in right now? Because I never never, I haven't

using is because I just started using it two nights ago and I

would wake up on the dot at 4:00AM with my complete face just
tingling. And I'm trying to figure out is
this the machine? Because I did ChatGPT it and it
said that it could be like a reaction to the machine, but
happening two nights in a row at4:00 AM on the dot.
I don't know. Things are getting weird around

here. So I'm being very open to seeing
what happens tonight and the rest of this week, especially on
8/8 with waking up at this weirdtime.
But if you are waking up around that time, that time, 4:00 AM,
that's when the veil between physical and spiritual world is

See if you can get somewhere in your yard where you can actually

And then you can just think about or meditate on remembering

Visualize, put yourself in that space to imagine you're

Grab the journal and write from the version of you a year from
now. What does she believe?
What has she manifested? How does she lead?
What does her life look like? Let her words guide your next
move. This is super important.
And I want you to keep this letter so that a year from now
when you're reading it again, oh, it's going to be really cool

and powerful to see where you are AT.
And then #3 is to record this script of the future self that
you just wrote down. Record it in your own voice.
So you can even send this to yourself as a voice note, like
text it to yourself or use the voice notes app on your phone.
And just as you have scripted out everything that you desire

from your future self, write it out in a way like today I am
blah, blah, blah, making X amount of dollars, live in this
house, have this relationship. This is my lifestyle.
Like write it out like a script.And then after you're done
recording it, play it for yourself and sit down and get
yourself in a meditative position, right?
Close your eyes and as you are listening to your own recording,

visualize everything that is happening.
And then what I want you to do is play this recording every
single day, especially during Lionsgate.
So through August 14th, listen to every single day in that
meditative state and even beyondthat.
But again, you know how powerfulthis portal is right now, so do
it right now. This is going to help reprogram
your subconscious and align yourenergy every single day.

And then I want you to create a sacred ritual space.
So for this space, you can put crystals, candles, Oremus
journal, that future self letterthat you have, basically
anything and everything that will help you anchor in this
future self. And you can really just ask
yourself, what timeline am I anchoring in today?

I love using physical products to help me anchor in a specific
version of myself. So you can, even when you're
writing out the script from yourfuture self and you're recording
it, you can use a piece of jewelry, maybe it's a ring or a
necklace or a bracelet. So every single time you put it
on, you are embodying this future self.

So you can like program it in a way.
And you can also do this with a crystal.
So every single day as you're listening to the script, you
hold that crystal. You see what I'm getting here
with that? So creating this sacred ritual
space will be really, really important.
So that way every single day through the 14th and beyond, you
are learning to embody this future self of you.
And then lastly but not least, the most important one is

embodying this energy right now.What is she dressed like?
What does she walk like? How does she speak like?
What is she doing every single day?
How does she act? The most important thing about
this portal is that it loves clarity, it loves decisiveness,
it loves courage. Make a decision on those things
that you want and don't be wishywashy with it because in the

same breath, being wishy washy with something or not making a
decision on something is technically making a decision.
So during this time, I would be just like extra quote, UN quote,
like strict and disciplined withmyself to have all of this top
of mind because this is the energy that we are, because
embodiment is key always. And with all of this, like you

I just think the flow of all of these things just goes hand in
hand with everything, but chooseat least one or two of these
that resonate and do them with intention.

while laying on the floor. It's about embodying your truth

And this is how you can actuallywork with this portal in a way
that activates your next level. First thing that you can do is
connect to the serious energy. The best way to do this is
actually to go out in the evening and go stare at it.
See if you can get somewhere in your yard where you can actually
see this. Trust me, you will know exactly

which star it is because it is the brightest star in the sky
and you want to visualize this Starlight entering your crown.
And then you can just think about or meditate on remembering
who you were before the world told you who to be.
And I want you to then imagine receiving downloads or symbols

or guidance from your galactic self.
So you can do this in the evenings.
And even if you're not doing this at night, you can literally
just like, quote UN quote pretend, right?
Visualize, put yourself in that space to imagine you're
receiving the serious energy. Have a journal with you and then
see what comes up. The second thing you want to do
is to write a letter to yourselffrom your future self.

Grab the journal and write from the version of you a year from
now. What does she believe?
What has she manifested? How does she lead?
What does her life look like? Let her words guide your next
move. This is super important.
And I want you to keep this letter so that a year from now
when you're reading it again, oh, it's going to be really cool

and powerful to see where you are AT.
And then #3 is to record this script of the future self that
you just wrote down. Record it in your own voice.
So you can even send this to yourself as a voice note, like
text it to yourself or use the voice notes app on your phone.
And just as you have scripted out everything that you desire
(14:53):
from your future self, write it out in a way like today I am
blah, blah, blah, making X amount of dollars, live in this
house, have this relationship. This is my lifestyle.
Like write it out like a script.And then after you're done
recording it, play it for yourself and sit down and get
yourself in a meditative position, right?
Close your eyes and as you are listening to your own recording,

visualize everything that is happening.
And then what I want you to do is play this recording every
single day, especially during Lionsgate.
So through August 14th, listen to every single day in that
meditative state and even beyondthat.
But again, you know how powerfulthis portal is right now, so do
it right now. This is going to help reprogram
your subconscious and align yourenergy every single day.

And then I want you to create a sacred ritual space.
So for this space, you can put crystals, candles, Oremus
journal, that future self letterthat you have, basically
anything and everything that will help you anchor in this
future self. And you can really just ask
yourself, what timeline am I anchoring in today?

I love using physical products to help me anchor in a specific
version of myself. So you can, even when you're
writing out the script from yourfuture self and you're recording
it, you can use a piece of jewelry, maybe it's a ring or a
necklace or a bracelet. So every single time you put it
on, you are embodying this future self.

So you can like program it in a way.
And you can also do this with a crystal.
So every single day as you're listening to the script, you
hold that crystal. You see what I'm getting here
with that? So creating this sacred ritual
space will be really, really important.
So that way every single day through the 14th and beyond, you
are learning to embody this future self of you.
And then lastly but not least, the most important one is

embodying this energy right now.What is she dressed like?
What does she walk like? How does she speak like?
What is she doing every single day?
How does she act? The most important thing about
this portal is that it loves clarity, it loves decisiveness,
it loves courage. Make a decision on those things
that you want and don't be wishywashy with it because in the

same breath, being wishy washy with something or not making a
decision on something is technically making a decision.
So during this time, I would be just like extra quote, UN quote,
like strict and disciplined withmyself to have all of this top
of mind because this is the energy that we are, because
embodiment is key always. And with all of this, like you

don't even have to do all of these things.
I just think the flow of all of these things just goes hand in
hand with everything, but chooseat least one or two of these
that resonate and do them with intention.
That's the key part. And if you maybe don't have time

just thinking of all these things in your head.
