you've always dreamed of. Get ready to be inspired,
motivated, and empowered as we elevate our lives together.
(00:35):
Hi babe, welcome back to anotherepisode of the Money, Mindset
and Manicures podcast. I'm Samantha, your host, and I
have the most expansive podcast episode that I'm going to bring
to you today. But first, I want you to really
let this next statement that I'mgoing to say out loud sink in.
(00:58):
You cannot see your life clearlywhile you're stuck inside of it.
Now think about that for just a second.
Most of us are really living inside the day-to-day chaos,
from work to family to scrollingon social media to the endless
to do lists, other people's expectations.
(01:19):
And we're so close to it all that we can't even tell what's
actually serving us and what's silently sabotaging us.
And what I believe to be true isThis is why so many women feel
like they're doing all the things from journaling to
meditating, manifesting, personal development.
(01:41):
But it still feels like something's off.
And I want to ask you, are you feeling a little bit off even
though you were doing all of those things?
And it's mostly because when you're in the picture, you can't
see the full canvas. And This is why retreats are so
(02:01):
powerful. So I just got back from Sedona
where I hosted my 11th retreat. I cannot even believe I'm at my
11th retreat or just completed it.
I feel like I just started hosting retreats like a few
months ago. It is so crazy.
And every single woman who came on this retreat experienced this
(02:23):
exact thing. They realized they had been
holding on to anger, grief, sadness, resentment, people
pleasing the things they didn't even realize were controlling
their lives. And from the very first night,
once they finally stepped outside of their normal reality,
(02:43):
those patterns began to rise up and release.
And by the end of the five days, they were definitely not the
same women who walked in the door.
They were lighter, clearer, morealigned with who they truly are
and what they're meant to do. And today, I want to share why
(03:03):
taking this kind of pause by stepping away from the noise of
your everyday life might be the single most important thing you
can ever do for yourself. So grab your favorite beverage
and let's dive into the episode. One of the biggest things that I
witnessed at this retreat was women realizing how much they've
(03:26):
been carrying without even noticing.
For some of the women, and I'm not going to use names or
anything like that in this episode, obviously this is a
very close container, but I wantto share the things that I know
pretty much anyone and everyone can relate to.
Because when you're on this retreat, it is honestly really
(03:47):
hard for me to share what happens because it's truly
unexplainable. You truly have to be there.
And of course, I post the pictures on Instagram and the
stories and create some reels, but the magic happens in the
conversations that are had in the workshops that we do and the
ceremonies and journeys that we have as well.
So I'm just going to be really sharing just high level things
(04:11):
without names and without any specificities.
But I want to share this with you because I know those of you
that are going to say yes to theupcoming retreats, I want you to
just know, follow that desire. If you have after you listen to
this episode, have this deep down knowing like, oh, I need to
go. Please listen to it because
(04:33):
every single woman that has cometo any of my retreats has been
nervous, has been scared, has been, oh, I don't know if this
is for me. And then every single one of
them within day one, they're like, Oh my God, I am so
freaking grateful that I came tothis.
Like I can't even believe I considered not coming.
For some of the women, it was a deep knowing that they weren't
living up to their full potential, that they had like
(04:56):
been putting themselves in a boxthat society told them to be
like, what to do with their career and how to live their
lifestyle. And it's been keeping them stuck
in a job that they hate. And they've lost all of their
passions. But also they've had this deep
burning desire of their dreams whispering to them daily.
But because they're so they've been so in it into this 3D
(05:18):
construct that they've been living in, they've been unable
to take action on them because they didn't know how.
And then for other women, it wasanger that they've been pushing
down for years. Maybe it was due to past
partners or family members in their lives that have done
hurtful things, but a lot have been holding onto this anger and
resentment. And for many of the women as
(05:39):
well, it's been people pleasing. And that's a very typical thing
coming into my world, is lettingother people's opinions dictate
how they lived, who they dated, how they worked, or even how
they showed up in their own bodies.
But here's the truth. You cannot manifest the life
that you want while you're weighed down by all of that.
Your frequency is completely clogged and your nervous system
(06:03):
is completely running on survival mode.
But in Sedona, inside this retreat container, there is so
much safety, so much sisterhood, which happens literally
instantly. Like I can't even express.
I go to many different events, Imeet lots of different women,
and I've been in lots of different containers.
But what happens at this retreatis just like you literally exit
(06:27):
out of the 3D reality and you step into this dimensional
portal in Sedona and your heart just opens.
