I'm Samantha Kazuch, and I'm here to empower women just like
you to script your dreams into reality and create the life
you've always dreamed of. Get ready to be inspired,
motivated, and empowered as we elevate our lives together.
(00:34):
Hey babe, welcome back to the Money, Mindset and Manicures
podcast. I'm your host, Samantha Gazooch,
and I have some really exciting celebratory news to share with
you today. And that is that this podcast
has just turned 3 years old, which is so exciting.
But I'm also not going to lie, over the last 48 hours, I have
(00:56):
low key felt a little bit disappointed with myself as
well. Because I just realized that
this is the 54th episode of thispodcast.
Which means even though when I first set out to start this
podcast, I told myself this is going to be a weekly thing,
weekly episodes, I'm never goingto miss a week.
(01:16):
And now that I'm doing the math,I'm like, Oh my gosh.
On average, I have basically putout maybe 1 episode every other
week over the last two years. And this is all going to tie
into today's episode, which I'm going to be talking all about.
If I were to start from scratch, what would I do to manifest a
new reality? What would I do if I was to
(01:39):
start over and build everything back and even better?
Or what if I had new goals rightnow to sit and accomplish?
What would I start doing immediately?
Because even though when I had first set out to start this
podcast, it was going to be obviously weekly.
That's what everyone says they're going to do when they
start a podcast. But I fell short.
(02:00):
And that's because life, I don'twant to say, got in the way.
Life happened, business stuff happened.
I'm a very busy woman. I run two companies basically
right now that are commingled together, but we have the
Manuscripting journal and now wehave the Elevate Her app that we
just launched in recent weeks. And between that, I moved to a
new state with my husband. We moved from California to
(02:23):
Texas. I got married.
There's been so many things going on, which, yeah, some
weeks it, you know, not be able to sit down and record a
podcast. And instead of me quitting and
giving up, which fun fact for you, most podcasters do not
continue their show for very long. 90% of them don't make it
(02:44):
past three episodes, and of the remaining 10% that do continue,
only 90% of those will quit before they ever reach episode
20. So that means only around 1% of
podcasters will ever reach the milestone of 21 episodes.
(03:05):
So even though I'm sitting here kind of like, wow, I really fell
short of my goal of doing weeklyepisodes.
We're only at 54 right now. Over the last two years.
I'm also celebrating myself because I continued.
I continued. Because when it comes to whether
it's changing your life, manifesting your goals, doing
(03:26):
whatever it is that you want to set out and accomplish, it's not
about perfect consistency. It never is.
Because as humans, we're not perfect.
Life is going to get in the way.Health might get in the way.
All this shit can get in the way, but it is about commitment
and momentum. So here is my commitment to you
(03:46):
right here right now that I really want to bring back some
more fun and joy with recording episodes with these podcast
episodes coming up. Not to come from this like, Oh
my gosh, I need to do what I have to do it.
But from this place of sharing even more, we're going to be
diving into a lot more things onuniversal laws, manifesting
(04:09):
tips, all things that are kind of like going on and through in
my life because I want to start showing up not in this perfect
state all the time, but from a place of being able to teach you
even more. With this, I want you to take
from this episode, which you're going to learn so much through
it. But if there is something in
your life, maybe you've set a goal to go do something and
(04:32):
maybe you skip a day or maybe you skip a week or maybe you
drop the ball on something. It doesn't mean you need to just
give up and stop. Because at the same time, I
don't know about you guys. Maybe you have noticed, maybe
you didn't, but maybe you never even noticed that I missed a
week with uploading an episode. I want to get you to a point
where you do miss the episodes. If I miss a week and maybe you
(04:54):
call me out on it and hold me accountable.
But that's the whole point of all of this is creating this
commitment to yourself. And you keep showing up.
And if there is a time that you skip a day or you skip some part
of your routine or something, itdoesn't mean that you just give
up on it. You just pick back right up
(05:15):
where you left off and you continue because that desire
that you have on your heart, that thing that you want, that
you want to call in, it is meantfor you.
And sometimes things are going to pop up in our life that maybe
prevents us from moving forward. But there's lessons in all of
that. So let's dive into this episode
(05:37):
where I'm going to share with you exactly what I do.
Maybe if it is, if I lost it all, not that I want to manifest
that, but I want to really teachyou what I would be doing today.
If there's something about your life that you want to change,
that you want to upgrade, that you want to evolve with, this is
exactly what I would do and I'm going to teach you.
So let's dive in. OK, so if I had to start all
(06:02):
over or if I woke up today and Iam like I want XY and Z and I
want it now. Well, a fun fact.
You're not going to get it immediately because that is the
life and reality that we live in.
We cannot manifest at a snap of the fingers.
Unfortunately. Of course, this at times does
can happen. Not that I want to limit you
(06:22):
with your goals and desires, butwe have to go through this
process of really figuring out what it is that we want.
