Welcome to the Money, Mindset, and Manicures podcast, the
ultimate guide to building a life you're obsessed with.
I'm Samantha Kazuch, and I'm here to empower women just like
you to script your dreams into reality and create the life
you've always dreamed of. Get ready to be inspired,
motivated, and empowered as we elevate our lives together.

(00:35):
Welcome back, beautiful soul. This is your mastermind set and
manifestation coach, Samantha Kazuch.
And today we are diving into something that every single one
of us has experienced. That frustrating cycle where it
feels like life keeps handing you the same lesson over and
over and over again on repeat. I'm talking about those same

(00:58):
money issues that you get the same type of relationship drama
that you experience the same emotional patterns that make you
go, Why the hell is this happening to me again?
So if you've ever felt that you're not cursed and you're
definitely not broken, you're just being invited into mastery.
So that's what this episode is going to be all about because

(01:21):
this is one of the hottest topics actually that when I post
about it on Tiktok, it goes crazy in the comments.
So I'm really excited to elaborate more on why this
happens, how you can navigate itand stop those cycles from
happening because a lot of the times, I mean, they're not fun.
That's why we're going to talk about it because they're not fun
and we don't want to experience it again.

(01:42):
But before we dive into today's episode, I want to share with
you another five star elevate her app review.
And this one comes in from Bela Nova.
And she wrote, this app has everything you need to learn how
to manifest your dream life as well as meditations on every
topic in life you may need direction on.

(02:03):
It has many trainings and journaling prompts as well as my
personal favorite feature, poweractivations that are the perfect
thing to listen to on your way to work when you start the day.
Highly recommend. Thank you, Villanova for that
five star review. I love reading your reviews,
ladies, when they come in, whether it's the elevate her app

(02:26):
on any of the challenges or experiences or audios that we do
or even on the manuscripting journal.
I absolutely love hearing how they are helping change your
life, impact you, rewire, recodeyou.
It makes me so happy. So thank you so much, Villanova.
And if you have a few minutes today after you listen to this

(02:46):
episode, I would love it if you leave a five star review or even
on the elevator app if you have it, or even on the Mirror
Scripting journal if you just bought it.
We love to see those come through.
But now let's dive into this episode.
I used to think I was always making progress, but then boom,

(03:08):
it just comes out of nowhere. Sometimes it feels like a new
person would show up and triggerthe exact same wound as the
last. Or I'd hit a new income level
and suddenly I find myself back in financial stress again.
Like the money comes in and all of a sudden it leaves, right?
Have you experienced this? What is your negative look?
First get get this in your head though.

(03:28):
What is the one thing that it keeps on coming to you?
OK, you're going to need that for this episode.
And then finally, one day it clicked for me when I really
started diving deeper into this work and I learned that the
universe doesn't punish. It mirrors.
And it's not saying you failed. It's saying hey love, saying hey
love. Like there's still energy here

(03:50):
that hasn't been integrated. There is still something here
that you don't have awareness about.
There's still a place here whereyou can grow.
There's some things that we needto change, and that's why it
keeps popping up. The pattern isn't punishment,
it's actually feedback. And the universe is holding up a
mirror saying you haven't yet become the version of you who no
longer resonates with this frequency.

(04:11):
That is powerful AF. If you just know and remember
this about these negative loops, and just remember if you're
experiencing them, you haven't become the version of you who no
longer resonates with this frequency.
But here's the truth of it all. Your reality will always reflect
your identity and until your energy, your reactions and your

(04:34):
self concepts shift and you're going to keep reliving the same
movie over and over again, just with new characters.
The loops don't have to happen with the same people if they're
going to keep coming up. Different people, different
situation, but it's going to be the same type of experience.
So why? Like why do we keep attracting
the same lessons again and again?

(04:56):
Because our subconscious loves familiarity, even if what's
familiar is painful. How like kind of fucked up is
that? First of all, like it's like,
come on, brain. I know we're smart, we're
beautiful, we're intelligent, we're gorgeous.
But like, why? Why do you have to keep bringing
about the same things just because they're familiar to us?

