breath in and exhale because we're stepping into and we are
in December energy and December is not just a month.
It's not just the end of the year.
It's not just, you know, the endof 2025, it's a portal, it's a

closing, it's a cleansing, it's a cosmic reckoning and also a
rebirth. And I don't know about you, but
2025, holy crap, isn't that funny When you start the year
and you just think, Oh my gosh, this year is just going to be so
big and amazing and expansive. And while yes, it probably was
those things, but being the yearof the snake now being at the on

the other side of it, at the endof it, I don't know about you,
but for me, there was so much shedding, so much shifting, so
many changes. And I feel like when I was in
all of that this year, it just felt like, what the heck is
going on? What the heck am I going to do?
I thought I was going to do XY and ZI had major changes and

beliefs in what I thought I wanted to do when I pivoted and
all sorts of different things. And probably a lot of it, you
didn't really see it from the outside looking in.
Like not much had changed with manuscripting, not much had
changed with Samantha Kazuch as a person.
But internally I just felt so many shifts.
And it's been a really interesting year.

But now kind of like reflecting back on it and just seeing like,
wow, this really was the year ofthe snake where things that
aren't serving my highest timeline fell away or the things
that I thought were going to make me successful.
Not that they didn't, but I chose not to take that path.
It was so interesting. So this whole episode is really

going to be about how to use this energy, how to close
different cycles in your life, how to clear the frequency and
just prepare for a magical new year.
Because December is the hinge between who you were this year
and who you are becoming in the next.
And this month really holds someof the most powerful frequencies

of the entire year. And if you use them
intentionally, you can really walk into January as a
completely different woman that is grounded, clear, magnetic,
and really ready for your next level.
So in this episode today, I'm going to be breaking down what's
happening cosmically and energetically in December.
Why this month impacts manifestation of money

frequency, How to clear the old timelines and step into a new
identity and really how to use December as your power portal
into January and 2026. Because for most people, they
use December as like the biggestvacation of the year.
Like these next 3-4 weeks, you're just enjoying the
holidays and just like maybe slacking on your routines and

relaxing because I don't know, maybe you're feeling exhausted
and you're just going to use January as the I'm going to
restart all my goals, New year, new me vision board in January.
But I feel like if you do that, you're really kind of just
shooting yourself in the foot. Because if you take a break from
doing all the things that got you to December, whether it's

maybe you've been manuscripting and doing different rituals and
meditating and doing self development, and maybe you've
been in a program or course or had a mentor, and all of a
sudden you just take a break from all of that.
I feel like this is the month that most people slip back into
the old versions of themselves and then they're feeling guilty
and then they're feeling less than and then they're just not
feeling confident. And then they try to use January

(04:09):
as this like restart. But what if you could just carry
this amazing intentional energy of focusing on your goals and
dreams and desires, like not taking a break from it?
Because at the end of the day, when it comes to manifestation,
right, it's a lifestyle. You don't just take a break from
it because guess what happens when you do that?
OK, You're cutting off that energy with the universe.

So it's like, then you're just going to try and start that back
up in January where it's going to feel harder.
It's going to feel like you're those old voices are going to be
like, oh, you know, it's January.
Yeah, you're just getting started.
Don't worry about it. Maybe you'll start in February
when it's less crazy and you're less busy and maybe more
motivated or maybe when you feelmore ready.
So I really want you to use thisepisode maybe as a guideline for

this month. I'm going to also include what I
would do this month for like thenext 30 days.
If I wanted to completely transform my life, that would be
at the end of this episode. So I'm really excited about this
because even just sharing this with you now, I know for me,
December gets, you know, really busy manuscripting.
It's the busiest time of the year for us with selling

journals and making sure the company's running.
And then we also host Christmas,so we have family over.
We're also having having our first big holiday party at our
homes. My social plate is also full of
just having to show up outside of business.
But I also want to keep my intentions at the forefront of
not taking a break from SamanthaKazuch as the woman as you know,

the dreams that I want to call in in 2026.
So I hope this episode really serves you to keep your eyes and
just live in your highest timeline so you don't have to
quote UN quote start over in January because I think it's
just that much easier to continue on with your routines,
your rituals and everything thatwe're going to cover today

versus completely stopping and then just kind of having to
start over and play catch up. So that's going to be today's
episode. But before we dive in, I want to
share with you this testimonial from one of our incredible
retreat women. This is from Alyssa.
She posted this in our communitythis week.
And I had to share because I wasin the car driving with my