Why is it that we do not have itand what is it that we need to
do and who is it that we need tobecome in order to manifest it
into our life. I actually use this process
very, very frequently. I use it all the time because I
(06:45):
know that there is something that I really want to desire.
There is a reason that I do not have it.
So the first place that I start with is getting radically clear
on what I want. So what is it that you want?
Because most people are vague asfuck with what they want and
they are so wishy washy. I have so many clients, I have
(07:07):
people in my community, I have even people in my life that tell
me they want a relationship or they want to build a business or
they want to make more money. But when things get hard, when
things aren't happening fast enough, they get wishy washy.
They all of a sudden it's like, actually, you know what?
I don't really want it. Or you know what, the universe
(07:28):
can't deliver this. Oh my gosh, like it's just never
going to happen with me. If you are wishy washy with the
universe, the universe is 100% going to be wishy washy with
you. That is just universal law and
frequency, right? Who we are today is just a
collection of all of your thoughts, your feelings, and
your habits. And this is going to take time
(07:49):
and consistency to change if youwant a different outcome.
So the first thing to ask yourself is like, what do I
actually want? Then I want you to ask yourself
how do I want to feel? And the biggest part with
manifesting is the feeling statebecause that is what creates our
vibration. That is what creates how we
(08:10):
feel. Obviously how we feel, but how
we feel dictates what we then end up doing.
If you feel like shit, what's going to happen?
You're going to be probably lazy, you're probably going to
eat like crap. You're probably not going to
have the energy to go out. And maybe, I don't know if it is
maybe building a business. You're not going to want to
create the content. You're going to be busy
(08:31):
scrolling on Instagram. You're not going to want to eat
good. You're not going to probably
sleep well. You're just not going to take
that much great care of yourself.
So everything first starts with this internal feeling state of
how you want to feel, because how you feel and what you want
is going to activate your reticular activating system, the
(08:51):
Ras. Now I think I've talked about
this in a previous podcast or maybe if it was on a live and a
live master class in the community.
But I want you to think of the red car theory.
Now say you want a red car and this can go anything like
whatever it is that you desire. Say you want a red car.
All all of a sudden you're goingto be driving along the road and
(09:13):
you're like, Oh my God, there's a red car.
Oh my gosh, there's a red car. Oh my gosh, there's a red car.
There's so many red cars everywhere.
Where before you didn't really pay attention to red cars
because that's not what you desired.
So you weren't really shown those things.
But the reticular activating part in your brain is going to
bring to the forefront those things that you focus on.
(09:36):
So if you wake up daily and you're like, I don't have enough
money and you're in lack and in scarcity, your reticular
activating system is going to give you proof throughout the
day, throughout your week, throughout your life, everywhere
where there's lack and scarcity. This could be popping up in
negative news on social media ofjealousy.
(09:56):
All these things. It's going to continue proving
to you exactly what you are thinking about.
If you want to call in more money, if you want to call in a
better relationship, then you have to first start desiring it
to a point where it makes you feel good and excited about it.
The next step is to really ask yourself why don't I have it
(10:20):
yet? Now this is not to say that now
all of a sudden you're putting yourself in victim mentality.
Well, I don't have it yet because my parents didn't give
me money. Well, I don't have it yet
because the government is not helping me or everything in life
is so expensive right now or X or this person did this to me or
(10:41):
this person told me this and that's why I can't have it.
No, the second you put yourself in victim mentality and you
blaming everything else, and this isn't to blame yourself,
but if you are putting the external blame on anything and
everything else on why you do not have that thing yet, you
will never have it. I promise you this.
(11:03):
You will never have it because that is victimhood.
That is a victim mindset and youwill never attract those things
that you desire by placing blameoutside of yourself.
So what you want to actually look at is what has been
blocking you. And I want you to take a pen and
paper whenever you have a chanceand even just do it for a few
minutes. Why don't I have this already
(11:25):
yet? And you'll start to see and find
what your belief systems are. Is it the procrastination?
Is it the fear of success? Is it because you're not worthy
of those things? Because you believe you are not
worthy of these things. Now I want you to know this
right here, right now, everything that you desire is
(11:48):
possible. The only reason you don't have
it yet is because your own limiting beliefs.
And it could be as simple as youknow what?
I just don't want to show up because my family might say
something or my friends might make fun of me or Oh my gosh,
this person is so much better than me and why would anyone
listen to me over them? Now I want you to remind you of
(12:10):
something. When I started the manuscripting
journal, that was what, 5-5 years ago, almost six years ago,
5 When I started the manuscripting journal, it was a
complete pivot from anything that I'd been doing in the
online space. I was an influencer.
I was in the fitness space. I went into a little bit of
business coaching, social media, but I was not teaching on
(12:31):
manifestation. I was not teaching on how to hit
live a better life or live healthier or just have a
positive mindset. I really wasn't teaching on that
at all, but I was doing that formyself internally, like not
putting it on social media. That was just kind of like the
lifestyle I was already living and very obsessed with.