And every single woman in any retreat that I've had, every
single one of them there is there for a certain purpose.
And the way that they connect with each other instantly, I've
never seen anything happen as fast.
(06:49):
It is just so incredible. And this allows so much space
for all of those walls to finally come down and for you to
be really real, not just with yourself, but with others.
Share things that you've literally never told another
soul on the planet. It is just insane with this
container and what happens Because on night one, we did our
(07:12):
first deep meditation and sharing circle and you could
literally feel the collective release.
Like literally, it was like the women were breathing for the
first time in their lives. It came through tears,
realizations, journaling, breakthroughs.
It's just absolutely incredible. But you know what's so, so, so,
so, so beautiful? As one woman shares her truth,
(07:36):
another woman is sitting across the room realizing, Oh my gosh,
I'm not alone. That's me too.
And then by the end of the retreat, these women were
completely transformed. They look different.
Their eyes were brighter, their shoulders were more relaxed,
their aura was literally glowing.
And they left with clarity abouttheir purpose, with confidence
(07:57):
to make new choices. That's like the biggest one,
having that confidence to actually make change because
even you know you were leaving, right, to go back to your 3D
worlds. You now have a complete
sisterhood backing you. Like we have an amazing group
chat that runs onwards even after the retreat closes.
But you have the support of all the women, knowing who you are,
(08:19):
knowing what you've released, knowing what you've been
through, to continue to support you, to kind of hold you
accountable to those decisions that you had made on the
retreat, to take back home with you, back to the 3D, and to
basically give the power to finally move forward with their
lives. So this is the magic of the
retreat. It's not a surface level
(08:41):
motivation. It's literally figuratively
cellular. It's embodied transformation.
And then through quantum energetics, you're not just
shifting alone. The group amplifies every single
breakthrough because what one woman shares and heals literally
becomes medicine for everyone inthe room, including me.
(09:03):
Like I'm not just sitting there in these retreats as like a host
or a guy. Like I'm in it with you.
I'm learning from every single woman.
I'm even uncovering shit in my life that maybe I had still
packed away and it's coming up for me too.
So we are all equal in this container.
And as these shifts happen from between having fun and exploring
(09:25):
Sedona to being deep in the journey or to doing a meditation
and just sitting in awe and all the beauty of Sedona has to
offer, it is one of the most transformative and healing
experiences. Now let me explain why retreats
create results in five days thatwould take you probably years,
(09:46):
probably years, years, years to create on your own.
It's because you cannot shift what you cannot see.
And when you're living in your everyday reality, you're way too
close to it. How many times?
And maybe you've experienced this.
Maybe you've been on a retreat before.
Maybe you haven't done one. Maybe you've gone on vacation
for a couple days, right? And maybe you just like had this
(10:07):
realization once you finally, like get out of it.
Or you know, when you're like insome shit, like you were just, I
don't know, something bad's going on.
And then behind sight, like later on down the road, you
realize, oh wait, now I see it clearly.
When you're living in everyday reality, you're too close to it.
It's like trying to fix the puzzle while your face is
(10:28):
literally pressed right against it, right?
You can't see where the pieces go.
You can't even see all the pieces because you are too
close. You are too zoomed in.
But when you step away, when youpause, and when you pause
intentionally with stepping out of your 3D reality, stepping
into a container where nothing else matters, your job doesn't
(10:49):
matter, your responsibilities don't matter, the kids don't
matter, family. I'm not saying it doesn't
matter. You just don't have to do
anything right. You are literally so present
with yourself and your healing and your goals and desires.
When you finally have that space, you can actually start
recognizing the patterns and youcan actually see what's aligned
(11:11):
and what's not, and you finally have the clarity to rearrange,
to release, and to reset. So that's exactly what the
Sedona Rise Retreat does. It pulls you out of your
routine, out of the noise and the places you and places you in
one of the most powerful vortexes on earth.
Because Sedona undoubtedly holdsan energy that is undeniable.
(11:36):
It's like the earth itself is whispering, you are safe to let
go. You are safe to rise.
Like even with the women on thisretreat, there was quite a few
that hadn't cried in years. Literally because they never
allowed themselves to. Because they had to be strong.
Whether it's strong for the family or just strong from
themselves or just very much in their masculine, where they did
(11:57):
not tap into their feminine energy at all.
And so many of the women told meI didn't even know how badly I
needed this until I was here. And that's the truth.
