Welcome to the Money, Mindset, and Manicures podcast, the
ultimate guide to building a life you're obsessed with.
I'm Samantha Kazuch, and I'm here to empower women just like
you to script your dreams into reality and create the life
you've always dreamed of. Get ready to be inspired,
motivated, and empowered as we elevate our lives together.

(00:37):
Hey babe, welcome back to another episode of the Money,
Mindset and Manicures podcast. And today we need to have a very
real conversation about something that women struggle
with every single year. And that is your energy during
the holiday season. Because listen, the holidays are
beautiful. We all know that, but they can

(00:57):
also be chaotic, triggering, over stimulating and a breeding
ground for old patterns, money, stress and burnout.
And if you're not intentional this holiday season, you will
start slipping back into a version of yourself that you've
already outgrown. So today I'm going to be giving
you the exact tools to stay grounded, magnetic and in your

(01:21):
feminine power, even with holiday expectations, different
family dynamics, gift buying pressure, and a schedule that
feels like a roller coaster. O this episode is going to feel
like a warm hug and a recalibration.
But before we dive in, I just want to share with you another

(01:42):
amazing testimonial that we got from the elevate her A and this
one is coming in from Kiki Fox and she writes.
I've been using this manifestation app daily and it
has quickly become one of the most powerful tools in myself
growth journey. It helps me calm my nervous
system, stay grounded and reprogram my subconscious with

(02:02):
positive, intentional thoughts. Highly recommend for anyone
looking to build a consistent manifestation practice, reduce
stress and align with their goals in a gentle, supportive
way. And she left us five stars and,
and it kind of perfectly fits with this episode because the
elevator app will be one of the tools that you definitely want

(02:24):
to use, especially because it's so easy.
All you have to do is open up the app and press play.
And about 10:15, sometimes the audios are even 5 minutes, you
can completely shift your energy.
And right now we are even havingone of the biggest sales on the
app ever to be announced. It's one of our Black Friday

(02:45):
sales. So if you're listening to this
before November 30th, I'll link it down in the show notes below,
but go grab our yearly discount and I'm not even going to say
the price because it is so, so low.
So if you're listening to this after November 30th, it may have
gone up already. But if you haven't tried to
elevate her app or even if you have a membership, you can even

(03:05):
switch over to this new rate. It will be the forever rate for
you until you hopefully you never cancel, but until you end
your membership with us. So go click the link in the show
notes. Go grab to elevate her AB
because it is something that's definitely going to help you
out, especially during this holiday season that we're going
to dive into right now. So I want you to think about

(03:27):
this. The holiday season isn't normal
life. It's amplified.
There's more noise, more people, more emotions, more social media
comparison, more spending, more pressure, and most women,
without even realizing it, startto abandon their rituals.
They forget their boundaries, they start saying yes to

(03:50):
everything and everyone. You even start slipping back
into old identities and start operating from stress instead of
intention. And that all leads to just
leaking your energy everywhere. And This is why the holidays
feel so heavy for a lot of us, including myself.
And even just writing out this episode and thinking about what

(04:12):
I'm going to stay in it today, It's such a great reminder for
me because through a lot of my adult life, I felt like victim
to a lot of the things that we're going to talk about today
from the different family dynamics.
And if you've been listening to this podcast for a long time,
I've spoken to, you know, the different dynamics in my family,
which now thank God, I have really healed.

(04:34):
And that came from me healing parts of myself and having
really tough conversations and situations and all of that.
But they tend to feel heavy. And it's really crazy because
the holidays are a time where weshould be feeling really good
and feeling really great about spending time with the people
that we love and giving gifts and receiving gifts.

(04:55):
And for a lot of us, it just doesn't feel that way.
And it's not because the holidays are heavy, but it's
also because you stop protectingyour peace.
So today we're going to put you back into the center of your
life. Not the family drama, not the
pressure, not the expectations. This is all going to be about

(05:17):
you for you. So you can show up to events in
your highest light, your brightest light, and in your
highest timeline. So the first tip that I have for
you is to protect your peace before you protect anyone
else's. And I'm going to be really blunt
about this because you are not responsible for everyone's

(05:37):
emotional experience. But yeah, here we are, right?
Because we are women and we wantto make sure that everyone else
is doing good and everyone else is happy when we put ourselves
on the back burner. But we as women, we usually get
stuck being the emotional backbone of every gathering.
But then your nervous system is not a holiday punching bag.