I just wasn't showing it yet. And yes, I did have those doubts
(12:54):
and fears creep in of, Oh my gosh, there are so many people
already teaching about this stuff.
So many people already with thousands more followers and
making so much more money. Who am I to step in and do this?
But what I knew deep down in my soul is no, this is what's going
to help change people's lives byyour method, the way that you
teach it, the way that you speakit, the way that you show up.
(13:16):
There is a reason that I steppedinto it and I did it scared.
I did it fearfully. I did it not knowing what people
would say. I'm sure there was people making
fun of me behind my back, and I did it anyway.
And because I followed that internal guidance, which I know
was poured down into me from thedivine, from God, from Source,
(13:41):
that conscious collective energyI know that was meant for me to
put out there, I started showingup and doing it.
And now all of a sudden I built this amazing company, this
amazing brand, have helped thousands of people change their
lives just because I started showing up.
Your subconscious is programmingyour life.
(14:04):
So if you don't first ask yourself why I don't have it
yet, and you get radically honest with yourself, you can
immediately pinpoint what's beenholding you back.
Interrupting this episode for just a minute because I need to
ask you, do you want the easiestand most low effort way to start
(14:27):
manifesting your dreams and changing your life?
Like not putting another thing on your To Do List, but
literally it's as easy as pressing play.
Then you need to download the Elevate Her app immediately.
It's packed with quick, powerfulaudios, guide to meditation,
subconscious free programming, and power activations all
designed to shift your energy and unlock your next level
(14:49):
reality. I created this app for myself
when I needed to break free fromdoubt, fear, and scarcity and
step into confidence, abundance, and the belief that I can truly
have it all. And the best part is because
you're listening to this podcast, you can try it free for
seven days. Just click the link in the show
notes below and start your elevate her journey today.
(15:11):
Your dream life babe is truly just one play away.
OK, let's get back to the episode.
You can immediately pinpoint what's been holding you back.
And then from there, you need toidentify repetitive patterns.
So this is where you have to call yourself out.
(15:33):
Call out those cycles. Do you sabotage yourself every
time you make money? Do you keep dating the same type
of person over and over in thoseshitty relationships?
Do you yo-yo up and down with your body weight on the scale?
These aren't coincidences, they're energetic patterns
(15:56):
because as within, so without, your patterns show you what's
running the show, and that is the law of correspondence.
So if there are things in your reality that you see are
habitual, that are a cycle, thatare a pattern, that is not
supposed to be your life for therest of your life.
It doesn't have to be. You can make a choice right now
(16:19):
to nip that shit in the butt. And This is why reflection is so
damn important. You know, I can tie even this
situation back to so many different things, but I'll tie
it back to my relationship with my husband.
I was single until I was 32 years old.
I was single and dating. And when I say dating, obviously
(16:40):
all the guys that I dated up until 32 years old, they didn't
fucking work out and they alwaysended badly and poorly and
shitty. I was hurt, you know, But I
would reflect back on I finally got to a point where I stopped
blaming the guys, right? Because what's the common
denominator in those all those relationships?
Me. So I played my part too.
(17:03):
And I had so much growth that happened in awareness throughout
those relationships where I finally, I finally figured it
out. What is it that I want a
relationship? What am I going to say no to?
What is my worth? Why would I let guys treat me
like shit if they're not stepping up to my standards?
Why do I keep entertaining them?So I did that with my dating
(17:25):
life. And then all of a sudden Mark
walked in and there's a whole other episodes on love and
relationships. But my relationship pattern
changed once I changed, once I set my standards, once I really,
really started trusting myself and knew, OK, is this the one?
(17:47):
Is this not the one? Is he stepping up to the plate?
Is he not? Then all of a sudden, I'm now
married and it's been the most beautiful, amazing relationship
that I've ever been in and I couldn't be happier.
But when it comes to you identifying your patterns, and
you can do this with money, withyour job, with your business,
with your friendships with family, you can put a stop to
(18:14):
any of those shitty negative cycles and patterns that you're
experiencing. But here's the hardest part.
You have to do it, which means there is growth there for you.
There is a path to this evolution of you, but you have
to make that decision because what you allow will always
(18:36):
continue because we cannot control others.
You can, you know, berate them. You can tell them how upset you
are. You can do this right.
But at the end of the day, it iswhat you continue or do not
continue to allow. And there's real power in that.
(18:56):
So This is why I talk about hereon this podcast was like really
stepping into your queendom, stepping into your worth, your
worthiness, like by taking your power back and removing that
external blame on others and situations and taking it back.
What was your role in that and how can you change it moving
forward? And now that you've been through
(19:17):
that experience maybe once, twice, 3 * 10 * 100 times to
reflect back on, wait, where didI miss that red flag?
Where did I miss that red flag? Oh, that's what it was.