husband to the gym and it poppedup and I immediately always go
into community when you ladies post.
And I read it and I literally started crying and I read this
to my husband and he started crying too because because he's
just like the impact that you'remaking on this community and
women is just so incredible. And it was just so insane to to
read this, but also not because messages like this I get all the

time from my retreat girls. But she posted this publicly in
the group, but I wanted to shareit with you.
And she writes. Last April, I had the pleasure
of attending the Sedona retreat and I would love to join one of
the upcoming retreats too. It was such a transformative
experience. During that retreat, I had a
powerful moment of clarity aboutwhat the universe was guiding me
toward. I even did a spiritual reading

which told me I should pursue going back to college and
becoming a preschool teacher. I am thrilled to share that in
just three weeks, I'll be graduating with my associate's
degree in Social Science for Early Childhood Education.
My husband and I are making a big move from the Bay Area to a
cozy small town in North Carolina because we've been
craving a more laid back, peaceful lifestyle.

I'll admit, setting boundaries and putting myself first isn't
always easy for me. So my first focus is with using

that and then take action on it.Life can change so quickly.
And it's usually, and I'm seeinga trend here with women that
attend my retreats, it's literally within a year is when

the massive results hit. And I've had multiple other
retreat guests and I feel like Ineed to do podcast interviews or
something with my girls that have had these incredible
transformational stories that are willing to share because
this happens all the time. Because there's been so many
times where I'm like, you know what?
Maybe maybe I don't don't do retreats anymore.

Maybe there's no need for them because sometimes when we launch
a retreat, not many people are signing up or replying.
And I'm like, you know, maybe the girls just don't want this
anymore. But then when I host a retreat
or get feedback like this, it's just again, just telling me, no,
you can't stop this. Because the women that come on
these retreats, the groups are small.
It's usually 8 or less women andthey are just so, so powerful.

December is a cycle ending month.
Obviously it is the quote UN quote last month of the year if

(10:57):
you follow our calendar, right, But we all know like there's 13
months in a year, But let's not go down that rabbit hole right
now, but think of it as the universe handing you your
energetic report card of 2025. So I really want you to think
about everything that you've learned this year, everything
that you've healed this year, every pattern you've repeated,

(11:17):
every desire you called forward.It's all accumulating now and
coming up on the December 4th, we're in the full moon in
Gemini. This full moon is like a cosmic
truth serum. It's really going to expose
what's no longer aligned thoughts you've outgrown, the
beliefs that are still running the show, the patterns that dim

(11:39):
your magnetism. And I really want you to use
this time and energy right now to think on all four of those
things because again, that's what the full moon is all about.
It's all about full moon. It's all about taking out the
trash. What's no longer serving us, you
know, really think about what you've outgrown, what's no
longer aligned. And really taking a deep look at

(12:01):
this, it's going to give you that mental clarity mixed with
emotional honesty. Because at the end of the day,
we need to be radically honest with ourselves if we want to see
change, if we want to manifest, we got to get super real with
ourselves. And this is the moon where you
can suddenly see why things didn't work or why they did.

(12:25):
And that's why it's so cool, Like December, right?
To reflect on the entire year. I have more insight now into my
last year reflecting on it versus June or July or the
beginning of the year, right? Because we didn't have much
information to work with. But now you can take a look at
the last 11 months and see, OK, this happened because XY and Z

(12:47):
or this didn't happen because ofXY and Z.
And oh, I totally get why I didn't get what I was calling in
yet because of this and that andthe other, this is where you can
really release the noise, release the comparison, release
the self doubt and the overthinking.
Because. And then later in the month, on
December 19th, we then have the new moon in Sagittarius.

(13:09):
And this one is a big one because Sagittarius is all about
expansion. It's the vision, it's the truth.
It's the fire sign that says stop playing small, stop
repeating the year you just had.Let's go bigger.
This new moon will be a cosmic invitation to plant seeds, not

(13:30):
from fear, but from limitless potential.
So when that rolls around, I'll probably be posting some stuff
in the community about it. But like I said, don't use
December to just take a vacationfrom your life.
Like really use intentionally and strategically.
So when January comes, you're just taking off like a rocket.

