manifestation teachers completely skip over.
But once you understand, and this I'm telling you, it's going
to change the way you look at every single chaotic, hard,
miserable like life is crumblingand falling apart season in your

you stop doubting if your manifestation is working and
actually start trusting it more than ever.
Today we're talking about the quantum physics of manifestation
and what happens in the in between, like the in between of
where you are right now and yourmanifested life or the things

that you want to accomplish, thegoals that you want to manifest,
all of those desires. It's this in between.
And I'm not going to be giving you the surface level, just
being positive fluff mindset isn't going to get you through
in most cases. It does help, but I feel like a
lot of the stuff that goes around in manifestation
teachings is like, just think positive, just do affirmations.

So today we're going to deep dive into the science, the
spiritual principles, and I'm going to give you real life
examples so that you can see howthis is playing out in your life
right now. To make this so easy to
understand and to guide you through whenever you feel like
life gets hard or ultimately feels like it's crumbling.

So let's start here. There is not just one reality.
Am I blowing your brain right now?
Are you glitching out when I saythat that there is just not one
reality? You've probably heard this,
especially if you listen to Doctor Joe Dispenza.
He describes it as the field of infinite possibilities.

But right now, there are infinite versions of you that
already exist in what scientistscall the quantum field.
So this means every version of your life exists there as a wave
of potential, and that's how they describe it.
A wave of potential. Isn't that interesting?

This potential. We have the potential to be
great. We have the potential to be
wealthy. We have the potential to be
beautiful. We have the potential for
literally everything. There's a version of you already
living in this abundance. There's a version of you in
debt, there's a version of you and a relationship that is like
the relationship of your dreams,and then there's the version of
you that's stuck in the same cycles you swore you would

break. They are all real, they're
already all there and they're all just waiting for you to
TuneIn. Now you may have heard me and
sometimes I get confused with gosh, have I said this in a
previous podcast episode before?Or am I just thinking because
just this last week on TikTok, Iwas talking a lot about quantum

jumping and collapsing timelinesand even the quantum crumble,
which we're discussing today. So sometimes I like forget where
have I mentioned this on the podcast before or not.
But how you tune in is in quantum physics, there's
something called the wave function collapse.
So this is when a possibility stops being just a potential,

like just a thought, just an idea, and it becomes a particle,
which means that's something solid in your life.
So how do you collapse a wave? This happens through your
observation. What you focus on, what you
think about, and what you feel. This is what spiritual teachers

have been seeing for literally centuries.
Is where you pay attention is what becomes your life.
And science just gives us the receipts.
And I was just recently listening to this.
I think it was just a really long TikTok actually of this
girl talking about how there's alot of different scientific

studies that like can't happen or when they happen, the results
are kind of skewed because the scientist or the researchers
that are running this experiment, their own like
energy, their thoughts, their beliefs actually create or

impact and have an effect on theoutcome of that experiment,
which is like really kind of just wild to think about.
Like I just think about that, right?
Like just think about with your life, with what I just said,
what is true in your life is because of what your beliefs

are, what you think about, what you feel, what you focus on.
Like you are the observer, depending on what that
background is in your brain, your past, your history, the way
that you observe is going to create a different outcome.
And just think about your friendor me, like me and you both, we

have, I mean, I feel like if you're listening to this
podcast, we kind of have similarbeliefs.
We have some overlap and you know, but we have different
pasts, we have had different lived experiences.
So what we observe, we could be looking at the exact same thing,
but we could have completely different emotions to it.
We can have completely differentreactions to it because of our

current belief system and because of our past lived
experiences. So this collapse of a wave is
through your observation. And when you really start diving
into this, you kind of Start learning like even though we're
all living in the same reality, we are having and experiencing

different realities. I know this Loki sounds crazy.
Like even me just saying this out loud, I feel like I'm kind
of stutter stepping my words because it's like such a mind
fuck in a sense. But here's the part that most
people don't get about manifestation is that you can't

fully live in the I'm abundant. You know I'm abundant reality
that rich girl lifestyle while spending most of your mental
energy in the I'm broke or I'm in debt or I can't afford that.
You cannot live in two differentrealities at the same time.
So that means 2 realities can't exist at once and you can't

(07:36):
truly embody my soulmate is here.
I am so loved while you're stillfeeling like oh oh men suck.
Oh my gosh, no one's ever going to like me.
Oh, I'm not pretty enough, right?
Those are completely two different realities.
So I want you to think of it like this.
Think of your life as a radio station.