I knew it there deep in my soul.My intuition was telling me, oh,
that's where I should have nipped in the butt.
So then when it comes up again, I don't like to say the universe
(19:39):
ever tests you, but sure as hellit's going to see if you've
changed and grew and learned. So if that situation ever comes
up again, you know exactly when to say, Nope, deny not doing
that, not entertaining that, notfalling back into my old habits
and patterns again. You have to really identify
(19:59):
those repeating patterns becauseif you don't have that
awareness, then there's nothing that we can change because you
don't even know about it. And then from there, I would
really, really dive into, and this is probably like even just
like one of the first things I would do is rewire my fucking
brain. And this is a daily practice.
And this is what I do to literally brainwash myself.
(20:22):
And I, I do this all the time still to this day.
I would get obsessed with rewiring and reprogramming.
And it's not some crazy thing that you need to do, but it is
really simple. All you have to do is create a
habit out of it. What I did when I first started
on my journey is I got really obsessed with instead of
(20:44):
listening to music in the car, Iwould listen to podcasts.
Instead of watching Netflix or TVI would watch YouTube and find
YouTube teachers, different channels with different topics
about changing my life, about manifestation, about growth,
self development, all those things.
I would binge watch that insteadof shows and instead of
(21:05):
scrolling on social media for hours, I would read.
This is what I did when I truly like had nothing.
And this is what I still do whenI'm elevating because when it
comes to our human brains, we have to rewire all of that old
(21:26):
shit because who you are today is a collection of your
thoughts, feelings, habits, right?
So if you do not like your current reality, we have to
change our own self concept. And in order to change our own
self concept and what's going onin our head is we need to flood
it with all new information that's going to help you rewire.
(21:49):
And I think this is one of the hardest things for a human to do
because we are just chemically addicted to quick dopamine hits
of scrolling social media or watching that Netflix show.
Like I couldn't even fucking tell you the last time I watched
an actual series of a show. The only time actually Mark and
(22:10):
I just recently as I'm recovering right now still from
my ex plant surgery. The first two weeks I literally
was just like I could do nothingand the like not even read my
brain. Like just post surgery and going
under anesthesia and all that medicine that just went my brain
was mush. I couldn't think, I couldn't
(22:31):
work, I couldn't do anything. And at the same time, I was low
key grateful for that because I know my body needed to rest.
But the one thing that I could do, like literally, it was just
like watch a show on Netflix, which I hadn't done in a really,
really long time. But I couldn't even tell you
like what White Lotus is about or like fucking Love Island or
any of that shit. Like I can't relate to any of
(22:52):
the stuff that people post abouton social media about these
shows because I don't tune into it.
I just, I don't want to get sucked into that shit because
any time that we have and there was a couple times where maybe
we tried to start a show or something, it's just full of
drinking, drugs, alcohol, sex, cheating, all of this shit that
I'm like like Mark and I just sit there.
(23:12):
We're like, we need to turn thisoff because this is just fucking
rotting our brains to the core and teaching us these really bad
habits as human beings. So I see that when it comes to
re brainwashing yourself, everyone talks about it and
everyone wants to do it. But can you actually do it?
Can you actually break the cycleof doing things that obviously
(23:39):
haven't served you, are not serving you.
If you're still, you know, not happy with your life to 100%,
can you put a stop to all of those things and replace it with
something that is good and nurturing for your mind, body
and soul? Can you do it?
Because energy is always shifting right in our lives.
(24:00):
Energy is everything and you getto direct that energy.
So why would you direct your energy into things that are
making you Dumber or less sensitive or, you know, just
numbing you out versus pouring it into something that is going
to upgrade your life? It gets to be easy.
(24:23):
It's just really getting out of that lizard brain because as
humans, we have these lizard brains.
They're just like like to just Nah when life gets hard.
Oh, let's go drink alcohol. Had a tough day?
Let's numb out with watching some Netflix.
You're not lazy. You're just really chemically
(24:46):
addicted to that quick dopamine. You're addicted to numbing out,
you're addicted to doing things that it's weird.
It's it's weird how our brains as humans just are when it comes
to being able to just change your life and it's getting out
of that comfort zone energy. That's what it is.
We love to just sit into that comfort with just doing the bare
(25:10):
minimum. Oh, just turning into a show.
Oh, let's not take action. Let's just let's just numb it
out. Does that make sense?
Because most people won't do what I'm saying here, but you're
not most people. If you want to take your life to
this next level, what you consume is what you vibrate.
So I want you to remember that what you consume is what you
(25:31):
vibrate. Think about what you are
consuming on a daily basis. And I don't feel, and this is
what I always say and what I really do believe is like there
comes a point where, and I know for a lot of you, right, like
you have your jobs and you're working hard and maybe you're
raising your family and you're doing all these things right
that are just like running you exhausted.
(25:52):
And at the end of the day, it's like, yeah, it just fucking
feels good to turn on the TV. Oh yeah.