(05:58):
So going into this season, I want you to ask yourself, what
drains me? What conversations am I
unavailable for? Where do I need firmer
boundaries? And then most importantly, who
gets access to me this season and who doesn't?
Because when it comes down to it, protecting your peace is not
rude, it's self respect. And as you kind of think about

(06:23):
these questions, I want you to like create these boundaries for
yourself and stick to them. And when it comes to hanging out
with certain people, going to certain events, like truly, if
it's not a fuck yes, it's a no, especially with the
conversations that you're unavailable for.
Maybe it's something political, maybe it's something about your
job or business or career. Don't entertain people with

(06:44):
conversations. If it's just somewhere that
you're not willing to go, it's not being rude.
It's literally protecting your peace.
Tip #2 is don't abandoned your rituals because you're busy.
This is the number one reason most women lose themselves
during the holidays. Because think about it, you're
rituals. What and who made you are what

(07:04):
you are today. Like you've been doing rituals
for like the past couple months, you know, leading up to the
holiday season, Those are the things that are going to keep
you grounded and magnetic through the holiday season.
But if you suddenly drop them, like if you suddenly skip the
journaling, you skip your meditation, you stop doing your
breath work, EFT grounding your morning routine.
If you skip all that, well, no wonder you're going to feel

(07:28):
anxious or scattered or disconnected.
And I used to struggle with thisa lot, especially because Mark
and I, my husband, we would travel a lot for the holidays.
We would go somewhere for Thanksgiving.
We'd then travel also for Christmas because our families
live in Arizona and Hawaii. So our holidays would always
feel really chaotic. And usually what I would find
myself doing is when I'm not in my home space and I'm at someone

(07:53):
else's home and you know, there's as soon as you get up,
there's family there and there'sbreakfast and there's going to
do this, then that and the other.
I would start to slip on doing my morning routines and I could
tell instantly that I would start feeling anxious.
Thankfully, like I've never struggled with anxiety.
And I think it's because I've just created a life and my
lifestyle with how I treat my body, my fitness, my Wellness

(08:16):
and how I take care of myself. I've never really struggled with
it. But if I were to say the one
time that I'm anxious is usuallywhen I'm somewhere outside of my
home around family for long periods of time, and it's
because I stopped doing my morning routine or my evening
routine. And I like give, give, give, but
I'm not pouring into myself. So what I'm here to tell you and

(08:36):
what I tell my clients all the time is that your rituals aren't
optional during the holidays. They're essential.
I feel like they're even more essential during this time,
especially if you're traveling more than anything else.
And even if you only have 5 minutes, maybe you have 10
minutes, it's going to shift your entire frequency.

(08:58):
Put it on your calendar. Make it a non negotiable.
That's another thing. Just make it a non negotiable.
No matter what, wherever I am, whatever the family's doing,
whatever I I know I have to go do this or do that or prepare
for the day or prepare for an event or go to an event.
Like treat this like your meaning with the universe, with
your Co creator, with God, with your higher self, like greet

(09:21):
this like the most important part of your holiday season.
And if you set yourself up that way, you just won't skip that.
Like you wouldn't skip that because you know that's going to
be the thing that just sets you up to be the best version of
yourself. And when we are going into the
holidays and spending so much time with people, we want to be
the like, kind of like being theSuper Bowl, right?

(09:43):
All year. You're doing all these different
things in the background at homeon your own, right?
And then you show up to your family because a lot of us, I'm
assuming, I don't know about youguys, but for me, we don't, we
don't live in the same city as our family, so we don't see them
very often. So I want to be able to show up.
And maybe an old version of me was the type that I don't know,
slept in or I don't know, drank or just like fought with my

(10:08):
siblings or with my parents or whatever.
I want to be able to show up as like a changed woman.
You know what I mean? I feel like you're practicing
all year and then you're showingup for the big game and you want
to show up in your brightest light and not necessarily to
change anyone but them to see, oh wow, you've changed, you've
grown. Whether that makes them
uncomfortable or not, that's that's their own prerogative,

(10:31):
right? That's their own shit.
But for you to be able to show up in your best light, Oh my
gosh, there's no better feeling.Tip #3 is to surround yourself
with regulated nervous systems. Have you ever walked into a room
and instantly feel stressed out?Yeah, that's not you.
That's someone else's energy speaking before they even say

(10:54):
anything. So this holiday season, choose
proximity intentionally. Spend time with people whose
nervous systems feel safe, supportive, grounded, inspiring,
expansive. Not chaotic, reactive or
draining. Because your energy is sacred
and not everyone gets access. And I know that's a big list.