(07:59):
Everything in our reality is tuned to a frequency.
Everything has a frequency. I've said this on the podcast or
in challenges or in master classes so many times, right?
Like everything holds a frequency in a vibration.
So I want you to now act as if you are a receiver, right?
And you have an antenna and every single reality out there,

(08:21):
there's multiple, there's multiple versions of you, and
every single one of those versions is a different radio
station. So every single one of those
realities has a different frequency.
So now let's say your current reality is at 104.5 or one O

(08:46):
4.7. Let's use one O 4.7.
Are you guys old enough to remember or have experienced the
radio? I know most of you have if
you're around my age, but I knowthere's some of you if you're, I
don't know if you're early 20s or mid 20s or right maybe maybe
you haven't. You never got to experience
having a radio in your car, but maybe you have.

(09:07):
But I just remember One O 4.7, KISS FM is what I grew up to
listening to in Arizona, and that was like all the hip hop
and rap and all of that. And that was like a different
lifetime for me. But that was my jam.
OK, so say that is my current reality, but your dream reality
is playing on One O 1.5. That was my second favorite

(09:30):
radio station back in the day. You cannot listen to both radio
stations at the same time, right?
It's impossible, but you can flip back and forth.
You can flip to the one, right? Because there are some days that
we feel really fucking good. We do feel abundant.
We feel rich. We look at our bank account and

(09:50):
there's proof and we're like, heck yes.
And then there's times where, Ohmy gosh, I feel broke.
My bank account is literally showing me that I am broke.
Oh shit, this bill came in and it's my credit card bill and
it's damn, I owe a lot. So you can flip back and forth
between the two, but what happens when you're in the in

(10:11):
between, especially when you hadto like use a dial to tune the
radio station. Like now there's like, I don't
know, when I was growing up too,like you could just pre program
and press a button, right? But that in between radio
stations, What does that sound like?
That static, that annoying static.
It's like, oh, it's trick. It's like terrible.
It's awkward, It's uncomfortableto listen to, right?

(10:31):
It's awkward. It's static, and that static is
what you feel when things aren'tmoving, when your results are
inconsistent. It's the confusion of trying to
straddle between both worlds. So this static is really what we

(10:52):
call the void, which I'll get toin just a second.
But in quantum mechanics, observer effect tells us that
the act of observing something changes it.
So if you keep observing your current reality, like you're
checking your bank account in panic, you're looking for proof

(11:14):
that you're single or that that person you're interested in, I
don't know, they're liking and commenting on these other chicks
Instagram photos and you think they don't like you or you're
obsessing over why it hasn't worked out yet.
You're literally reinforcing theold reality over and over and
over. You're literally giving yourself

(11:34):
proof. In one of the previous episodes
a few months ago, I talked aboutthe reticular activating system
of the brain. Whatever you tell it, it's just
going to continue to reinforce what your belief is.
So if you keep looking at your bank account and you're saying
fuck, there's enough money in here, your particular activating

(11:56):
system is going to start showingyou and other areas of your life
that, yeah, you are broke. Oh yeah, you can't afford that.
You're literally reinforcing theold reality.
But if you start to focus and keep your inner focus on the new
reality where you visualize it, you feel it, you act like it's

(12:17):
already here, you are reinforcing the new reality
until it becomes dominant. This is the observer effect.
Eventually the the wave of collapse of this particle has to
happen. It's going to happen because
remember as you start focusing on those things that you desire,

(12:40):
that you are abundant, that evenif the bank account is low,
you're fucking grateful for thatmoney that you have.
You're going to start seeing proof of it in your reality.
You're going to continue taking action from that place of you
already have it and it is comingto you.
You can't watch one reality and expect the other to grow.