Most of us don't realize how much we're carrying, how much
we're stuck until we finally give ourselves the space to
pause. And I quickly want to read you
one of the messages that one of the women sent me this morning.
(12:19):
Not going to mention her name because it was a private text
message to me, but she said hi Samantha, I just wanted to
express how externally grateful I am to you for the most life
changing and incredible experience at our retreat.
That was exactly what I prayed for and it exceeded my
expectations 1 thousandfold. You are an absolute goddess and
(12:42):
I'm so excited for the potential2026 Mexico retreat.
If you ever need anything, don'thesitate to reach out to your
girl over here. I've got your back.
So that was just one and I'll read a couple more throughout
this episode. But that's just the sisterhood
that is created because you justgo so deep so fast, open
(13:03):
hearted. And I don't know about you, but
I don't even remember. It's been a very long time that
I've even had, you know, even girlfriends that can get to this
level with me. You know what I mean?
Like to be that deep, that raw, that honest, that intentional it
is So just This is why I keep doing these retreats, babe.
(13:24):
Like truly, This is why I keep doing them.
And I know last year, I don't know if you had been listening,
but last year I had probably mentioned I think in an e-mail
and probably on social, maybe ina podcast episode.
Like this is going to be the last Sedona retreat.
And then that retreat happened and I was like, no fucking way.
Like there's no way I cannot stop doing these.
(13:45):
And let me tell you if I could make career out of doing
retreats, which I know I can andI, I really want to host more
and we are going to host more retreats next year.
But if I could just do this overand over every weekend with
different groups of women, I would.
If there was that need for it, I100% would.
(14:07):
Because what I can do and the space that I can create and the
things I can take the women through in just five days, it
collapses fucking time. It collapses so much time.
And I just cannot stress enough how insanely powerful these
retreats are. So let me share with you what a
(14:30):
retreat kind of looks like for this one in Sedona.
So it's five days, four nights. We gather in a beautiful
sanctuary space surrounded by the breathtaking red rocks.
Please go to my Instagram and gowatch the stories or the
highlights, depending when you're listening to this.
Go look at the reels from the Sedona retreats because first of
all, just being in that space islike breathtaking.
(14:53):
And then every single day we do deep work together.
There's guided meditations. Like for example, in the
morning, we'll have breakfast, we'll sit down, we'll do a
guided meditation as a group. Then we'll have an open sharing
circle. So we probably talk for like an
hour, an hour and a half, sometimes two hours even just
going through what was coming upand sharing and releasing and
(15:14):
giving each other helpful adviceand just talking it through like
girlfriends, like it is just so powerful.
Then we usually go do some movement and I think that's one
of the most important parts, especially when you're doing the
deep inner work is to also move your body.
So every single day we go on a walk slash little mini hike in
the Sedona Red Rocks. That's primarily to just move
(15:37):
the energy out of our bodies. That is so, so important.
Then we'll come back and whetherit's an Embody practice workshop
or a healing ceremony. For example, one of the days we
had my amazing friend Michelle come in with her incredible
sound instrument set up and she took us through an amazing
breathwork sound restoration journey.
(15:57):
And then we will do another activity or we'll do a sharing
circle. We'll have a beautiful dinner
all together and then in the evenings it will usually be we
sit out, look at the stars. Or for example, on this one, we
did do a mushroom psychedelic journey, which was insane.
(16:18):
It started out with, well, if you haven't done a mushroom
journey before, it's very light each group, because I've done
this a couple times on retreats, each group is a little bit
different. But with this group
specifically, we started with being outside looking at the
stars and I was helping the women see the UFOs, which are
there whether you are in mushrooms or not.
(16:38):
And then we went inside once themushrooms had kicked in and we
did a beautiful guided meditation which then opened up
the floor to sharing. And let me tell you that night,
I swear we traveled worlds. There was nothing 3D about it.
The things that came up and through the channeling that
(17:00):
happened, the downloads that happened, it is just next, next
level incredible. And basically that's kind of the
structure for the five days thatwe are there.
It's all about going deep together, having fun.
Oh, and then of course we spent a couple days of going crystal
(17:21):
shopping. We went into Sedona.
A lot of the girls got aura readings or psychic readings and
we shopped and we bought cards and crystals and all these
magical things, which was so much fun.
So, so with my retreats, what I love, I created a retreat that I
wanted to go on. And This is why I keep doing
them because they're so fun for me as well.
(17:42):
Like I don't want to just, you can only sit around and meditate
so much. You know what I mean?