(05:16):
Even if they're toxic, bad, upsetting, like it's just going
to keep happening and your nervous system clings to what it
knows because safety feels like sameness.
It doesn't care if it's abundantor toxic.
It just wants predictable. So when you start to up level,
whether that's going through manifestation methods, self

(05:38):
development, mindset work, nervous system regulation, and
whether that's with money, love, success, entrepreneurship,
business, your system goes wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
This feels new and new doesn't feel safe and boom and
unconsciously recreates the old dynamic again.

(06:01):
So that's why awareness and regulation are everything in
manifestation. You cannot quantum jump into a
new timeline if your body still feels unsafe being there.
So let me walk you through the three steps that have really
helped me get through these lessons of cycling the same

(06:22):
negative things over and over and over again.
And I teach this a lot inside, like elevate her challenges and
experiences inside a lot of my master classes and everything.
I mean, it's truly the foundation of manifestation.
So right now, I want you to go through this audio today, this
podcast, so you can finally graduate from a repeating

(06:43):
pattern and lock into a new energetic reality.
So step one is awareness. It's being able to name the
pattern because you cannot shiftwhat you won't or what you
refuse to see. And let's talk about what's
actually happening in your brainwhen you move from being
reactive to responsive, because this isn't just mindset work,

(07:06):
it's neuroscience. When you become aware of a
pattern and name what's happening, your brain literally
shifts out of survival mode and the threat center, which is your
amygdala starts to calm down andyour prefrontal cortex, the part
that's responsible for logic, clarity and decision making, it
comes back online. So awareness, this isn't just a

(07:28):
spiritual woo woo thing, it's psychological and physiological.
When you name what's going on, you take your power back.
It's going to help you reduce shame and it's also going to
help you open up the space to make a conscious choice.
So when something triggers you, it could be a person, a bill, a
text message, rejection that youface from someone or something,

(07:51):
confrontation with someone or something.
Your amygdala, which is the brains threat detection center,
fires first. This is ancient Physiology
because it's only job is to keepyou alive.
It's not to keep you happy, it'snot to help you a lot evolve.
It's literally just to keep you alive.

(08:14):
So when you feel shame, anger, or fear or even panic, your body
instantly starts shifting into survival mode.
So that means your heart increases, cortisol floods, your
blood flow is redirected away from the prefrontal cortex of
the brain. And that center is where you
make your rational decision making skills.

(08:37):
That's not part of the brain that allows perspective, logic
and creativity. So when you step into this
reactive state, your system cannot differentiate between a
lion chasing you and a client ghosting you.
They both literally scream danger.
Act fast, which is just like crazy.
It's crazy, it's crazy. Our brains are crazy.

(08:57):
And this, when I learn about this work and speak about this
work, it's always never fails toamaze me and it fascinates me so
much. But that's the power and
education and understanding yourbrain and what's going on
because that's how we can changeit.
So for example, you're in a situation and you can say like
I'm noticing I feel unsafe because this reminds me of being

(09:18):
ignored or I'm in a scarcity spiral right now.
You activate your insula and your anterior cingulate cortex,
and those are regions of the brain that are linked to self
reflection and emotional regulation.
And the simple act of naming this experience of what you're
in signals to your brain we are going to observe this experience

(09:41):
and not drown in it. And that way, your amygdala
quiets down, blood flow returns to the prefrontal cortex.
Now, instead of automatically reacting from fear, you're going
to regain access to reasoning. You can see options and nuance.
You can have empathy. You can start understanding

(10:02):
yourself and the other person orother thing better.
And then you're going to be ableto make a choice.
You'll be able to choose a new response that aligns with your
higher self versus how do we react if we're in fear, stress,
overwhelm, anxiety, right? If we're running from a bear,
we're not going to react logically.
We're just trying to stay alive, right?

(10:23):
So those three things are huge when it comes to being able to
name your awareness, reasoning, empathy and choice.
Most powerful three things because that's the action that
you take. And in order to manifest your
new life and create the things that you want in your life, we
have to be able to take action from a place of being in the
higher self. And shame thrives in confusion

(10:47):
of the unknown. So when you don't understand why
you reacted the mind, then what's it going to do?
It's going to fill it in with stories.
I'm bad, I always mess up. But having awareness is going to
help you bring context to the situation, which means like, oh,
OK, well, I I tend to shut down because my nervous system
associates conflict with danger and then instantly self blame

(11:12):
turns into self understanding and that shifts the release of
oxytocin and serotonin. And then that connection and
safety. Those are connection and safety
chemicals in the body. Those counteract cortisol.
So now your body can relax, yourmind clears, and now you're
empowered to make a conscious, regulated decision.