(13:01):
It's literally physics and energy and attention is your
creation. So where are you putting the
focus on now? Let's go back to this messy
middle, the void, that uncomfortable static, that
annoying static where you just feel like everything is just
fucking not going right. It's messy, it's chaotic, right?

(13:22):
It's just So what happens when you stop feeding energy to your
old reality, which could be right now you, your current
reality, right? Like you're, you're sick and
tired of this current reality. You want better for yourself,
You want to live healthier, You want to be richer, you want to
be in a relationship, you want the house, you want the car, you

(13:42):
want the fucking great career, the job, the business.
So what happens when you stop feeding your current reality,
this old reality, but the new one hasn't arrived yet.
This is the void. This is the space in between.
You're in between this. I'm no longer this old version
of me, but I'm also not yet who I want to become and who I want

(14:07):
to be and who I want like what Iwant to have.
So in physics, this is decoherence.
In decoherence, this old state, this old version of you starts
to lose stability and the new reality is now forming.
And here's the kicker with this,and this is when it comes to

(14:29):
manifestation is like when we talk about or not we because
I'm, I'm very real with you guyshere and This is why I love
diving into these topics is the void rarely feels good.
So when it comes to manifesting,it's like we talk about, Oh my
God, manifesting crazy. The vision for life is so good.
We're feeling so great. But also, if you are

(14:53):
consistently feeling that way, Ilow key don't think you're
manifesting in the right way. And I'm not saying that
manifesting your new life has tofeel shitty, but because it is
impossible to live in two realities at the same time, one

(15:16):
has to give, which means it has to crumble, which means it has
to leave and go away. So this looks like job loss.
This looks like being, you know,broken up with or cheated on or
something. Like there's shit that's going
to happen that's not going to feel good because there are
current things in your current reality, this old one, this old

(15:38):
radio station that have to leaveyour reality in order to make
space within you that is also science.
Like if your world is jam packedfull of things, where the fuck
is the room for the new to come in?
Where is there room? This is why we say it's like
when it comes to a house when you're cleaning it and

(15:59):
decluttering it. Declutter the old shit and
energy out. Get rid of the things that no
longer serve you. The same thing goes for every
single aspect of your life. You have to let things go.
And here is another kicker with all of this is if you even
though deep down inside the relationship you're in fucking

(16:20):
sucks and you want more. Maybe it is the house that
you're in and you're like this is a dump and I need to move.
Maybe you're trying to manifest more money and you know you're
in a job that you freaking hate.Like maybe it's your boss that
you just like can't get along with.
Or maybe your Co workers are just like shitty.
Or maybe it's just the pay. You're like I deserve more and I

(16:41):
want more. But in all these circumstances
you're still staying in it. Guess what happens?
The universe, Universe, God's going to come in and they're
going to remove that shit for you.
And I always say you have two choices.
You can either take the action to go do the thing yourself.

(17:03):
I always think when we do the thing, even though it still can
be hard, it can be hard to breakup with that person, right?
That show that starts popping upa lot more wounds, right?
The worthy nurse ruin. Am I fully loved?
Am I, you know, will anyone everlove me, right?
It could be the job. Oh my gosh, I need, but I need
this money. How am I going to pay my bills
if I quit my job that I hate? But I always say if we take the
action to remove those things from our lives, I feel like we

(17:27):
have kind of that control factorand it low key kind of feels
good because we feel like we're in control.
But most people don't do it because they are scared, because
they are terrified. Because even though this shit
sucks right now, it is so comfortable and our subconscious
mind loves comfort, even if it is painful.