(13:51):
And then December also brings this push, pull energy between
the part of you that wants discipline, clarity and control,
and also the part of you that wants flow, intuition, softness
and surrender. You might even just feel called
to tie up loose ends, declutter energetically, reevaluate your

(14:11):
boundaries, get clear on what you will not carry into the next
year. And I think that's a really big
one is to figure out what you won't be doing.
Because we can always like, listen out all the things that
we want to do. But in order to shift our
mindset and to reprogram our subconscious and to regulate our
nervous system, we also have to get super clear on what we're

(14:31):
not going to repeat, what we're going to stop doing, right?
Because that's our old identity that is literally keeping us
stuck with where we are. So if we can figure that part
out and stay true to that, like,OK, that's where the discipline
comes. That's how in January,
everything's going to be so mucheasier because in December and
listening to this episode right now, if you start implementing

(14:54):
this over the next few weeks, it's just going to be that much
easier for you to start the new year in the new year.
Energy things feel kind of weirdfor you right now.
Maybe even emotional and nostalgic, right?
Because especially like maybe this year was the year that you
didn't manifest or accomplish the things that you set out in
January. And that's OK.
Because I hope right now as you're reflecting on the year,

(15:15):
you will understand why things happened the way that they did.
And it also gives you a chance to, OK, I noticed my tendencies.
I noticed my habits, my mindset,my way of thinking.
This is what I want to focus on and shift.
And then you, I'll give you sometools to use throughout this
episode where you can then startreprogramming your subconscious

(15:36):
mind, rewire those limiting beliefs, start regulating your
nervous system. But just know that any of these
emotions, this nostalgia or justlike old patterns that might be
surfacing as you're thinking about all this, it's not
regression, it's completion. And your awareness, the fact you
have awareness of it, that is huge.

(15:58):
Like so, so big because most people won't want to even go
there. They won't even want to think
about it. They'll just like sweep it under
the rug and be like, OK, whatever.
I'm just going to wait for 2026 and hope that this is going to
be my most magical year yet. Nothing's going to change in
2026 if you step into it as the same person as you are today.
So really what's going to happenhere is the universe is giving

(16:20):
you one last look at your old timeline before you step into
the new one. So really look at it, dissect
it, get sciency with it, and really just like, pick it apart
so that you can restructure it and build a foundation for an
impeccable 2026. Why is December crucial for

(16:43):
women on a manifestation journey?
And I really love talking about this because December is
basically asking you, are you dragging your past into your
future? And like I said, we want to
dissect it. What happened this year that you
don't want to carry forward? Because you can't walk into 2026
with the same self concept you held in 2025 and expect your

(17:03):
life to look different, right? So This is why so many women or
just people in general set New Year's intentions that don't
stick. They try to do things
differently without being different.
So December is all about this identity shedding.
So here's some other questions that you can ask yourself is who

(17:24):
have I been this year? What were my habits?
What were my emotions like, my beliefs, the patterns that I
created? Who am I done being?
What identity am I stepping into?
And this month is really your chance to rewire your money
identity, upgrade your relationship with receiving,
release any version of you who felt small brogue, overwhelmed

(17:46):
or stuck, and really let your nervous system know that more is
safe. So December is where the new
timeline gets to be locked in. Before January even starts, I
want to break down step by step the action steps that you can
take today before I get into my personal recommendations of what

(18:07):
I would do. First thing, like I mentioned,
reflection with no self judgement, just reflection, you
can ask yourself and I'll even put these, gosh, I think I'll
post this episode in the community so you can see the
questions as well. So maybe you can use that
journaling and I'll send it out in e-mail too, just so you have
this, so you don't have to like take notes as you're driving,

(18:28):
which is impossible. Questions to ask yourself is
what were my biggest manifestations of the year?
Are we celebrating ourselves? A lot of times we go to what
failed, what went wrong, what wedidn't get done.
Oh my gosh, I'm behind. But first thing is to celebrate
the big manifestations of the year.
What patterns repeated that I'm choosing to release and to not

(18:49):
repeat again. Where did I abandoned myself?
This one's huge. There's a lot of times that we
start doing things because we think we should, we others
expect us to when we get away from who we are.
So where did you abandon yourself?
Where did you expand the most? What are you proud of that you
achieved that you did? It could be through healing.

(19:12):
It could be in business, in yourcareer and relationships.
Where did you expand And what did this year teach you about
your power? Because I know you are a
powerful fucking woman, and I know you have just done things
this year that have been out of your comfort zone.