(11:33):
And that is the definition of being responsive.
And not just responsive, but it's like being consciousness,
like having a conscious response.
So to be more aware, you can start asking yourself this
whenever a repetitive cycle or experience pops up, just stop
and ask yourself like what's thecommon thread here?

(11:55):
What emotion a situation keeps repeating itself?
Is it about boundaries? Is it about worthiness?
Is it about receiving? Is it about trust?
Having awareness instantly movesyou from victim consciousness
into creator consciousness. That's the word that I was
looking for, creator consciousness.
And you're no longer asking why is this happening to me?

(12:17):
If you're walking around in lifeconstantly saying like why is
this happening to me? Oh my God, oh bad things always
happen to me. Oh, well, me and Pooh, yeah.
Victim, victim mode. You're never going to create
your dream life being in victim mode.
Never, never. So if you've been stuck there,
it's time to put it away. And that can also be hard
because living in that, you know, you're trying to get

(12:39):
empathy from others and make people feel bad for you.
Like that is a full on like there's some some deeper things
that need to be healed there andreleased and let go of because
you will not manifest your dreamlife in victim mode.
Never because your universe is amirror so it's constantly just
going to bring you more shit to be a victim of like who wants

(13:00):
that? Nobody.
So you need to really ask yourself what is this showing me
and what is this showing me about me?
It's so good. Instead of being in it victim
mode, like remove yourself. Like being a bird flying over
your life. OK babe, I know we're deep in

(13:26):
this episode right now, but I need to interrupt it for a quick
moment because I need to ask you.
Have you been craving a reset, abreakthrough, and some seriously
magical girl time? Then the Sedona Rise retreat is
your sign. Now, this is not your typical
spiritual retreat where you justsit around and meditate and do
yoga all day. No, absolutely not.

(13:46):
This retreat is a fucking vibe. We get to explore Sedona
together, hike the red rocks, gocrystal shopping, connect with
other high five women, and do the inner work that will
literally change your life forever.
And I know you might be worried about coming solo.
Don't be, everybody does. But the best part is that we all
leave as these incredible magical soul sisters.

(14:08):
It's so unexplainable, but it isso incredible and amazing.
But spots are limited, so click the link in the show notes, go
check out the details. Have questions?
Send me an e-mail or DM OK, go do that.
After you're done listening, let's get back to the show.
And then next, what you want to do because right, maybe right

(14:30):
now you're thinking of, OK, I know the cycle that repeats,
probably going to experience it again.
But here is the beauty right nowwhere I'm going to take you
through a process where you can rehearse a new response to then
be able to run it in the wild, which is embodiment, which means
choosing differently in real time.
So once this pattern shows up again, because it will, that's

(14:53):
your quote UN quote test to see what you've learned still needs
to heal or evolve. But the real magic happens is
when said thing pops up, you canpause, take a break and ask
yourself, how would my higher self handle this?
And I know a lot of times, you know, if this is something with
someone, maybe you're in person or something, it's kind of hard

(15:16):
to take that pause in that moment.
But that's why it's like, OK, pause when it's a text message,
e-mail, whatever, something happened and you're reacting to
it later, whatever is triggeringyou, we can have that moment
when it's in person, it's it takes a little bit more effort,
right? But it's really like taking that
pause, that moment before reacting because that single

(15:36):
moment of conscious choice, that's the quantum leap.
That's where timeline split and change happens in the synapse.
When a cue appears and you choose a new action or reaction,
that's when you're able to install a new neural pathway in
the brain. And then repetition of this

(15:57):
turns into your default. And then this is how we're able
to stop repeating the same things over and over again.
So when I say change happens in the synapse, what I'm talking
about is the exact moment your brain rewires, because the
synapse is a tiny gap between neurons in the brain where
communication happens. It's literally where your