(17:49):
So we hold on to this stuff, this crap, and yet over here we
are creating the vision board ofthe life that we want with the
amazing job and the amazing partner and health and
everything right here. We are creating the vision
board. We're journaling, we're
meditating on it every single day, but we're not taking the
action on removing the shit thatis not worthy of us anymore.
So what happens, All right, you've signaled to the universe

(18:11):
what you want. It's given you chance after
chance and opportunity after opportunity to remove the things
that are no longer serving you. But you're like, no, because
it's scary. And I'm low key comfortable
because my subconscious loves the comfort here of this feeling
like shit. So then the universe of God
comes in and they're like, well,fuck, we're going to fucking
kick you out of the shit becausewe really want you to have that

(18:31):
life that you desire, but we can't bring that in for you
because there is no fucking room.
So that's when all of a sudden you, you know, have that
uncomfortable chat with your boss and all of a sudden you get
fired or you get dumped or you find out they're cheating or,
you know, some shit like that, or unexpected bills start

(18:53):
popping in or, you know, this, that happens and you feel like
what the fuck? Oh my God, Oh my God, I can't
believe this is happening to me.But really, let's be fucking
real. Really.
You literally cannot believe this is happening to you right
now. Hello, you have been asking for
this but you were too afraid, too scared to take the
initiative to remove the shit yourself.

(19:14):
So the universe is going to comein and it's going to remove it
for you, and then we act all fucking surprised.

And when I have clients or students or my community members
come to me and say, Oh my God, I'm so in and my life is falling
the fuck apart. Like I really want to have
empathy for you. But I honestly, yes, I have
empathy, but honestly I don't. I'm over here like clapping,
celebrating. I'm smiling ear to ear because

(20:42):
I'm like, fuck yes, it's finallyhappening for you.
It's not happening to you. It's happening for you because
that shit needed to go and the universe came in as like, bitch,
if you ain't going to fucking dothis, I'm going to do it for you
because I know what's best. And guess what?
Yes, you're going to be mad at me right now.
Yes, you're going to be maybe mad at the world, but this is

(21:03):
where everything with mindset comes in is when you stop
playing the damn victim and you start looking at everything.
It's like, oh, shit, this is happening for me.
Oh my gosh, let me trust this fucking process.
Oh, you can literally use all these circumstances as proof
that your manifestation is in momentum.

(21:24):
And the only reason you start panicking and you start freaking
out is because your brain, your subconscious mind that has been
comfortable throughout all this shit, it just starts panicking
because the familiar is gone. Your nervous system is
screaming. Go back to what you know.

(21:45):
Go back to what you know. You know that relationship, even
though it's shitty, you fucking can predict that it's going to
be shitty. You know that just like, you
know, trying to be in that job and, you know, trying to beg
your boss not to fire you because you really need the
money. It just, it's literally just
screaming at you to go back to what you know.
But if you don't understand what's happening, you'll mistake

(22:09):
this for failure. And it is not failure.
You're literally just want you to think about like just being
in a slingshot. In order for something to be
slingshotted so far out right ata distance, what has to happen,
you have to pull the slingshot back.
So imagine yourself, you're in this damn slingshot and the

(22:31):
universe is just removing all this shit from your life so it
can get some leverage, so it canget some power behind to just
slingshot you out and forward into the future timeline, into
that timeline where your manifestations have landed.
That is all that is happening. But because we have all of these
emotions and you know, all of these different wounds start

(22:53):
popping up and these limiting beliefs start popping up and we
truly feel like we're failing. I want you to know and
understand this isn't failure. This is your time to just lean
in. And This is why whenever you are
going through this process and manifesting, This is why it is
so important to feed your mind with positive things.

(23:17):
And I'm just saying like affirmations, I'm saying like
listen to guided meditations in the morning to pump yourself up.
Listen to the power activations to elevate.

