I hope you are having the best, most magical day ever.
And if not, I hope this podcast episode helps you get from
inaction to action. Now today I'm excited to talk
about this topic because this actually came up inside my Money

(00:59):
Queen Academy this week from oneof my students who is so excited
about everything that she is working on and manifesting and
all the progress she is making. But she has come to a place
where all the ideas are swirlingand all the things she knows she
needs to do but she is feeling so overwhelmed and doesn't know
where to start. And ultimately it is paralyzing

(01:20):
her and taking action because ofall the things.
And funny enough, today I was feeling the exact same way and I
had just come back from my Bachelorette trip which was a
blast. If you follow me on social media
you would have seen some of my stories.
And of course, feed posts are just going to be rolling in the

(01:40):
next few days recapping the entire trip because I just want
to save the memories to my feed.But I completely, completely
disconnected over the last five days and I was immensely just
present with my girls. Which meant no checking social,
no checking emails, no business tasks, no nothing.
I was seriously just there to becelebrated, have fun.
And I had set myself up in a wayto do that where I didn't have

(02:03):
anxiety about not doing work. I had planned this trip
obviously in advance, but comingback I was so out of my daily
routine and even my business routine where I too today felt
super overwhelmed. Not that I felt behind, not that
I felt like I hadn't done stuff that I should have.
It was just like Oh my gosh, I feel so refreshed.

(02:24):
I feel so excited. I have so many ideas and I just
don't know where to start. To the point where I was
actually getting so irritable with myself and frustrated
because I know how to handle this.
It's like I know what I need to do.
I just wasn't doing it until I finally came into my office.
I sat down and I'm going to share with you the exact process

(02:46):
that I taught my student inside Money Queen Academy to walk her
through what to do in these situations.
Because ultimately, when we are in overwhelm, it just means we
have a lot going on in our heads.
And I know as women, we carry a lot, right?
Usually we have so many different running to do lists,
whether it's for the household, for ourselves selves, for other

(03:07):
people, for our business, for our jobs.
We have so much going on all thetime.
And if you allow that to just live inside your head, of course
it's going to give you overwhelm.
Of course, that can also lead toanxiety.
And then at the end of the day, it's like you become so
paralyzed and not even knowing what to do next and what action

(03:29):
to take because you just don't even know what to start.
So my tried and true method to help you go from overwhelmed and
anxious just in that paralyzation to actually taking
action is this. And it's so freaking simple.
But I really wanted to make a podcast episode on this just as
a reminder for you. If you are feeling this way,
just do this. And I promise you it's going to

(03:51):
change the way your day flows, even your week, even your month.
Every time that this feeling pops up, just do this.
And I promise you, it is the winning trick to literally going

It is the winning trick to literally going into action.

So what I do is I just grab a notepad and paper or you can
even use the notes app section on your phone and I literally
brain dump every single thing that I feel like I need to do.
This isn't just for business, this is for anything in life.
For example, if I know I have todo a return on Amazon or if I

(06:00):
have to walk mile later or if I have to post on social media or
if I have to go to the gym, I literally brain dump every
single task that is on my mind and I'd put on paper.
And then from there I organize it in a way of most important,
the most priority to least important.

(06:21):
And this can also be sectioned out by like, OK, well, I have to
do XY and Z only in the morning.So that has to be done first.
If it's something like, you know, an Amazon return, do I
actually have to do it today or is it just on my mind because
I'm afraid I'm going to forget about it.
So I either put it in my calendar as a reminder or set it
for later that day. If I'm going to run errands or

(06:44):
going to the gym, I can do it onthe way.
But basically, basically just get this stuff out of your mind
and on a paper because I always feel that we tend to get this
feeling overwhelmed because it'slike we're afraid we're going to
forget to do something. And then you're using all that
energy in order to make sure youdon't forget it, even though
it's not actually super important in that moment.