Like you have to tie in the fun,the feminine, the pleasure, all
of that all together. And that's exactly what this
retreat does that helps you kindof come back to yourself and to
your body. And that's why everything is
(18:03):
like quote UN quote, strategically placed inside the
retreat as it is. Because there is a method to the
beautiful madness that comes with it all.
And all of this comes to right with just moments of being able
to release the moments of joy. Yes, there are tears and there
are laughter. Sometimes it feels like we are
(18:25):
on the craziest roller coaster, especially when we're traveling
to different dimensions. All of a sudden we're all
laughing and then we're all crying.
But it's all perfect and it all needs to happen.
But through it all, you are justfully supported in it.
And when the women are there andwhen you meet, they become soul
(18:46):
sisters instantly. And I've seen lifelong
friendships form from previous retreats.
I've seen business collaborationstart.
I've seen women meet up and travel together after the
retreats, which almost honestly,I have so much FOMO of those.
I'm like, hey, where was my invitation for this?
I've seen women create networks of support that last far beyond
(19:06):
the retreat. And of course, you leave as a
different version of yourself, not just inspired for a few
days, but deeply shifted becauseyou you've actually let go of
the old energy and reprogrammed your mind, body, and soul to
step into what's next. Even if you're listening to this
(19:26):
and maybe you're like, gosh, I'mstill not sure if I'll be
joining on a retreat, I do want to leave you with a few
practices that you can start now.
Interrupting this episode for just a minute because I need to
ask you, do you want the easiestand most low effort way to start
(19:46):
manifesting your dreams and changing your life?
Like not putting another thing on your To Do List, but
literally it's as easy as pressing play.
Then you need to download the Elevate Her app immediately.
It's packed with quick, powerfulaudios, guide and meditation,
subconscious free programming, and power activations all
designed to shift your energy and unlock your next level
(20:08):
reality. I created this app for myself
when I needed to break free fromdoubt, fear, and scarcity and
step into confidence, abundance, and the belief that I can truly
have it all. And the best part is because
you're listening to this podcast, you can try it free for
seven days. Just click the link in the show
notes below and start your Elevate Her journey today.
(20:30):
Your dream life babe is truly just one play away.
OK, let's get back to the episode.
So the first one is a journal prompt, and this is a really
powerful one that we did is whatam I still holding on to that is
not mine to carry. What am I still holding on to
(20:54):
that is not mine to carry? And be radically honest with
yourself. Write it down, see what comes
through. Second thing is doing some
breath work and nervous system resetting.
So what you can do here is placeone hand on your heart, one hand
on your belly, inhale slowly through your nose, exhale even
(21:15):
slower through your mouth, and repeat three times after me.
I am safe to release, I am safe to expand.
So let's do that together right now.
Place one hand on your heart, one hand on your belly.
So inhale slowly through your nose and exhale even slower
(21:38):
through your mouth. I am safe to release.
I am safe to expand. One more time.
Inhale slowly through your nose.Exhale even slower through your
mouth. I am safe to release.
(22:03):
I am safe to expand. Doing this alone can shift you
back into clarity and calm and minutes.
And I love doing that one. And you can do it more than
three times. Do it five times.
Like do it to the point where you feel calm and collected and
clear. Because you don't have to do
(22:26):
this alone. Healing and community is
extensionally more powerful thandoing it by yourself.
You rise faster when you are surrounded by women who are
rising too. And I want to share with you
another testimonial from one of the women that she wrote post
(22:47):
retreat. I will add that I answered the
call but went in with 0 expectations.
Just an open heart and then knowing that my life was not
going to be the same when I left.
What blew my mind was how quickly we all connected, even
just in the group chat before wewere even in person.
I'm so honored and humbled to call these amazing women my soul
(23:07):
sisters. What we shared and experienced
can't be fully explained. You had to be there and if even
a little piece of you was whispering I want to be there,
then answer that call. You will not regret it.
A huge thank you to Samantha forproviding the safe space for all
of us to share, release, grow and transform.
Forever grateful. It is just so, so, so, so
(23:31):
beautiful. And I'll share one more as well
because I'm I'm here on this page and I really want to share
this one from another, another woman.
What made this retreat unforgettable was the bond among
us. A circle of women who showed up
open hearted, each bringing her own light and wisdom.
By the end, we weren't just participants, we were soul
family. If you're considering the next
(23:52):
retreat, know this. You will return home lighter,
clearer, and fuller. You'll carry Sedona's magic with
you, along with the love and support of the Sisters who will
walk beside you long after the retreat ends.