I truly believe it's because they are just stuck in this pre
programmed state and they haven't reprogrammed themselves
to get out of their own way. This void that you may be in
right now. If you feel like your life is

I know it's very counterintuitive and it's really

just a mind fuck for your brain to feel excited when you feel
like everything's shitty, but this void is like renovating
your home. You decided you wanted an
upgrade. You wanted a bigger house,
bigger rooms, a nice modern kitchen, gorgeous floors.
And then one day the construction crew comes all in.

The construction crew doesn't roll in your dream furniture.
Not on day one. What do they do on day one when
you're building a house or renovating a house?
First they need to start knocking down the walls.
They need to 1st RIP out the floors.
They need to. Then you're going to throw out
your old stuff into a dumpster, donate it, sell it.

(25:28):
What happens? Everything looks so much worse
before it looks better. But that's because the old
structure has to go before the new one can fit in.
So this demolition that's happening with this house,
that's your life in the void, this messy part that you are in

(25:52):
and this Ness is proof that yourdream is being built and This is
why you should be celebrating it.
And trust me, I've been doing this work for over a decade now
and spoiler alert, it does not get fucking easier every time I
start just like thinking about different areas of my life and
how I want to upgrade it and change it.

Like I'm so excited and then when shit hits the fan, even
though it's so fucking hard likeit is, I'm not going to sit here
and be like, Oh yeah, I just celebrate through all the hard
shit. No, I'm fucking crying, I'm
screaming, I'm self sabotaging. I'm my old ways sneak back in
and I just have to fucking put myself in check over and over

(26:34):
and over. And that's why I have the
elevator app. That's why I listen to different
podcasts. That's why I only follow people
on social media that fucking inspire me because every time
you are trying to up level your life, shit is going to be taken
away unless you take the action.And like I said, even if you do
take the action to remove it, yes, it's hard and painful.
Like sometimes it's easy. But when you start having this

attitude of like, I know this ishappening for my higher good.
And I know like, realistically, if you remove yourself from the
situation and look at your life,you can look down and be like,
yeah, yeah, this is fucking happening for a reason.
Because I know, I know for a fact when something is leaving
from my life, I know it is for the better.

And I trust and believe that Goduniverse, they probably see
something ahead and they're protecting me, even though it
might not make sense to me rightnow.
But it's just having this ultimate trust and belief that
as long as I am keeping my eye on that higher vision timeline

(27:41):
and I can continue to actually see and visualize everything
that I want to desire. And I'm just doing the action
every single day that is moving me slowly towards that.
No matter what is happening around me, I am trusting the
stand process. So this void is just the
rearranging when you've chosen this new reality.

Everything in your life that doesn't match that frequency
must leave. It has to leave.
It's like that breakup right before your soul mate arrives.
Hell, I went through a fucking almost like a probably 8 years
of it of just dating. Just shitty guy.
Just shitty guy. And again, and I've said this a

million times before, even in the last episode where I was
talking about unhinged manifestation rituals I did to
manifest my husband Mark, I had to go through so many different
lessons and learnings and be clear about what it is that I
wanted. And I had to finally wake up and
stop repeating the same cycles. And isn't that weird when I

finally stacked myself out of myown bullshit?
It's not the guys fault that youknow anything that happened in
my previous relationships. No, it was me because I was the
common nominator. It's the client losses maybe
that you have before an income leap.
It's maybe the failed launch that you have right before your

business blows up. It might just be you getting
fired from that job for you to actually anchor and what it is
that you want and start applyingfor the jobs that you actually
want to work for the pay that you believe you are worthy of.
It's that breakdown in health right before you feel like the

(29:32):
healthiest version you've ever been.
I feel I need to do an episode on this, but I feel like the
last year and a half, last two years, Oh my gosh, I went
through so much with my financesand with my health that I didn't
really speak to a lot on social media.
But I really, really have to be anchored and on the other side

(29:55):
of things before I can truly speak to things.
But let me tell you, the last year and a half, I dealt with a
lot of this lost. And I think I've probably spoken
this to on a podcast, even with finances, a little bit with
business. But there was so much shit that
happened in business, so much money that I lost with just