(11:17):
And for a lot of us, there mightbe some people in your family
that don't feel safe. They don't feel supportive, they
don't feel grounded, they don't feel inspiring, they don't feel
expansive. In fact, family members in our
lives feel quite the opposite. And one that's so normal.
I think a lot of us have to dealwith that.
And then also I like to think about that's why you are on this
journey right now of manifestingyour dream life of being the

(11:40):
generational curse breaker. And this is again with what I
was saying in the last tip of like this is your chance to show
up in your highest light and to not fall back down into that old
version of you that they know that maybe argues or snaps back
or, you know, just is like the grumpy one because everyone else

(12:01):
is grumpy and you just kind of fall into that vibration.
But it's just so easy to do. But the best way to kind of
navigate through this is to limit time that you spend with
them. You know, there were times in my
life growing U where I didn't want to spend a full weekend at
my parents house, you know, and that was because we're all going

(12:22):
through our own shit. And I've spoken to this, but I
would just make that rule. Well, hey, we're just coming for
the day and we're not going to spend the night and we'll see
maybe the next day or whatever. I've I put limitations and
boundaries on who I spend time with and how long because the
first few hours of hanging out with family or friends, you
know, that can be great. But then after a while, it's

(12:43):
like everyone's shit starts coming out.
And I even have some clients that you know, when they go to
visit family, they put boundaries down where they don't
even stay at the family house. They'll rent an Airbnb or stay
at a hotel just to get some Peace of Mind and take a break
from everyone. So don't be afraid to kind of
start creating your dream life while you are living your

(13:07):
current life and create a structure how you can in order
to protect your peace and your energy.
OK babe, I know we're deep in this episode right now, but I
need to interrupt it for a quickmoment because I need to ask
you. Have you been craving a reset, a

(13:27):
breakthrough, and some seriouslymagical girl time?
Then the Sedona Rise retreat is your sign.
Now, this is not your typical spiritual retreat where you just
sit around and meditate and do yoga all day.
No, absolutely not. This retreat is a fucking vibe.
We get to explore Sedona together, Hike the red rocks, go
crystal shopping, connect with other high vibe women, and do

(13:50):
the inner work that will literally change your life
forever. And I know you might be worried
about coming solo, Don't be, everybody does.
But the best part is that we allleave as these incredible
magical soul sisters. It's so unexplainable but it is
so incredible and amazing. But spots are limited so click
the link in the show notes, go check out the details.

(14:12):
Have questions? Send me an e-mail or DM.
OK, go do that. After you're done listening,
let's get back to the show. The 4th tip is to let go of
holiday perfectionism. So I want you to, even though I
can't see you, raise your hand if you've ever tried to create
the perfect holiday. Maybe you've tried to get the

(14:35):
perfect gifts for everyone. You've tried to decorate your
home in the most perfect way. You get the perfect treat, the
perfect outfits, the perfect family moments.
And I don't know about you because I've tried to do all of
these things and what ends up happening?
You end up exhausted because perfectionism is an energy leak.
So I want you to just repeat after me right now.

(14:56):
Done with heart is better than perfect.
Your life doesn't need to look like an aesthetic Pinterest
board. Your energy matters more than
visuals. So this is your permission slip
to not try and have this perfectholiday season.
Because guess what? At the end of the day, yes you

(15:18):
can plan all the things but sometimes they just don't go as
planned and you also don't want to end up being broken hearted
over it either. Energy matters more than
visuals. Perfectionism is going out the
door. As long as you're doing things
with intention and with your heart, that is truly what
matters most. Tip #5 is don't match anyone's

(15:42):
vibration lead with yours. And this is kind of going off of
the last couple tips about beingaround family.
And just don't fall into their lower vibrational frequency if
they vibrate at at lower vibrational frequency.
But this is huge. When you go home for the
holidays, you can get pulled back into the old roles.
It's happened to me a million times.

