Hey Mama!
I know it's a Tuesday and I'm a few days behind, but I did not want to forget you all and pushing out a new episode! Today I talk about a few announcements:
- I am thinking of switching full time to Youtube to do more videos and not as many posts on IG. I want to take a survey when I get back to social media… so please follow to vote! Links for social media below!
- I will be ending Season 3 of Moms Off the Clock FEB 15th, and will be starting Season 4: MAY 17th! I plan to release an episode every Saturday leading up to Feb 15th. & last,
- In May (when returning from baby leave) we will jump right back into episodes, but also into some workshops for the year and I will have more to come during the next episodes about this!
Today I'm talking/teaching about how to rely on God during Motherhood challenges and/or negative thoughts, and how understanding and leaning on God’s Word (the Bible) is so edifying for your mind and spirit. I'm also discussing how anchoring ourselves not only in faith, but mainly in the Lord and our bible helps us through moments when we feel the most discouraged or overwhelmed.