(16:17):
thoughts become electrical signals that shape your reality.
So every time you have a thoughtemotional reaction, these
neurons fire together in a specific pattern.
And the more that you repeat that pattern, for example, if
you're always overreacting to stress or maybe you're a big
people pleaser, the stronger that connection becomes.
That's where the same neurons that fire together wire together

(16:41):
comes from. And it's your brain's way of
saying, oh, this must be important.
Let's make it automatic. Now, this is the powerful part
right here. When a familiar cue appears, say
someone crosses your boundary ormaybe a bill shows up and it
triggers A scarcity mindset. You literally have a split
second window where your brain can choose a new response, a new

(17:04):
reaction. If in that moment you pause,
breathe, and decide to respond differently, you fire a new set
of neurons. And This is why change is so
uncomfortable. Because previously you're firing
on the same wiring, right? You're doing the same thing.
That's why it keeps repeating over and over.
You're probably doing the same reaction or something similar,
right? But This is why when you choose

(17:25):
something differently, it fires a new set of neurons.
This is why it's so freaking uncomfortable, because they
haven't fully formed yet. They haven't become your
default. And this is what neuroplasticity
is. That's happening in real time.
Your brain literally starts to carve a new pathway and at first
that new pathway is weak. It's like walking through, I

(17:47):
don't know, I'm looking out on my lake and grass and stuff like
walking through tall grass for the first time.
But every time you choose differently, right?
Say if you're in a field and there's a bunch of grass and no
one's walked through it, right? Like it's just, it's hard to
walk through. But then if you start walking
that path through that grass, the same path every single day,
what starts to happen? A path starts to carve out,

(18:08):
right? The grass starts to, I want to
say, die. We're not killing any neurons.
We're creating a new one. But a path starts to appear.
So every time you choose differently, that path becomes
more defined and the old trail, the automatic reaction starts to
fade and the new response becomes your default.
So change doesn't happen becauseyou decide once it happens in

(18:32):
these micro moments where you dosomething different over and
over and over again until your brain says, got it.
This is who we are now. This is how we reprogram the
brain. This is why so many things in my
world, whether it comes to the elevator app, we've had wealth
recalibration just on fire with everyone right now, right?
Because we are doing the same thing everyday.

(18:52):
You're doing a guided meditationto reprogram your brain everyday
and wealth recalibration, you'redoing audios every single day to
reprogram that you are the wealthiest effing woman and the
most abundant and everything comes to you effortlessly.
And we're doing it everyday. So that's what's rewiring and
that's why on the other side, when you've been doing this for
a minute, all of a sudden you are that girl.
It's no longer hard or difficult, right?

(19:14):
You are that new woman. And that is abundant where
overflow comes easily, where everything manifests so, so fast
because your brain has now anchored in, it's recorded and
rewired to this is who we are now.
So how can you put this into practice?
What I like to do is first startoff with like having that
awareness, right? And then that breath in that
moment, it's just simply to justask yourself, how would my

(19:37):
higher self handle this exact moment, this situation?
That's it. It's literally asking a
question. The most powerful part about
asking your brain a question andtapping into your higher self is
it's going to give you solutionsautomatically.
Our brains love questions. And then when you can tap into

(19:59):
the higher self part of it, like, is this aligned with my
goals? Is this aligned with who I am
now? Yes or no?
Super, super quick to like figure that out.
And then the next thing is now that you're kind of maybe
thinking of a cycle that you have been repeating is to create
an implementation intention so you can make it automatic when
that happens. So for example, if X happens, I

(20:22):
will do Y instead. So I'll give you some examples.
Say if it's money, you have money coming in and you're the
one that struggles. When you have money coming in,
you spend it right away or it goes back out right away.
Whether it's accidental, whetherit's you know, shit starts
sending the fan you need to spend more money.
Something is happening where as you get money coming in, it
automatically leaves you. An example could be is like if I
feel the urge to fix cash anxiety by buying make up or

(20:48):
going on a spending spree, I will first sit for, I don't
know, a day, two days a week andreview my plan and see if I
still want it a week later. Or maybe it's relationships say
if a boundary is pushed I will say I'm not available for that.
Here's what works for me. Or maybe in business, if I want