(16:02):
Oh my gosh. Like it's, it's crazy cringe to
think about how many times I'm like out here preaching, Oh, be,
you know, the highest version ofyourself and be the light and
don't fight and argue with others and just be yourself and,
you know, be proud of who you are.
But Oh my gosh, if you tend to be the quiet one, or the people

(16:24):
pleaser, or the one who never causes problems, or the one who
shrinks, the one who doubts, theone who overworks, but the woman
that you've become being in my world or whatever world you are
in on your journey to self development, your mindset work
and manifesting, who is she? She leads with calm confidence.

(16:45):
She holds her frequency. She doesn't get pulled into the
gossip, the drama, the argumentsor the emotional chaos.
You truly get to choose who you're being no matter the room.
So something that I love to do before I step into, whether it's
visiting family or going to an event or something like that

(17:07):
where, oh, you just know from the pastor, you know, some, some
of the shit can come up. I declare it to myself with
intention, like before I enter this room, before I enter any
situation, and I remind myself of who the fuck I am.
And I remind myself, hey, I knowmy Aunt Susie, she's probably
going to bring up XY and Z and Iknow that triggers the fuck out

(17:30):
of me, but I just have to remember, you know what?
That's just Aunt Susie and that's just the way that she is.
I'm never going to change her mind, nor do I want to because
we're not out here trying to change anyone.
If you've ever tried to change anyone, that is just emotional
roller coaster filled with arguments and drama in most
cases, right? And we don't want any of that
because we don't need our energyleaking out all over the place.

(17:52):
Lead with your heart, lead with intention, and remind yourself
of who you are before you enter the room.
And don't fall back into your old patterns and old version and
identity of yourself #7 is to audit your financial energy
early. And I have to talk about this
because it impacts so many women.

(18:14):
Holiday money stress is so real. You're probably sealing it and
feeling it already with Black Friday sales going on and
holiday sales going on. But when it comes down to it,
you don't avoid money anxiety byignoring your finances.
You avoid it by meeting your money with confidence and
clarity. Some questions that you want to

(18:36):
ask yourself and really think about is what am I actually
available for this season? What spending aligns with my
values versus pressure? And what is my money identity
right now? Because money responds to
leadership and not panic. And this is where wealth

(18:57):
recalibration becomes such a powerful tool.
If I've pretty much mentioned this in every episode because
we've had hundreds of women already go through wealth
recalibration and it it's actually something that I do
highly recommend you listen to through the holiday season.
It is inside the elevator app oryou can purchase it
individually. I've linked it down in the show
notes. The energies of the holiday

(19:19):
season are actually the best time to shift your money
programming. If you are feeling stressed
about money right now, like you want to buy all the things and
you just can't, or you feel like, Oh my gosh, I'm spending
so much money, I'm going broke. Like get wealth recalibration in
your ear. That's my biggest
recommendation. I still listen to wealth
recalibration every single day. I have been since we launched it

(19:41):
and I'm absolutely loving it. There's been so many shifts even
for me, because even as you're making money and you're doing
well with money and you're manifesting money, it doesn't
mean that you abandon the tools and rituals and audios that got
you there. Because you are growing and
expanding every single day. And every next level of
expansion requires a new level identity of you, which requires

(20:02):
new subconscious programming foryourself.
So I do highly recommend that, especially if you are feeling
stressed financially around the holidays right now, then the
next tip is to stay grounded. In your new identity.
I feel like I've kind of spoken to this already mentioning all
the previous tips, but the one thing that I know to be true is

(20:24):
that the holidays can trigger childhood patterns, old
insecurities, old dynamics, old emotional memories.
And me and my sister actually when we go home to my parents
house, it is crazy. So my parents have lived in the
same home since we moved to America and we moved to America
in 1999. And this house I think my

(20:45):
parents built two years after that.
I grew up in this house going tomiddle school and high school.
Then I went away for college andI haven't lived at home since.
There was a lot of shit that happened in this house during
middle school and high school with me and my sister in this
house growing up with very strict parents and so much, so
much like, Oh my gosh. Even though I tried to be, you
know, a goody 2 shoes and, you know, have straight A's and be a

(21:09):
great athlete and all that, me and my sister, we still fought
like crazy. Me and my sister were two very
different people and there was just like a lot of arguing and
fights in that house. And guess what?
Whenever me and my sister go back and we've had so many
conversations about this I swearto God when I walk through the
door to my parents house it is afucking vortex.

