witha plan.
Because every minute you spendon Instagram is focused and strategic.
Because we are doing thingswith intention.
That is what happens when youstart to post with purpose.
It is not about checking boxesor doing what's trending just because
it's trending.
You don't need to hop on areel format someone else said blew

(02:47):
up their account or promisedwould help make you go viral.
You don't need to recyclethose viral hooks that have nothing
to do with your offers or your business.
Because content that isn'ttied to an actionable goal for your
business, it doesn't lead anywhere.
You might get views, you mightget likes.
But if it doesn't move peoplecloser to working with you, what

(03:09):
is the point?
Virality without direction isjust noise.
Strategy is what builds a business.
And I know how it works, because this is exactly what I teach
in my membership.
And it is exactly how I becamea fully booked social media manager
with under 300 followers and 3kids under 5.

(03:32):
And all those people in mymembership, they're spending about
an hour a week on theirInstagram content.
This includes planning, writing, prepping posts, not hours
every night, not sacrificingweekends, not staying up past their
kids bedtime, working insteadof doing something for themselves.
Not sitting in Canva for 45minutes debating between two different
colors for that one graphic.

(03:54):
Just one hour.
And with the time they getback, they're actually spending it
with their clients or creatingthe next offer they've been dreaming
about, or taking a real lunchbreak for once without their phone
in hand, or being fullypresent with their kids instead of
constantly thinking, I stillneed to post something today, because
that's the real win here.

(04:15):
Instagram stops being thislooming daily pressure and starts
being a tool that actuallysupports your business.
When you have a system thatactually works, you're not just posting,
you're building momentum.
You're not just visible, you're being remembered.
And you're doing it withoutburning yourself out.
Because if there's anything Iknow about moms in general, let alone

(04:38):
mom business owners, we areconstantly on the verge of burnout.
Very, very carefully toeingthat line.
So if you're wondering, okay,Sydney, that sounds as great as a
quick and easy bedtime, buthow does that actually work?
Let me give you a super simpleway to try this right now, okay?
Here's how you can startposting with purpose.

(05:00):
Step one.
I want you to pick your focusfor the week.
This is one of the five stepsin my Instagram sales strategy that
I teach.
So, first one is growth, getting the right followers, engagement,
starting, people talking, connection, building that deeper
level connection.
And then trust in your brandand your offers, and then sales conversion.

(05:21):
Right?
Choose one.
Not all five, just one.
The goal becomes your content filter.
It shapes what you say, itshapes how you say it.
It shapes what action you wantyour audience to take after they
consume that post.
Okay, step two, Create two tothree posts that support that focus.
You don't need to post daily.
You just need to post with intention.

(05:43):
One post, one purpose.
Every piece of content shoulddo something, not just fill a square.
Step three, give yourself onehour max, set a timer and stick to
it.
You are not here to make yourentire business revolve around content.
You're here to get in, createwhat you need, and get out.
Because you've got a millionother things to do, like raising

(06:04):
tiny humans and managing yourhouse and literally everything else
in your business.
When you stop overthinking andyou stop chasing trends and you stop
copying what other people aredoing just because it looks cool
or you think it might work foryour business and start focusing
on strategy, you will beshocked at how quickly content starts
working for you and how muchtime you save.

(06:26):
And here's what I mean by that.
A few weeks ago, I posted areel that only got seven likes.
Just seven.
And I know it sounds like atotal flop, but two of those seven
people signed up for the leadmagnet that I was promoting.
So that one reel had aconversion rate of 28.5% when the
average conversion rate for anInstagram post is 2%.

(06:48):
Now, because they've signed upfor me, lead magnet, they're going
through an email funnel thatconverts at 12%, which is also higher
than average.
So it might have looked likeit flopped from those vanity metrics,
but actually it worked becauseit was tied to strategy.
It had a clear message, aclear next step.
I wasn't trying to go viral.

(07:09):
I was trying to move the rightperson closer to a decision.
Now, imagine if I only focusedon the like count.
I would have missed the whole point.
And that is where most peopleget stuck.
They think they need morefollowers, more views, more likes,
but what they actually need ismore purpose behind the posts they're
already creating.
And yes, there's absolutely atime for visibility, too, because

(07:32):
once you've got your salesstrategy in place, you can layer
on engagement and visibilitystrategies and bring more of the
right people into your world.
It's not about doingeverything all at once.
It's about stacking the rightthings in the right order.
You do not need to be viral tobe profitable.
You do not need to have 10,000followers to be profitable.
You do not need to havehundreds of likes on a post to be

(07:54):
profitable.
But when you have content thatconverts and strategy that grows
your reach, that is whenInstagram becomes a true support
system for your businesswithout taking over your life.
And if you don't make thisshift, you stay stuck in the loop.
You post just because you have to.
You're still spending a ton oftime on content that isn't actually

(08:15):
helping your business.
When you have a million andten other things to do where you
you keep reusing those hooksthat show up as trending even if
it has nothing to do with whatyou sell.
You get some likes, maybe asave, but minimal leads and minimal
sales, no consistent growthfor your business.
And then you start to question yourself.

(08:37):
This is something I hear allthe time.
Why isn't it working?
Is this even worth it?
Why am I even doing this?
Is it just me?
Maybe I'm not good atInstagram, but it's not you.
It's not.
You're just missing thestrategy and the belief that more
content equals more results.
Spoiler.
It doesn't.
Not necessarily.

(08:57):
It certainly can if you havethe right strategy in place and you
found what works.
But more content alone doesn'tmagically equate to more sales.
The businesses that do grow onInstagram, they're not necessarily
doing the most, they're doingwhat matters and skipping the rest.
That is what I teach.
That is what I believe.
That is what my membershippost with purpose is built on.

(09:19):
I do not have time to doanything that doesn't support my
business goals.
And to celebrate mymembership's first birthday in just
a couple weeks, I've gotsomething really fun coming.
Something designed to help youcreate content that actually connects
and converts in way less time.
If you're listening to thisand thinking, okay, this is exactly

(09:41):
the kind of structure I havebeen missing.
I want you to head over toInstagram, find me at Socially yours
strategist and DM me the word time.
I am kicking off something bigto celebrate post with purpose turning
one because they just grow upso fast.

(10:02):
get in early.

Ocially yours Strategist, DMme the word time and I will make
sure you are the first to knowwhat is coming so you can get early
access and start saving timeand getting more sales even sooner.

(10:23):
that you don't have to do more.
You are already doing plentyI'm sure in every area of your life
like moms do.
So you don't have to do more.
You just have to do it with purpose.
Thanks for hanging out with meon Mompreneur Mastery.

(10:43):
capable, I would love it ifyou'd hit follow, leave a review
or share it with a fellow momtrying to do it all and realizing
she doesn't have to.
And hey, if you're feelingfired up, send me a DM on Instagram
and tell me the one thingyou're going to do differently.
After listening I love hearingwhat is clicking for you.