(30:15):
investing in little different things that just didn't work
out. Me doing stuff in my business
that I thought was the directionI was supposed to take.
And I then finally woke up and realized, wow, this is not it.
And at the same time, and also with my house, as you know, I
got my implants removed last year.
I did multiple parasite cleansesand just different things to

(30:37):
help better my health, especially with preparation of
getting pregnant. It just felt like looking back,
Mark and I have been speaking tothis a lot with ourselves over
the last couple months is like, wow, we are right now living our
dream life that we were manifesting over the last five

(30:57):
years, while we're also currently building our dream
life, like moving into the next phase of it.
But everything throughout the last year and a half, it was
just so much shit and so much turmoil and so much growth and
so much of stuff falling away. And as different things fell

(31:18):
away, the lightness and the clarity that I had went
throughout that process. It was so hard.
It was so hard to let go. It was so hard to be in it, but
at the same time, just by being in it and using the tools that I
share didn't make it easier. Yes, but no.

Because you're still going to feel the feels.
But at the same time, now that I'm on the other side of it, for
now, it's like, Oh my gosh, madeit.
And also it could have been so easy to just completely self
sabotage, to completely quit or completely just give up on
things. But I know because I trust God

(32:05):
universe, I believe in that I believe in my higher self is out
there in the future winking backat me saying keep fucking going.
And it is this self driven motivation, knowing that deep
down inside, yes, I am worthy ofthese things.
Deep down inside, yes, I know. I just know my life is going to

(32:26):
look XY and Z and I just have tokeep going because this shit
that I'm in right now or these things that I'm experiencing is
like, no, this is old, old self shit.
This is old timeline. This is different.
This is not what I want. A lot of times these breakdowns
happen before the breakthrough, but you have to keep trusting

(32:47):
through this process because if you let this all come in and
happen to you and you just give up and, and then you just repeat
the same shit. And that's what that's why you
keep repeating the same cycles if you're in it, because you are
not actually getting through them.
You're not learning the lessons,you're not anchoring in this new

(33:08):
hire version of you. You just keep retracting back to
your old patterns, your old way of thinking and your old habits,
which means your old actions, which means, yes, of course
you're going to repeat the cycle.
All of this is to say it's like anything that's the lesser than
anything that's no longer serving you and where you are
going, it has to be removed so the greater parts can enter.

(33:32):
So now let's talk about parallelrealities and timeline jumping.
Parallel realities, so many different realities that all
exists at the same time. Parallel realities are all the
different lanes you could drive in, right?
Just think about that. You're a car, you're on the
freeway. Every lane is a different
reality. One lane is the barely getting

(33:56):
by version of you. Another lane you're driving in a
car right on a freeway. The other one is you're thriving
abundant dream life version. But when you change lanes,
there's a moment where you're straddling that line.
You know that white line in the middle.
You're not fully in one lane. You're not fully in the other.
If you panic and swerve back, you stay in the old lane.

(34:21):
If you hold your steering steadyeven through the bumps, you
merge onto the lane that takes you where you want to go.
That merge is the void. So don't pull back into the lane
that you just left. And you're always moving forward
in some version of your life. So when you change your

(34:42):
thoughts, your feelings, your actions, you shift into the lane
where your desired reality already exists.
And the faster you match the energy of the version of you who
already has it, the faster you're going to stabilize in
that lane, and everything aroundyou starts to look different.
This is the part where you either quantum leap or slide

(35:05):
back to the old. So how do you hold the new
reality long enough for it to lock in?
How do we do this? That's always the question.
And there's no one specific magic like snap of the fingers,
right? No, you have to choose it daily.
Even when you're in the shit, you have to choose a day.

(35:26):
This is again, I will. I will beat this like to death.
You got to ask yourself, what would the version of me in my
dream reality do today? And then do that even when life
is shitty, even with life is messy.
Throw in the elevator app right after this podcast if you're
feeling like fucking shit right now.