(21:09):
to delay posting on social mediaand showing up when this feeling
comes up, he can say I will postthe draft as it is within 10
minutes or like, make a commitment.
I don't care what it is like, I will do the thing.
I'm committed to doing this thing.
It's literally just helping you set up a plan for yourself.
Maybe you have a friend that's really draining your energy,

(21:30):
right? And if she's calling you all the
time or texting you all the timeand you're just like, I just
don't have time and energy for this.
It's like, OK, you know what? The next time she calls, I'm
just going to tell her be like, you know what, babe?
Like, I love you so much, but I,I literally can't talk to you
about this right now. Set the boundary.
Don't let that drain your Angie with money too.
It's like, OK, this is coming up.

(21:50):
I haven't cashed any of my bank account.
All right? I know old me would just go out
and spend it, but that's triggering.
Please go listen to the other money episodes that recently
came out on this podcast about money and and that situation
specifically, But train yourself, OK, I'm not going to
spend it right away. Oh, there's that thing in my
Amazon cart that I really want. Oh, I really want to go to
Sephora right now. OK, well, let's just table it

(22:12):
for a second and let me see if I'm just excited about it
tomorrow or in a week from now, right?
Stop those impulse buying thingsand some rehearsal lines that I
kind of wanted to share too thatmight also help support you is
maybe even with boundaries is, you know, I love you, but you
know that doesn't work for me. I have a really busy schedule
and that's just not part of my goals right now.

(22:33):
Here's what does with money. Just telling yourself again,
what I just kind of said is like, I honor my overfill plan
savings first, then investment, then spent, or even just I'm
putting myself on lockdown from just like buy.
I don't I'm not buying shit anymore that I don't actually
need and use every single day. It's all about just being able
to really anchor this into create a plan, right?

(22:55):
When we stick to a plan, it's somuch easier to follow versus
just like doing whatever, whenever seeing how I feel,
right? When we create a plan for
ourselves, it kind of gives us literally the game plan to OK,
this happens, I'm going to do XYand Z.
And when you do this, the first few times it's going to feel

(23:17):
awkward or even edgy, like it's not going to feel good.
Because again, this is a new synapse that needs to form in
the brain. It's new, it's uncomfortable,
but that's also proof that old programming is dissolving.
So you're building this new choice muscle.
It's going to signal to you thatit is working.

(23:39):
If you just feel this small increase in calm or
groundedness, even if the outcome isn't perfect, but you
like notice that pride after honouring your boundary, whether
it's with a person or with your finances or with your business,
Like you just notice like after you do something, especially for
the first time, you're like, oh shit, what are they going to
say? What are they going to do?

(24:00):
What's going to happen now? Because I set a boundary, I, I
stay committed to my goal. It's going to feel weird, but
also it's like that, Oh my gosh,I survived.
I didn't die. This feels so good.
I'm so proud of myself. Oh my gosh, you did it, girl.
Like, you know, that feeling andemotion, That's what I'm talking
about. Interrupting this episode for

(24:24):
just a minute because I need to ask you, do you want the easiest
and most low effort way to startmanifesting your dreams and
changing your life? Like not putting another thing
on your To Do List but literallyit's as easy as pressing play?
Then you need to download the Elevate Her app immediately.
It's packed with quick, powerfulaudios, guide and meditation,

(24:45):
subconscious reprogramming, and power activations, all designed
to shift your energy and unlock your next level reality.
I created this app for myself when I needed to break free from
doubt, fear and scarcity and step into confidence, abundance
and the belief that I can truly have it all.
And the best part is because you're listening to this

(25:06):
podcast, you can try it free forseven days.
Just click the link in the show notes below and start your
Elevate Her journey today. Your dream life babe is truly
just one play away. OK, let's get back to the
episode. And then here's like the big
final piece of it all that most people miss is the integration.

(25:29):
So doing those two first steps, they're big, they're huge,
they're scary. But this step is so crucial.
So you can stabilize a new frequency so your body doesn't
yank you back to the old one because your mind can choose the
new story, but your body has to feel safe living it.
So this is where all of your tools that you've learned by

(25:50):
listening to this podcast come in.
You need to journal. You need to regulate your
nervous system through tapping, breath work, meditate, shake out
the energy, whatever helps you to embody safety, which is so
different for everyone. So you just go to find what
works for you. But when your nervous system
learns that this new frequency is safe, that's when the old one
literally collapses and dies outof your field.