(19:32):
And maybe you've set boundaries that you'd never had before.
Or maybe you accomplished something.
Maybe you launched the business or started posting on social
media without fear. Like, what did that teach you
about your power? Because reflection is how you
gather the lessons without looping the old reality.
And then the next thing you'd want to do is to release.

(19:53):
So you can't manifest with a cluttered frequency.
I want you to understand that this is how you manifest.
This is how you grow. This is how you expand.
This is how you step into your highest timeline.
What do you need to release? Is it an old pattern or partner?
Is it an old belief? Is it relationships, Old
identities, Old money stories, old comparison loops, Old

(20:16):
obligations, old versions of youthat played small?
Do a physical clean out. You can even do energetic cord
cutting inside the elevator up. There's a really, really
fantastic energy cord cutting meditation.
I highly, highly recommend for everyone to do that meditation.
It's an energetic audio, but I highly recommend you do that at

(20:39):
least once this month. You might want to do it multiple
times for different things that you want to cut out of your
life. I feel like it's one of the most
powerful things for releasing and letting go.
So you can even do a money forgiveness ritual.
So clear out your home, clear out shit on your phone, your
e-mail inbox, your closet, your computer browser tabs.

(21:01):
I'm, you know, staring at my computer right now and I, I have
fucking 20 tabs open. Oh my God, I just like scanned.
But that's just me everyday because I'm, I'm just doing so
many things all the time and I keep tabs open because I'm not
done with the project of the task at hand.
And it's my reminder to to get it done before I close my
computer, right? But even just like, clean your
aura, clean it all up because you cannot receive next level

(21:25):
blessings with last level baggage.
Like, no, we're done carrying this shit into 2026.
It's going to be the year of thehorse and I can't wait to speak
more to that in another episode.But fuck, let's fucking prepare
this month so 2026 can just be freaking epic.

(21:46):
So right now is the perfect timeto just start rewiring your
identity. Who is the woman that you're
becoming in 2026? And then you want to start being
like her now. Do not wait.
Move like her, make decisions like her, spend like her, show
up like her, tell stories like her, manifest like her.
Identity comes first, then your reality starts showing up.

(22:09):
But remember, you have to go first.
You cannot wait for your realityto change in order for you to
change. It does not work for that.
Like that. If you keep waiting for your
reality to change, you will keeplooping the same reality over
and over and over again. Even though come January, that's
when most people wait to do vision and intention setting.
Which is great, it's fine. But what if you could get ahead?

(22:32):
So use the Sagittarius New Moon on December 19th to script your
next year vision. Write your money goals, describe
your daily lifestyle, Map out your CEO energy.
Get clear on what you're callingin because January, I want you
to think about January as the integration month.
December is the activation. It's the activation right now.

(22:52):
So get ahead a lot. Like make your higher self
fucking so happy by getting clear now before you step in.
Me and my husband do this in December all the time, all the
time. And it really sets us up for
just like being super clear comeJanuary 1.
Like we know the direction we want to go into with our life,

(23:14):
our relationship, our business, everything.
It is so, so good. And December is really taking
good care of your energy, hygiene.
Yes, there's a lot going on, holiday parties, travel,
spending time with family, friends, social events, all of
the things right, but make sure that you take care of you and
your energetic self. This is where nervous system

(23:35):
regulation comes in. EFT for expansion, do breath
work for clarity, journaling foridentity writing, meditation for
quantum alignment, elevated daily rituals, your money,
relationship practices, all of this.
You want your body and your subconscious to feel safe,
ready, open, receptive and worthy.
Because your manifestations landwhen your body says yes.

(24:00):
When your body says yes. Not your mind, your body.
Because your nervous system. Every single fucking day.
All it wants to do is feel safe.It doesn't give a shit if you
are successful or not. It doesn't care if you're quote
UN quote happy or not. It cares the most about feeling
safe and it's always going to make you take the path to make

you feel safe. If you are feeling safe with
being broke or being in just shitty relationship because
that's your normal right? That's what even though it
sucks, that's what makes you feel safe.
You will never be able to have your manifestations land because
those have a different level of safety.
So that's why I practice and preach EFT tapping and breath

(24:44):
work. Those are the two things.
And that is at the core of everything inside the elevator
app wealth recalibration. It is at the core because that's
what helps you make the shift tohelp you feel safe, ready, open,
receptive, and worthy. In order to manifest, your body
has to feel safe when your body says yes, not just your mind.