So say yes to yourself. This experience will meet you
exactly where you are and take you to where your spirit longs
to be. Thank you, Samantha, for being
(24:13):
our fearless, compassionate, loving leader.
Your beauty, passion, and obedience to your story brought
us all here with love. So babe, if you've been craving
clarity, if you've been hearing that little whisper that there's
more for you that you know, likejust listening to this episode,
you're like, oh, I really need to go.
This is my sign. Then this is your sign.
(24:35):
Imagine yourself in Sedona in the spring.
This is when I'm hosting the next retreat in April.
And just walking into a sacred space where you finally get to
put everything else down and focus on you.
So imagine letting go of years of heaviness, reconnecting with
your purpose and walking away with the clarity and confidence
and the energy to actually create the life you've always
(24:56):
desired. Like let's break and go.
We just have this one life and we feel like we have forever,
but we really don't. So why continue being in the
suck and the struggle and just this this heaviness?
Like why we need to release thisnow.
But here's the thing with this upcoming retreat, of course,
(25:18):
there's always, there's a limited number of spots.
I only ever Max out this these retreats at 8 or less.
And it does always sell out. So if your heart is pulling, you
trust that this is your moment. And one last thing before I
mention a few other housekeepingthings is the one thing that I'm
so excited about and to announceis that I'm also hosting a
(25:42):
second new destination location for our spring retreats.
And it will be in Mexico, which I absolutely love going to
Mexico. I love going to Tulum and also
Playa del Carmen. And those are also really
powerful vortexes. But before I am able to reveal
the actual city, I need your help because determining the
(26:06):
venue for the beach destination retreat, I want to get some
input from you ladies. So down in the description
below, if you're like, I want toexperience all the magic that
you just shared about Sedona, but in Mexico, because in
Mexico, the retreat will be the same.
It will be the same type of workthat we do there, just in a
(26:27):
different location. Instead of being in the desert
vortex of Sedona, we will be at the beach vortex of Mexico.
So if you're interested in our Mexico retreat, it will also be
in the spring. Click the link below to give me
feedback on what you're looking for in a destination retreat
because technically this will bethe first Mexico retreat.
(26:48):
However, as you know, I've already done 11 retreat, so it
won't be any sort of different or difficulty for me.
It's going to be the same magic.I'm just more curious about what
you're looking for. If we go to the beach, which
will help me to determine which venue I select.
I already have a couple in mind.I just, I'm like, I can't
decide. They are both so amazing.
(27:09):
So let me ask the women what they want to have at this
retreat. So click the link down below in
the show notes. You can either apply for the
Sedona retreat and right now we are in early bird so it's $1000
off. So go apply for that one or if
you want to get on the wait listfrom Mexico, go also click that
(27:30):
link for that one and submit theform just to give me feedback on
what you would want on a beach retreat.
But at the end of the day, don'tlet another year pass you by
while you stay stuck in the samepatterns.
Babe, it's time to freaking rise.
And that's why this retreat is called the Rise retreat.
(27:50):
It's time to step into your purpose and to your power, into
letting go of all that stuff that does not serve you, that's
been weighing you down. And I can't wait to see you in
either Sedona or Mexico. And one last thing I want to
leave you with. I want you to remember when you
step outside of your life, you finally get to see clearly, and
(28:12):
once you see it, you can change it.
And that's what the Rise Retreats are all about.
So I thank you for tuning in to this episode with me.
If you do have any questions or you want a voice note back and
forth about the retreat or you have any questions or anything
like that, please don't hesitateto either e-mail me or reach out
(28:32):
to me on Instagram DMS. I love, love, love voice noting.
Don't hesitate to send me a message.
Those are all linked down below in the show notes.
And if you want to attend a retreat with a friend or you
know, someone that's like, Oh mygosh, so and so she needs to go
on this retreat. This would be perfect with her.
Can you please share this episode with her because you
(28:53):
might just be the reason her life is able to change.
But I hope you join me as well. So I thank you so much for
tuning in. If you've loved this episode or
any of the other Money Mind Cinema Manicures podcast
episodes, please take a second to leave a five star review.
I would deeply and gratefully appreciate that.
(29:13):
It really helps me get the podcast out to the masses of
women that really need to hear this stuff.
So I appreciate you if you can take a moment to go do that.
But that is it for now. I love you so much.
Thank you for listening and you'll hear from me next week.