(26:12):
It cannot exist in your new vibration anymore, and your
subconscious mind isn't designedto make you happy.
We have to remember this. It's not designed to make you
happy. It's not designed to make you
successful. It's only designed to keep you
alive. It's top priority is safety.
And to your nervous system, familiar equals safe.

(26:32):
So even if something feels uncomfortable, painful or even
limiting, financial struggle, emotional chaos, overworking, if
that's what you've known for years, your subconscious
registers. That is normal.
That's why when you start up levelling, maybe you raise your
prices, you start receiving morelove.

(26:53):
Like you start dating someone and they're just like, Oh my
God, that is too good to be truemoment.
Let's sabotage it because this feels too good or you set a new
boundary. Part of you suddenly starts
feeling anxious, guilty, or uncomfortable, am I right?
But that discomfort isn't sabotage.
It's your nervous system saying way in a minute.
This feels unfamiliar. Are we sure we're safe here?

(27:16):
And This is why integration is one of the most important parts
of transformation. Integration is all about
teaching your body that new energy, the success, the love,
the overflow that it is safe to have to hold, to manifest.
It's the phase where you can regulate and practice being in
the new vibration long enough for your nervous system to
adapt. So when you do this, your

(27:39):
subconscious starts updating itsprogramming and then it's able
to say, OK, OK, OK girl, we've been here before.
Nothing bad has happened. This is safe for now.
And then once it feels that safety and no longer tries to
pull you back to the old familiar patterns, the old
reactions, the old habits, that's already gone.
And this is how the old timelinecollapses.

(28:02):
Because your mind, your body, and your energy are finally in
agreement with this new reality. This new reality is your home.
It is so, so powerful to have this awareness and inside the
Elevate Her app, there are so many tapping videos, breath work
videos, wealth recalibration. If you got a money thing going

(28:23):
on, go do that. That has a mix of breath work
and tapping together because forme, that is like one of the most
powerful effing things that you can do anywhere.
That's the beauty of that. You can do that anywhere.
So highly recommend either get in to the Elevate Her app
membership or just go purchase wealth recalibration.
It's a link down in the show notes.

(28:43):
When you do this, whenever things come up or even just like
on the daily basis as part of your meditation practice, you're
going to recover in minutes. So you're going to create this
new life. You're going to create this new
way of thinking of being. And by doing nervous system
regulation, the charge around old triggers are going to fade

(29:05):
and then opportunities that you used to pass up, they're going
to start sticking around. This is what it is.
This is the foundation of manifestation.
So if you keep repeating the same loops like it is the
biggest key indicator of where you need to grow, where you need
to stop and be like, why is thiskeep happening for me?

(29:26):
What do I need to change? Because I promise you, if you
don't, it will keep happening. It will keep happening forever.
It doesn't go away because the universe is bringing it to you
for a reason. There's a next level version of
you that cannot have that be a part of your life.
And the only way to get to that next level version of you, you
have to figure out which part ofyou needs to be held,

(29:47):
reprogrammed, rewired, in order for you to get there.
So the next time anything in your life repeats itself in a
bad way, don't spiral into why me, right, Victim mode, We're
done here. You got to ask what part of me
is ready to evolve? What version of me is being
invited to rise? The universe is never ever, ever

(30:08):
keeping you stuck. It's giving you practice rounds
until you embody this mastery. And then once you pass the
lesson, that loop instantly ends.
It dissolves, it is gone, bye bye.
That's when you shift timelines. That's when you quantum jump.
That's when the version of you who used to chase becomes the
one who attracts. This is so good.

(30:31):
So I hope you start implementingthis ASAP.
Not that I want you to experience negativity in your
life, but again, like that's thewhole fucking point is like once
you have the awareness, like hello, don't we want to all live
these beautiful lives where everything gets to be easy,
where we get to be in flow, where we get to enjoy happiness

(30:54):
more than we are negative, more than we are depressed, anxious,
bummed out, feeling like trash, just stuck.