This is what I do all the time. I'll listen to it sometimes even
in the morning if things are really fucking crazy, I don't
even want to listen to a guided meditation because that's just
like slowing my brain down too much.
I will put on a power activation.
I'll listen to that in the morning, I'll listen to it
midday. I'll listen to it when I'm done
with the part. Like I will just anytime that I

(36:07):
need a fucking pep talk, I throwone of those on.
I press play on that and I play it fucking loud and it feels so
good. Tell me, tell me if you play a
power activation and after listening to that, you don't
feel good. And if you don't, you need to
play it again and turn up even louder because you weren't
listening. Because I guarantee you if you

(36:30):
listen to it and you lock in my words and you let that shit land
in your brain and in your body and in your heart and you
freaking believe it, you will embody it and you will take
action. I highly recommend that.

All of that is just you holding yourself back because you are
afraid and scared and your subconscious mind is like

forcing you back, regulating your nervous system, EFT
tapping, breath work, even just going to go for a walk, moving
your energy, exercising, gettingthe shit out of your body.
Our nervous system starts to feel chaotic because it doesn't
know what to do with the energy.That's what happens to me a lot

of times for me when there are so many different things going
on for me. And let me know if this happens
to you, but I get paralyzed. Like literally, I get so
overwhelmed that I get paralyzed.
I don't even know what action totake.
I can have all the to do lists in the world.
I can have all the action steps right in front of me, but I am

(38:17):
fucking paralyzed. It's the freeze.
So if you ever feel that's freeze, that's your nervous
system. And for me, that's when I go to
okay. I got to literally change my
energy, shift my energy. If I'm in my office, I'm going
to leave and go downstairs. I will go on a walk, I'll go
play with my dog, I'm going to go work out.

(38:37):
I might even do EFT tapping. I'll listen to a power
activation I do and through evenguided meditation stuff.
You can. There's like low key breath work
in it to help you breathe it out.
Tap it out, get that shit up andout of your body.
This is going to help remove that energy so you can calm your
nervous system. You're not frozen or you're not

(38:58):
biting or fleeing because of bears chasing you.
No, you're just sitting in your damn room because you need to go
live on Instagram or create and post a wheel and you're fucking
terrified because you're worriedabout what your family's going
to say or do. You know, it's things like that.
Regulating your nervous system is key because if you have a
tendency to feel paralyzed when things feel overwhelming or you

run away from your problems and you, I don't know, go fucking
party your face off because you don't know how to or numb
yourself with alcohol or drugs or whatever because you don't
want to feel your current reality, right?
It's those habits and things that's all just your nervous
system. It's in fight, flight, or fond
phrase. Do the things that you feel

(39:43):
would be best for you to help you feel calm again.
And for everyone, it's different.
So I always say just try out different modalities and see
which one you enjoy. See which one brings you back to
a calm body. OK babe, I know we're deep in

white bar and then that's slowly, that bar is like moving
along because it's performing the update.
And sometimes it takes on a 30 minutes, sometimes it'll take
like hours, but you can't do anything with the phone.
You can't see what's happening, but the system in the
background, it's deleting all ofthe old code, it's installing

new programs, it's performing updates and it's preparing to
reboot. And if you unplug your phone or
let it die or turn it off or cancel it, if you stop this mid
update because you're impatient and you're like, fuck this.
Like actually I don't have time for this phone to update.
I really need to get on Instagram or TikTok right now.
What happens? You corrupt the system and it

(43:19):
has to start over. So I want you to think of this
blackout screen as the void the update is rearranging.
Your only job is to trust the process until the new system
boots up. So babe, if you're in the middle
of a crumble, if you feel like your life is being stripped

apart, here's your last reminder. 2 realities cannot
exist at once. The chaos is the old reality
losing its grip on you. So let that shit go and this
void that you are in is where your new reality is building.