Your mind is the tiniest part ofthe equation because that is
your conscious mind. That is the 5% of your brain.
95% of your life is created by your subconscious, and that's
where their nervous system rise.Just think of January as the
action month, right? It's the integration that's
taking action. December is energetic month.

I know in January, yes, we're going to host a manifest your

We will be doing all of that things.
But because I want to consider you being listening up to my

to become a new you. You need a new energetic
decision. And this is the month where the
universe is just really asking you, are you willing to release
who you were so you can become who you're meant to be?
Like imagine universe, your higher self, God, whatever it is
that you believe in. We all know there's a bigger

higher energy outside of us, butimagine if it's just, I came to
you and asked you like, are you willing to release who you were
so you can become who you're meant for?
And I bet you deep down inside, the answer is yes, even if that
yes feels a little scary becausethat is, are you willing to
release who you were? Like shit, like fuck, she has to
die. I have to, I have to leave her

behind. And we do that in a way with
love the woman this year that you were like, she got you to
where you are today, but she's not going to get you to where
you are going. So I want you to step into
January feeling clear, grounded,elevated, intentional,
regulated, powerful, magnetic. Doesn't that sound freaking

(28:14):
amazing? This is what's going to happen.
We're taking January off of the pedestal right now because I
feel like we all put it up on the pedestal.
And we all know when you put something up on a fucking
pedestal is a really far fall down when we finally get there.
And it's just not, we put so much pressure for that to be the
month. But what if we just ease into it

(28:34):
now by doing these things that you're probably going to be
doing anyway. Maybe you've already been doing.
We're just being more intentional this month.
So you're not starting from scratch, you're starting from
clarity. Here's what I would do over
these next, I don't know, 30 ishdays.
Maybe it's 2827 days, but I would use the rest of December.
This is what I would do if I wanted to transform before 2026.

(28:57):
I'm going to share with you 6 exact things that I would do
every single day for the for therest of the month.
And I swear if you actually do these, you will not even
recognize yourself by January. So the first one is is to create
a future self closet. So I want you to pick 3 outfits
that you already own. This isn't about spending money

(29:19):
that you already own that make you feel like your highest,
hottest, and most successful version of you.
Because if you don't feel good in what you're wearing every
single day, it's going to affectyour frequency and vibration and
your identity shifts through repetition.
So when you dress like the womanthat you're becoming every
single day, your brain starts believing it and fast.

(29:40):
Go to your closet, pick 3 and just put them into the rotation
every single week. And no, I'm not going to say
it's fucking cringe or like Oh my gosh she's outfit repeater.
Fuck that shit. No, it's literally this is just
about you being and feeling in your highest, hardest and most
successful version of you every single day this month, because I

(30:04):
know we maybe have days off, It's cold.
We just want to be bundled up insweats every single day.
Which by the way, we launched our Angel number sweat
loungewear collection. So I love a good hoodie and
sweatpants, but it doesn't mean you're living in it every
fucking day, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and all of
December because it's cold out. No, every single day.

(30:25):
I still put myself together. Me changing into my loungewear
is usually at the end of the daywhen I'm getting cozy from the
evening, right? But during the day, I'm putting
myself together, I'm doing my hair, my makeup, all of the
things and I'm feeling good. So keep that up because again,
it's going to affect your frequency and vibration and also
helps you like just like take better care of yourself.

(30:46):
I remember years ago I broke my book during the holidays and I
had just, I gained a ton of weight.
And then after that I was all like, I'm never letting this
happen to me again. There is no need for me to just
go off the rails during the holidays.
Stop working out, binge eating all the time.
Like I want to feel good in my clothes year round.
And I made that commitment to myself.

(31:08):
And ever since, it's feels so good to just go through the
holidays. I can throw on my favorite pair
of jeans, not feel like muffin top.
I'm not feeling puffy like I'm feeling really good.
And I really love that about myself, especially because for
like a decade prior, that was not the case for me.
So for me, it's like if I'm ableto put myself together every

(31:30):
single day and take care of my body and just feel really good,
It has completely shifted the way that I treat December and
how I show up in January and I can focus on more high level
things versus, oh gosh, I have to worry about what I'm eating
And going back to that. That's just adding more things
to my quote UN quote To Do List than if I just continued what