(21:30):
And immediately for many, many years going back home in my 20s
and early 30s, I swear I would revert back to childhood self
like those years growing up because that house holds so much
energy and so many memories. Of course it has so many great
memories by the way you guys. Like I did have an amazing
upbringing and I know sometimes these episodes make it sound

(21:52):
like they were so bad, but that's the thing right?
When it comes to memories, you remember the ones that were the
most emotional, the good and thebad.
Both me and my sister, whenever we would go home to visit our
families and especially holidaysbeing one of them, there would
be a lot of fighting and outbreaks.
And me and my sister, I've had these conversations like, what
the hell? Like why does this happen?

(22:12):
And it came down to it's just the memories that that house
stores the energy that is there. And I just want you to be aware
of this and take note. Like, do you feel like when you
go home for the holidays or you go somewhere where maybe you
were a lot younger or maybe if it was even just last year and
you've had this major glow up and identity change, Catch

(22:33):
yourself, catch yourself. And This is why before I step
into that house now, and I haven't had this ever since I
had this realization. And I've really done the healing
work around our family dynamics is now when I step in, Oh my
gosh, there's so much love. I respect my parents.
I understand that they are who they are.
They will never change unless they want to.
But they won't. Like they are just, they are

(22:55):
just the way that they are. And sometimes they do bring up
conversations and questions, which for me are no longer
triggering for my sister. They do trigger her still.
That's a whole different conversation.
But I want you to just know thatif you feel like when you go
home for the holidays and you feel all of a sudden like this

(23:16):
old identity of yours starts showing up, it's quote UN quote
normal that this happens becauseof that energy in that space and
the people and the memories and your nervous system fucking
remembers it. And This is why nervous system
regulation is so freaking important.
But the one thing to really kindof keep at the front of your
mind when you're in those spacesand hanging out with family

(23:38):
members or those people that maybe once triggered you is if
something does trigger you ask yourself, is this my higher self
responding or isn't my old self reacting?
Identity work is truly everything during the holidays
and a lot of times you will havethe answer to that question of

(23:59):
shit. This is my old self reacting
because I am not this person anymore.
I was, I had those experiences. I did used to act that way, but
I'm no longer that. So let's choose the higher
timeline here when it comes to how you show up and how you
react. And then kind of going into the
next tip is to schedule buffer time with all of your

(24:21):
socializing and your family trips, which I did already speak
to a little bit. Even if you love socializing,
your energy still needs recoverytime.
Give yourself empty space on purpose.
Give yourself a night to recharge, give yourself a
morning routine that isn't rushed, Go for a walk outside,
stick to your fitness plans, go for a run, take a warm bath, do

(24:43):
a grounding meditation. Your energy will thank you
again. If you want the holiday season
to truly feel expansive and start off in January, like so
excited about life and not completely drained and starting
over, scheduling in this buffer time for you.
Time for self-care is more important during these next next

(25:05):
few weeks during the holidays more than ever.
And again your energy, your higher self is truly going to
thank you for it. Another thing that you can do as
well is to potentially. I know this can be hard,
especially if your life and business is social media, but
maybe to a social media detox. I post on social media everyday.

(25:26):
I do not plan on taking a break. The holidays are our Super Bowl
for the Mayor Scripting Journal. This is our highest selling
months of the year, especially with going into the new year and
everything that I do. And I love showing up and
supporting you babes with the content and get you through.
But that doesn't mean I'm scrolling on social media

(25:46):
everyday. So maybe if it's like, hey, I
still need a post. But you know what?
I don't need to scroll for 1234 hours a day while I'm travelling
or just hanging out around the house or on my downtime.
Do a social media detox in a waythat works best for you because
comparison spikes during the holidays is so real from looking
at what other people are postingwith what they've been gifted,

(26:08):
the vacations that they're taking, the families, their
homes, the decorations that theyhave.
Like that's all going to be out there.
But that's also the highlight reel.
And I want you to remember, no one posts their arguments, no
one posts their financial stress.
No one is posting their real life, especially during the
holidays or ever to be honest, right?

