Dr. Sanchez describes what resiliency means to him based on his life experiences. From being a young dad, experiencing trauma at a young age, and other obstacles, Dr. Sanchez learned how to "bounce back like a rubber band". Margie and Dr. Sanchez also discuss ways we can improve our internal voice, and learn to be more resilient.