(31:53):
I've already been doing all year.
And now I can focus on the future, the future higher self
me. I've healed my relationship with
food and with eating. And now it's like I don't even
have to think about quote UN quote, dieting or counting
calories or anything because I made it a healthy lifestyle for
myself. So I want you to just like think
about it with yourself, with, you know, the clothes that

(32:14):
you're wearing and how you're showing up, but what you're
putting together and whether it is how you eat, workout or not,
or just do you know, 10K steps, something like that, right?
Like how can you make yourself feel the highest, hottest and
most successful version of you every single day that you
possibly can? So that's the first thing I
would do. Second thing I would do is I'd

(32:37):
replace every single song. Every time that I want to go
open Spotify and listen to music, I would replace it with
listening to subliminals, wealth, audios, subconscious
rewiring tracks, conscious rewiring tracks.
Oh my gosh, that is like the biggest tongue twister ever.
That's what I would do even whenI'm driving, walking, getting

(32:58):
ready, cleaning, all of it. Of course, you want to throw in
some podcast in there, right? Just like this one for 30 days
or till the end of December. Your subconscious gets no breaks
when I tell you this is literally the easiest way to
rewire your identity without doing extra work.
Like I want to scream it from the rooftops.

(33:20):
Whether this is your money identity, yourself, love
identity, whether it's relationship identity, whether
this is a career identity, Like truly, this is the easiest way
because you are constantly just blasting your subconscious that
is so deeply and heavily rooted in your current belief system
and old beliefs that I know havebeen holding you back.

(33:42):
It happens to all of us. Even for me, I still have
limiting beliefs that pop up. I still have old subconscious
thoughts that pop up from my oldidentity.
They're always going to pop in. But the beauty is when you are
intentionally listening to things every single day that
help you rewire your brain. Do you know how much easier it
gets to actually manifest your goals and dreams because you are

(34:05):
literally brainwashing yourself to become and be the most
confident, empowered woman that is able to then take action on
those things that you were calling in.
I'm going to plug it again like I always do, but elevate her up.

What are you doing? Because every single audio in

(34:26):
there is going to help you. I have them in every single area
of your life. No matter what you are dealing
or struggling with, there are audios in there for you and it
is the easiest thing to do. You literally open the app,
press play and listen. Even if it's just playing in the
background, you're cleaning, it's just playing in the
background. You're getting ready, it's
playing in the background. I promise you this shit will

(34:47):
rewire your subconscious mind. And even right now, we do have a
massive amazing special going onfor our yearly memberships.
It is so inexpensive. It is a joke.
Like literally when we were pricing this out, we had a sale
for Black Friday and now we haveone in December and then also

the new year. But even when I, I was saying to
my husband, I'm like, Oh my God,babe, like this.
I don't know. Like we launched it at a certain
price for Black Friday cyber money.
I'm like, babe, I'm like, this is too cheap.
Like this is too cheap. Like, what are we doing?
And we were just both like, no, like I want to make sure every
single woman on the planet, especially in my ecosystem, is

(35:29):
listening to this every single day.
It gets to be easy. And I'm not asking you to write
a million things in your journalor to create vision boards or to
go do these, you know, these crazy activities like literally
all you do is open U the A and press play.
You can even schedule the audiosand it will even OU and give you
reminders. It'll give you a push

(35:49):
notification and be like hey, your audio press play on it
right now. You get to set this up for
yourself so easy. If you want to rewire your money
identity, go start wealth recalibration.
It's a 10 days of audios. Listen to the 10 days over and
over. Like you finish the 10 days,
start again at the first day. Do that for the rest of the
month. That's what I actually did for

(36:10):
the first month of launching Wealth Recalibration.
And then now I just go in and because I now know all the
audios, obviously, but now whenever I need a little bit of
a tune up, I'm like, oh, I know I'm struggling with this today.
I need this audio. Oh, I'm struggling with just
holding overflow. I'm going to press play on day
90. I really want to anchor in my

(36:31):
wealth energy. I'm going to press play on audio
#4 so use the audios because I'mtelling you, it is literally the
easiest way that you could rewire your subconscious.
You literally don't have to do athing.
Literally, don't you just listen?
The third one kind of ties into the second one, the subliminals

(36:51):
and with audios and all that. But I would do some sort of
daily nervous system reset because like I mentioned
earlier, if your body doesn't feel safe and receiving more, it
will not, you will be blocked. It's truth.
It is an energetic thing, it is a subconscious thing.
You will literally block yourself from calling in more if
your body doesn't feel safe in receiving it.
This is why you snap back to oldpatterns with money, business or

(37:15):
relationships because your nervous system hasn't caught up
yet. So every single day I would do
at least one of the following, which is EFT tapping, breath
work, grounding outside, or getting and getting outside if
depending where you live. I know sunlight in the winter is
kind of tough to come by sometimes, but if you don't have
sunlight, get yourself a red light.