It just feels good to tune out to some good music.
There's a there's a time and place for those things.
But I truly believe and feel like if you were sitting here
complaining about your life, that you don't have XY and Z and
you want more. I feel like you just, you don't
have the luxury to numb out yet,not even yet.
(26:18):
But you know what I mean? Like you don't have the luxury
to do that You don't like you can't afford to do those things
yet with your energy and insteadrewire your energy for something
positive and something great. Because your inner conversations
are the seeds of your reality. Why seed your reality with crap?
(26:42):
Really the fastest and easiest way to just build this daily
routine, right? And again, I always get pushed
back on this. It's like, oh Sam, I don't have
time to get up and meditate and journal and put myself in this
good state or even do XY and ZI just don't have time.
(27:02):
You can make the time. You're just choosing that.
It's not a priority for you. So you can either continue
making those excuses or fucking bring your power back and change
your fucking life. There are so many people that
I've even witnessed over the last five years that have gone
from nobodies to having hundredsof thousands of followers on
(27:27):
Instagram, from being nobodies to having millions of dollars in
the bank even, not even millions, six figures in the
bank. I know so many people that have
literally changed their lives overnight.
And do you think that those samepeople, and I put myself in that
category as well, do you think those same people are sitting
around complaining, not doing anything about it?
(27:50):
No, you get to a point where you're tired of your own shit
and you fucking change it. And I think the hardest part
about all of it is to stay consistent.
And this is what I was talking about at the beginning of the
podcast. I was saying, oh, my gosh, I'm
kind of, like, bummed out, you know, disappointed with myself
that it's only 50. This is the only the 54th
(28:10):
episode in two years. Yeah.
And this is the 54th episode in two years because I didn't give
up and quit like most podcastersdo after 3-4, six episodes.
So I'm proud to say I'm out. I'm in the top 1% of podcasters
that have kept the show going. And my recommitment is to do
(28:33):
weekly episodes. And I want you guys to call me
out for it. Like fucking for real.
Call me out on it. But it all starts with are you
sick and tired enough with your own shit?
Are you sick and tired enough with complaining that you don't
have what you desire yet? Because there's nothing worse.
The more you complain, guess what happens?
That reticular activating systemis just going to continue
(28:55):
proving you right. It's never going to bring you
opportunities. It's not going to bring you more
motivation. It's not going to bring you more
ideas. It's not.
It's fucking blocking you. So we need to replace that
complaining with action. And that's the one thing that I
have always, always come back to.
And I say this to my husband allthe time because there will be a
week or two where I'm just like not feeling motivated because
(29:17):
I'm so drained by the logisticalside of business, which is very
draining sometimes, especially when we're like creating
something new. We're in a product launch.
Like, for example, today Mark isactually in Los Angeles because
he is busy moving the rest of our manuscripting warehouse here
to Texas. Finally, after two years of
living here. We're so excited about that.
But there's been so much like logistically that I don't share
(29:38):
on social media that goes on behind the scenes that just like
drains me. And I like, I hate that I have
to be a part of it, but I do because I'm the owner of the
business. So there are certain things that
I cannot outsource. And in fact, one of the biggest
things that we did outsource washaving our shipping warehouse in
California while living in Texas, which completely
(29:59):
disconnected me from that part of the business and it hurt the
business drastically. So now that is actually one of
the biggest reasons why we're bringing it here to Texas is
because I want to have more hands on with our products with
our shipping. We still have our our their
major shippers with the manuscripting journal, but we'll
be able to bring back product drops and or a mist and crystal
(30:22):
candles and jewelry and our giftbox sets and all that, which I'm
so excited about, which we couldnot do prior.
So we're bringing that back in. All in all to say is you get to
a point where you have to make this space for what you desire
in your life. And the one thing, oh, this is
what I was going to say with what I say to Mark every day is
there'll be weeks or days or weeks where I'll just feel so
(30:45):
unmotivated. I will not be inspired.
And that's because I stopped doing the things that light me
up. I stopped listening to podcasts.
I stopped reading for a bit. I stopped watching YouTube
videos. I stopped educating myself.
I stopped allowing myself the space to do nothing and just be
and be creative and allow that creative energy to come in.
(31:08):
And then once I allowed myself that space to start bringing
those things back, Oh my gosh, everything fucking changed.
Maybe for you it is you're not blocked, or maybe you're feeling
blocked or you're not feeling inspired or you're Downing
yourself is because there is an action.
The fastest way for you to change anything and everything
about your life is to take action.
(31:31):
And it doesn't have to be some big grand gesture.
It can be as simple as you know what?
I'm feeling down. I just need to really listen to
a podcast. Maybe it's money, minds and
medicures. Hopefully to get re inspired
today, maybe it is opening up the Elevate her app and
listening to a power activation, which those are usually around 5
(31:53):
minutes long, if even. And you can listen to those
while you're getting ready for the day, taking a midday break,
going for a walk, getting dressed to inspire you.