(07:07):
And then when this and how this all can just tie the manifesting
is the same way. I was also feeling just like
overwhelmed and paralyzed in what action to take because I
know, Oh my gosh, right now, by the way, we're running our free

but I have that going on. So I was like, Oh my gosh, I
need to continue promoting this on social.
Do I have everything set up and ready?
Most cases, everything was set up.
I just kind of forgot. I set up a lot of things for it,
but just doing these little things, I was feeling that
overwhelm and that paralyzation and taking action because I had
taken a few days off of businessand I was like, oh, how do I get

(07:50):
back into it? And the one thing that got me
back into my high vibe flow state is literally taking
action. And if you're wondering how the
heck can you change your life? How the heck can you get into
flow? How can you get into this high?
Like literally the high vibe state of feeling excited is

(08:10):
literally taking action on something, especially if it
comes to something in your business, something in your life
that you know is going to get you closer to accomplishing your
goal and manifesting it. I literally got on Instagram
stories and just started talkingabout manifestation and started
promoting this challenge a little bit.
Oh my gosh, my energy switched from being irritated with myself

(08:33):
and just feeling overwhelmed to Oh my God, I'm in flow state,
which now led me to even recording this podcast episode
right now because I'm so excited.
It's literally just taking action.
So if you are feeling paralyzed,overwhelmed, the anxiety,
literally just get it out of your head on the paper and pick

(08:54):
the things that you can take action on immediately.
And I promise you that's going to allow you get into your flow
state. If you don't take action, it's
just going to continue to breed that exact same energy that you
were sitting in. And it kind of also goes back
to, right, Like if you're feeling a certain way, like

(09:14):
change the environment, change the scenario, get up and move.
Like go change what you are doing because obviously what
you're sitting in is not exactlyserving you.
So I just wanted to share this quick reminder and this is a
super quick episode because I know I fall into this trap
sometimes. Obviously, I have students that

(09:36):
are falling into this trap because we are such a big
dreamers and we have so many biggoals.
And if we allow those big goals to overwhelm us and to paralyze
us, of course we're never ever going to be able to manifest
them. Because at the end of the day,
we all know the only way that wecan manifest our dream life and

(09:57):
make changes in our reality is if we take action and if we let
all these thoughts just live in our heads.
You are going to feel that overwhelm.
You're going to feel that anxiety, you're going to feel
that paralyzation. And guess what happens from
there? You then start spiraling down
that negative spiral. Oh my gosh, who am I to do this?

(10:17):
Oh my gosh, I didn't get any work done today.
Oh my gosh, I suck. Oh my God, like right, it starts
spiraling. So break the cycle by taking an
action that allows you to get out of that overwhelm feeling.
Get the stuff out onto paper andput it into action.
And from there, of course, if this is a habit of yours that

you're like feeling like this all the time, then it's time to

organized. So start putting things into
your calendar. And if you don't use the
calendar, like maybe it's time to do that.
Because the more you can kind ofget all of these different
thoughts and actions out of yourhead and whether it's onto paper

or into a digital calendar or planner or something like that,
right? The more we allow ourselves and
we're able to just take action in this beautiful high vibe
state where you can actually accomplish things.
The one thing that I do as well after I do the brain dump of
things onto my notepad is I do actually sit in a meditation and

I have a bunch of meditations inside the LTA Academy.
Like this one today that I actually did was all about
stepping into my higher self andjumping timelines.
And that was such a good one forme because it allowed me to just
truly envision the life that I wanted.

(12:50):
And in this meditation, and it'scalled, if you are an LTA
Academy member, it is called thequantum jumping guided
visualization for shifting to your wealthy reality.
And I love this one because it starts off with acknowledging
what you are feeling like this is your current reality and it's
not exactly what you want and how you're feeling.

And it shifted my energy and my mindset into stepping into the
actual reality that I want. And even if you are not
manifesting wealth, but shiftingto a wealthy reality mindset, of
course, it's that high vibrational frequency.
Of course you're going to feel good.