(26:30):
No one's posting that stuff. And I know a lot of people, I
know them very personally and I see their social media and you
would think they're living theirbest life ever.
But behind the scenes it is complete crap.
If social media feels really loud and if it's causing anxiety
for you and it's really just robbing your joy, then maybe

(26:51):
it's just time to not scroll fora bit, take a 24 to 48 hour
break, reconnect with your reality and what you have.
And again, that comes back to having that gratitude.
So if social media stresses you out with you seeing what
everyone else is doing and maybeyou don't have the family that
you're hanging out with, maybe you are not having a big lavish
Christmas where you're giving and getting lots of gifts and

(27:13):
stuff like that. Like just protect your energy in
this sense because what you havetoday, like you should be so,
so, so grateful for it because that is at the root of
manifesting the dream life, right?
So if that's just causing you a lot of pain, it's just a
reminder that it's OK. Take the social media detox.
Do what works best for you. Interrupting this episode for

(27:42):
just a minute because I need to ask you, do you want the easiest
and most low effort way to startmanifesting your dreams and
changing your life? Like not putting another thing
on your To Do List but literallyit's as easy as pressing play?
Then you need to download the Elevate Her app immediately.
It's packed with quick, powerfulaudios, guide and meditation,

(28:03):
subconscious reprogramming, and power activations, all designed
to shift your energy and unlock your next level reality.
I created this app for myself when I needed to break free from
doubt, fear and scarcity and step into confidence, abundance
and the belief that I can truly have it all.
And the best part is because you're listening to this

(28:24):
podcast, you can try it free forseven days.
Just click the link in the show notes below and start your
Elevate Her journey today. Your dream life babe is truly
just one play away. OK, let's get back to the
episode. The next tip is a big one,
especially for me because I loveto speak to this every now and

(28:46):
then. Not very often, but to nourish
yourself instead of numb yourself during the holidays.
What do we have? We have lots of food, lots of
alcohol, overspending, emotionalshopping, isolating, scrolling.
All of these become coping mechanisms during the holidays.
So before you buy something, eata lot of food, drink alcohol,

(29:12):
overspend, do all those things, ask yourself, is this nourishing
me or is this numbing me? Because a nourished woman is
magnetic, but a numbed woman is completely disconnected from her
power. That's just such a great
question, and I hope you kind ofput that one in your back pocket
too. Like, is this nourishing me or
is this numbing me? Choose nourishment every time.

(29:35):
Don't just drink because your family's driving you crazy.
Don't start eating all the food because you were again, that's
another way to numb out feelingsand emotions, right?
Yummy food is spiking that dopamine, just spiking that, the
serotonin, all of that. Really get intentional with the
way that you are treating your body, the way that you were
spending your money, the way that you were spending your

(29:57):
time. Really look deeper into that so
you can stay magnetic throughoutthe holiday season.
And then here's another tip thatI really, really love to do.
Pick one energetic theme for theseason.
Want you to pick one phrase thatbecomes your anchor.
So here are some ideas. Maybe it's overflow.

(30:17):
Maybe it's nothing knocks me offmy center.
Maybe it's I stay grounded, confident and magnetic.
I lead with peace. Maybe it's I am abundance in
motion. Like pick an energetic theme.
This is your guiding frequency no matter what's happening
around you. And I love to do this because

(30:39):
there are some holiday seasons where I'm taking the back seat.
Like for example, this holiday season, Mark and I very
intentionally told our families we are not traveling for
Thanksgiving or Christmas. You guys can come out and visit
us, but we are not traveling. We would always travel for both
holidays. Every single time we would do
that, we would honestly get knocked off track with our
business, which was really, really not good for our

(31:01):
business, which also, yes, it's important to spend time with
family, but also we're a startup.
We're still considered a startup.
You know, this is going to be our fifth holiday season and we
are really wanting to be more intentional with our time, our
energy. And fortunately Thanksgiving we
are spending here in Austin withour friends because there's a
lot of friends this year that are not going home for the

(31:23):
holidays. So we're kind of like starting
our own tradition with getting all the friends together for a
beautiful Thanksgiving meal on Thanksgiving, which is going to
be great. And then for Christmas, we
started this tradition last yearand that is that Mark and I host
Christmas at our house. So we have his parents coming
in. My parents unfortunately cannot
make it this year, but they're coming over.