Taking action will always createmomentum and energy and
inspiration and get you creative.
If you are feeling in a place where you're like, I just don't
even know what to do, it's probably because you're so
(32:17):
tired, busy, and you're not allowing the space for anything
to come in, for your downloads to come in, for you to connect
to the collective consciousness. That's usually what I see
happening all the time because Ido speak with a lot of people
that are like, I just don't know.
I can't make a decision. Well, you're either tired or you
don't have brain space. You're probably too stressed
(32:39):
out. That's why I can't make a
decision on things. So reel it back in with going
back to doing something that youlove, having fun, taking more
breaks, creating more space in your routine and schedule.
Because a lot of times, especially as women, we don't
know how to slow the fuck down. We feel like staying busy 24/7
is being hardworking and successful.
It's not. OK babe, I know we're deep in
(33:07):
this episode right now, but I need to interrupt it for a quick
moment because I need to ask you, Have you been craving a
reset, a breakthrough, and some seriously magical girl time?
Then the Sedona Rise retreat is your sign.
Now this is not your typical spiritual retreat where you just
sit around and meditate and do yoga all day.
No, absolutely not. This retreat is a fucking vibe.
(33:29):
We get to explore Sedona together, hike the red rocks, go
crystal shopping, connect with other high vibe women, and do
the inner work that will literally change your life
forever. And I know you might be worried
about coming solo, Don't be, everybody does.
But the best part is that we allleave as these incredible
magical soul sisters. It's so unexplainable, but it is
(33:51):
so incredible and amazing. But spots are limited, so click
the link in the show notes, go check out the details.
Have questions? Send me an e-mail or DM.
OK, go do that. After you're done listening,
let's get back to the show. We feel like staying busy 24/7
is being hardworking and successful.
(34:12):
It's not. It is helpful in times where
that need that action turns intothat.
But if you're just doing all thethings, blah, blah, blah, but
you're not doing anything, the further your dreams, your goals,
your own success, then you're just being busy and you're just
directing your energy into a direction where it is not, it's
helping you grow, it's not helping you manifest anything.
(34:34):
You're just busy. What I would do throughout the
day is literally that. Like if, if there was just like
one or two things that you wanted to incorporate is just
switch out a few of the shitty habits that you have.
And to you, they might not even be considered shitty right now.
Like, for example, if you have acommute to work or if you're
driving to the gym or something, instead of like, listening to
(34:54):
music and singing along. Yeah, of course that feels good
because, yeah, it's going to, you know, release your dopamine
and makes you feel good. Sure.
But the second you get out of the car, if you're back to
feeling like shit again, how about replace that with some
podcast episodes or even an Audible book that's going to
help educate you, make you better in the morning?
It's doing the guided meditationjournaling for a minute, the
(35:19):
mayor scripted journal. I have timed myself.
It takes me no more 7 minutes atMax if I'm slowly journaling on
the daily daily page. But you can be done with that
journal in 5 minutes. I've timed myself many times.
It's just taking that time for you to check in, check in with
what's important, check in with what are you doing for you first
(35:42):
today and then throughout the day.
I take breaks. Believe it or not, as busy as I
am, I have kind of like looked at this over the last few
months. I maybe do 3 hours of like
really dedicated concentrating work.
The rest is, yeah, putting up some posts on Instagram and
doing kind of that stuff. But really it's like 3 hours a
(36:03):
day. And then after that, I'm like
fucking done. And I just don't even understand
the concept. Like if you have a nine to five,
like I just, I truly just don't understand this concept of the
9:00 to 5:00 because our human brains aren't fucking meant to
work from 9:00 to 5:00. There is no way any human on
this earth is literally working constructively on something from
(36:25):
9:00 to 5:00 or even 12 hours orwhatever you think that it
takes. Now, for me, there are times in
seasons where, Oh my gosh, if we're launching something or I'm
creating a bunch of videos or audios for different things that
I have going on. Yeah, sure, I could maybe be
filming something, editing something, posting something
(36:47):
that might be like a six hour day.
But those are so far and few between.
But when I do freaking lock in and it is a good session, like
for example, recording this podcast, it's about an hour go
to write the show notes, going to send it off to my editor.
Might put up some stuff on stories that three hours and I
I'm fucking good. And then the rest is like maybe
(37:09):
some e-mail stuff like that. But I don't consider like emails
and messages and that kind of stuff.
I don't consider that as creative work at all.
My creative work comes in the form of recording podcast
episodes, recording audios for the Elevate Her app, creating
something for the mayor, scripting journal community.
Those types of things don't get mixed up with being really busy
(37:30):
all the fucking time with success, because you might be
busy all the time right now, buthow successful are you today?
Something just to have this awareness of with how you're
using your energy and where you're leaking your energy.
Where is it that you can start saying no to some things?
(37:50):
Where is it that you can maybe increase your energy with
tapping in to some higher vibrational audios, videos,
anything? I really just like want you to
take this inventory of your liferight now.
Because when you allow yourself to have the space in your life,
(38:11):
this is when you're able to finally listen.
This is how you tap into that inner guidance.
This is how you strengthen your intuition.
This is how you're able to feel. This is how you're able to
download this here, how you are able to create.
And that's what my year coming up is all about.
I created more by doing less, but more intentionally.
(38:33):
And I've seen where I'm leaking energy and I've restructured
things in my business to make memore effective for my community,
to make me more effective for myfamily, to make me more
effective with my friends and family.
It's just being a little bit more intentional.
And I want you to. This is one of the most
important parts of all of this is to really drop the all or
(38:56):
nothing mindset. As I mentioned, I've turned 54
episodes in two years. That's still something.
I have grown the manuscripting journal community and the
Instagram account without posting every single fucking
day. I went on a thing with my own
personal Samantha Gazooch Instagram account.
Oh, I need to post every single day.
And I did for a minute and then it like dropped off a little
(39:17):
bit. And then I started coming back
to like, OK, well, why? Why am I doing this?
What is the serving? I'd rather put out more quality
content when it comes to me versus, oh, I have to do this.
You don't need to be perfect when it comes to changing your
life. You don't have to be perfect to
be powerful. You just need to create this
(39:40):
commitment to yourself, to give yourself rest and space, but to
also take action when that inspiration comes to continue
creating this momentum. Some weeks may be slower for you
flow with that. Some days and weeks might feel
(40:00):
faster, more exciting and more full.
Amazing. But if you continue to say to
yourself, Oh my gosh, well I missed this day, I guess I give
up now. Well then nothing is ever going
to change. Because I have a feeling that
that's maybe already been your pattern because judgement, you
judging yourself puts you back in survival mode.
(40:22):
But compassion creates expansion.
So there's this really fine linebetween, right, like blaming
yourself or, you know, blaming external factors to oh, I'm not
going to continue. Oh, I'm going to continue, I'm
going to do this. Oh, I can't do that, right?
It's this very fine line. But at the end of the day, if
you are just fucking focused on that end goal and you are aware
(40:43):
of it every single day, This is why the managed could be in
journalist key because there's aspace in the journal where it
says, what are those 3 inspired action steps that you're going
to take today? What are those three things?
Being honest with yourself, whatare those three things that can
get done today? Maybe they're a little bit of a
stretchy go, but not crazy. But those three things, that's
what's going to help you create the momentum.
(41:04):
That's what's going to help you keep going.
I was starting over. Or if I was making the decision
to start something new today, I would just decide.
Decide on that thing. So what is that thing that
you're designed? I want you to DM me on Instagram
right now after this episode. What are you fucking deciding?
What is that thing? And it doesn't have to be a
huge, massive goal. I always say what is just like
(41:27):
the next stretchiest big goal for you that you know, deep down
in your soul, you know, it's fucking attainable.
You know, you know, I know, you know, girl, I'm looking at you.
I know you can't see me, but I am looking at you straight into
your soul. What is that one thing that you
want to do that you want to accomplish?
(41:49):
And then I would put my fucking blinders on.
I would put those blinders on. For example, if I had a goal in
business or something. I'm not going to Instagram to
get inspiration from everybody else that's doing about the same
thing. No, I unfollow those people.
I don't go searching for ideas because they're already all
within me. I've just been blocking them
(42:10):
from coming in because I've beentoo busy.
I'm too busy looking at what everyone else is doing.
Oh, what is trending? What is this?
No, fuck that. I'm putting my blinders on and I
would obsess over becoming that woman who has it.
And This is why, like I keep going back to this, but this is
literally why I have the Marriage Scripting Journal, You
guys. I would go back to everything
(42:31):
that I said in this podcast. What is it?
Why don't I have it? What are the things that keep
repeating? And I would become obsessed with
that woman that has it so that Iwould take a deep look at myself
and be like, OK, is the girl that has, you know, $1,000,000
in the bank? Is she sleeping in till 11:30?
And is she eating like shit? Is she not hitting the gym?
(42:53):
Is she, you know, slacking on work?
No, she's getting up. She's taking care of her body,
she's meditating, she's journaling, she's going
throughout her day with purpose and intention.
That's what I would do. Become obsessed with becoming
her. And this is how you shift
yourself concept and yourself concept.
(43:13):
That's your identity. Who you are today does not have
to be who you are tomorrow. And you could literally fucking
change that right now. Because it all comes down to
what you think and believe aboutyourself.
Because the life that you want isn't waiting for you, it's just
waiting for you to decide. And once you decide, you just
then take the action. It gets to be this easy.
(43:36):
But why, as humans, do we fucking complicate it?