(31:44):
So we're just also just like starting these traditions.
So for us, it's our energetic theme is to really like stay in
overflow. It's inevitable sometimes to be
able to be intentional with yourtime with family, especially
when you're in a beautiful placelike Hawaii or even in Arizona.
You want to spend every minute about the family, but you have
to be over here also checking emails, making sure the business

(32:06):
is running during our craziest time of the year.
So for us this year, the energetic theme is overflow.
So pick your energetic theme andgo into it.
It should be fun. Like it's, it's literally kind
of like the backbone to your holiday season.
And then you can revolve everything around it, whether
you do something or don't do something or how you show up to
something. So when you put a theme to it,

(32:27):
it gets to be fun. And then one of the other things
that I think is really importantfor women is, is to let yourself
receive. As women, we over give during
the holidays, right? We're giving our energy, we're
giving our time, we give our money.
And then by January, how are we feeling?
We're feeling burnt out and resentful.

(32:49):
So receiving is a manifestation skill.
Practice receiving compliments, practice receiving support.
Say yes, say if you're hosting or you're going somewhere and
you need help doing something and someone offers, say yes.
Don't try to think you're miss independent and say no, no, no.
I got it. If someone's offering, say yes,

(33:12):
receive help, receive gifts. This is another big one.
Someone's trying to gift you something.
Oh no, no, I can't take that. No, be like, yes, thank you and
more please. Receiving is an art to
manifesting and also receive rest.
Allow yourself to rest. You don't have to earn it.
The holidays shouldn't be some big Olympic Games, right?

(33:36):
You don't have to earn it. And just remember, receiving is
a manifestation skill, and everytime you block it, you block the
support, you block the compliments, you block the help,
you block the gifts, you block your rest.
What happens? You're blocking your way into
being able to manifest what you actually and truly desire.

(33:59):
With this, it's really all aboutusing this season as a
reflection and not a regression. The season.
I really want you to look at whoyou've become, what you've
healed, what habits are you donecarrying?
What next level are you steppinginto?

(34:22):
How do you want to start the newyear?
Don't let old patterns pull you back because heck, like holiday
season, right? Starting right now.
I'm recording this on Monday, November 24th.
We are a couple days away from Thanksgiving and then going all
the way through Christmas. Like that's, that's a full like,
you know what, 4-5, six weeks. Then through even New Year's

(34:45):
too, because that you know, the parties still go on.
So that's that's a long time. And you don't want to let your
old patterns pull you back because they will.
That is plenty of time for you to revert back into your old
identity that you've worked so hard all year to outgrow.
So let this season really strengthen your identity.

(35:07):
If you're listening to this and you're like Sam, I want to stay
aligned, but I really need the tools and support.
Well, again, I mentioned at the beginning of this podcast is
this is exactly why you have theelevator app.
This is exactly why you have themanuscripting journal.
You have wealth recalibration. This season is a portal.

(35:27):
It's the perfect time to shift your identity, your money
patterns, your nervous system, and your manifestation.
And it's the perfect time to putall of those things to the test.
Inside the app, you have the audios.
Inside wealth recalibration, youhave the audios.
You have the activations, the rituals, the subconscious tools
to help you stay grounded, abundant and powerful no matter

(35:47):
what is happening around you. And heck, if you want to pull in
some family members to do something with you.
I know not. It's not for everybody, but I've
done that a few times. I'm like, hey, I'm going to go
meditate or I'm going to go listen to Sonia.
You want to listen to it with meand they're going to say yes or
no, whatever, OK? It's really the time for you to

(36:07):
put all this into practice. Thank you for spending this time
with me today. I know you probably have a lot
going on and a lot that you're preparing for, but just
remember, your energy is your currency.
Protect it, nurture it, honour it because you deserve a holiday
season that feels spacious, grounded, joyful and just so so,

(36:31):
so, so abundant. So if this episode spoke to you,
I would love for you to share itwith a friend who needs it.
I love you so much and I'll see you on the next one.