We complicate this shit so much. That ends here, that ends today,
that ends right now. And I'm really excited about all
the episodes that are coming over these next few months.
Oh well, forever because we're going to be here for a while.
But I'm really excited about these upcoming episodes because
I hope to be a part of your routine where every single week
(43:59):
you're going to be tuning in to get your weekly dose of fuck I
am her because you are not broken at all.
You are just waking up and that can happen at 20.
That can happen at 50, that can happen at 80.
I have women of all ages in thiscommunity.
(44:22):
It is never too late for you to go after your goals and manifest
them because who the fuck cares? All that matters is that you
love your life and that you can look back on your life because
we don't know when this life ends for us.
I want you to be able to look back on your life and be like,
(44:42):
fuck yes, I did that. And not sitting there with like,
oh fuck, I should have done that.
Because with the law of assumption, it's done the moment
you assume it's yours. And I love that.
And I know it's sometimes so hard to believe that because
things don't happen in an instant.
But remember, there's a time lagthat happens when we make the
(45:05):
decision. Everything in our world needs to
start rearranging before it can materialize in our reality.
And how long that takes depends on you.
How committed are you to your goal?
How committed are you to those desires that you want to
manifest? Again, Go back to tomorrow if
(45:28):
you're wishy washy. If you give up, if you say Oh
well, this isn't for you, well then it's not for you and you're
going to get stuck in the same cycle.
Stop continuing to just like sabotage yourself.
Stop traumatizing yourself. Stop putting yourself in your
own shit when you can over time with just like a simple daily
(45:48):
upgrades to your life and the way that you think, the way that
you speak to yourself, the way that you uphold yourself, the
way that you believe things can change in your reality.
I promise you this. I've been doing this for long
enough to know that you don't have to wait for your new life
to feel better. You feel better to create it.
(46:11):
So I hope this episode maybe putsome excitement in your goals
and desires. Maybe this was the little bit of
a wake up episode. You know me, I like to come as
that. Think of me as like your older
sister, just laying down some harsh truth wrapped with love.
(46:34):
Because at the end of the day, you don't need to be coddled.
I don't want to sit here and coddle you.
I I want to call you out in order to call you up because I
know you have some fucking incredible potential in this
life and the world needs to see it.
And even if you think who am I to make an impact on the world,
(46:54):
it starts with you. It starts with your household.
It starts with your community, and then it spreads.
But just by you showing up in your power, that has a fucking
ripple effect with you. Even just going to the grocery
store with your energy to the gem, to your work, the way that
you show up. Oh, it's going to create a
(47:17):
ripple effect. You are more powerful than you
fucking know. Go out in your day.
Get clear on what it is that youwant.
And there's no giving up this time.
No giving up. But I love you so much.
I hope you found this episode helpful.
If you haven't done so already, I would love for you to leave a
(47:38):
five star review here on the platform.
When you leave a review. This really helps the podcast.
I do not run ads on this podcast.
Everything is self funded with this podcast.
We don't make money from this podcast.
I just love these podcasts because it allows me to bring
more information to you and a longer form content more than,
(48:01):
you know, an Instagram reel or aTikTok could ever.
So I would really, really appreciate you to leave a five
star review, send me Adm on Instagram and let me know what
you're fucking deciding. And then also, if you like this
episode and you feel like a friend would love it to give
them that tough love, tough loveenergy that they need to hear to
(48:26):
get them out of their own way. Please send it to them, share it
with them. That's how you also can help
this podcast grow. Thank you for being here.
I'm so excited going into the third year of money mindset and
manicures. And I also hope that you're
loving the new graphic for the podcast.
I'm obsessed with our latest photo shoot that we did about a
(48:47):
month ago with the help and launch of the Elevate Her app.
And if you don't have the app yet, I've linked it down below.
It is a low. It's the lowest monthly
membership ever. It is available for you.
So click that link inside. You have so many guided
meditations to choose from. You have power activations.
Those are the opposite of guidedmeditations.
(49:07):
Those are the ones that fucking I am your hype girl.
I am your hype woman. I get you into fucking action.
There's those. We have sleep tracks to help you
reprogram your mind as you sleep, your subconscious.
Those are so fucking powerful and there's so much where
there's EFT tapping videos in that there's so much goodness at
your fingertips with the app, which grows great and perfectly
(49:31):
with your journaling routine. For example, if you're the type
that this is actually why I created the app is, I don't know
about you, but we even had a manuscripting meditation
playlist on Spotify. Like I would always go searching
for different meditations and stuff on YouTube and on Spotify.
And I'm like, I'm so tired of this.
This takes up too much of my time.
So now everything is in the app.You can press play on the go
(49:52):
wherever you are to just tap into TuneIn to shift your energy
so you can manifest your goals and desires.
I thank you so much for listening and I hope you have a
wonderful rest of your day and week.
And trust me when I tell you, you will see another episode
dropping next week. I love you so much, thank you
(50:13):