(37:35):
Red light therapy. Fucking amazing.
And then even with this daily nervous system reset, work with
the elevator app. Usually the audios, not all of
them, but there are multiple of them that include EFT tapping
and breath work. So if you're listening to those
audios, you're literally it's like a 2IN1 situation.
So you can really habit stack a lot of these things.

(37:57):
This isn't to add more to your plate.
This is the lifestyle that you're creating because the
woman you are becoming that wants more, whether it's you
want more money, you want to support more clients, you want
to build a business, you want more customers, you want to just
be really good in your career and with your coworkers and
maybe the clients that you serveor the boss that you work with,
right? Like you need to be able to have
this expansion. And the same thing goes whether

(38:19):
you're wanting to call in a relationship or a lover or
friendships, like anything that you want to call in that is
bigger and more expansive than you, we have to catch up with
ourselves energetically in orderto be able to hold that.
And This is why these things arethe secret sauce in everything
that I teach because safety creates capacity and capacity

(38:41):
creates overflow. So put that in as one of your
things and you can tie this in so easily.
Even in the morning routine likethis is what I do.
I will wake up, make my bone broth, which I'm still on a bone
broth kick. Ever since I had my explant
surgery, this is like, gosh, five months now, I drink bone
broth every single morning. And then I will sit down in

(39:01):
front of my red light. I'll have my manuscripting
journal. I will do one of my audios from
the Elevate Her app. Usually it includes tapping or
breath Rick. Maybe it's just a guided
visualization, but if I don't doan EFT or breath work in that
morning session, I will do it later in the day when I'm
usually getting started with work.
If something's coming up, I will.

(39:22):
I will tap in and breathe it out.
So that's all combined in my morning routine.
It's amazing. So none of this stuff should
take extra time. You can really have it stack all
of it to be a part of one session, which typically it
shouldn't be more, you know, than 1520 minutes if you're
using the manuscript in journal.I've timed myself it's about 7

(39:44):
minutes depending on how much you want to journal and think
about what you're journaling. But it's really a 7 minute
practice. And then adding in an audio,
which can be 10 to 15 minutes atmost.
I don't even think there, there are a few audios that maybe go
to 20, but there are far and between because I know we're all
just like busy women and it you don't need that long to really
help you visualize and get centered and aligned with your

(40:07):
goals for the day. But these sessions that you can
have it stack in shouldn't take much time.
It all comes down to discipline.And every single morning or day
you're going to have that voice.I'll do it later.
You're too busy right now. I don't feel like doing it.
But I just want you to think about every single time you have
that voice pop in, that is literally your old identity

(40:28):
keeping you where you are. She's the one that's holding you
back with those thoughts. And I always tell myself
whenever those thoughts pop in, I literally tell myself, wow,
the fact that I just thought that or felt that way about not
wanting to do something that I know is going to make me better,
it just, I doubled down like, fuck, I really need to go do

(40:49):
that today. I really need to go do that
right now because my old versionof me, the one that I'm
currently outgrowing, she's fucking holding me back.
So there's something here that needs, I need to work through,
work on or just release or just like step into, you know what I
mean? It's like breaking through that
ceiling of stepping into your higher self.
Going on to the 4th thing I would invest this month.

(41:10):
I would invest in one thing thatscares me a little.
This can be a mentor, a mastermind, a course, a retreat,
a move, something that stretchesyour identity because the
universe responds to commitment,not hesitation.
And the moment that you put yourenergy behind your next level,

(41:32):
your reality starts rearranging to match it.
So I want you to think about when is the last time that you
did something like this where you invested into yourself?
It could also be like, even if it is getting the yearly
membership for the elevator app,I, I consider that an investment
too, because for some of you, like that could be a big
investment. Buying the manuscripting journal

(41:54):
could be a big investment. But do something that truly
stretches your identity. You're not here to play small in
order to get to where you're going.
Like you got to fucking step outof your comfort zone.
So just think about maybe this month you've seen over the last
couple weeks, maybe you have some coaches or mentors or
masterminds or something in yourspace that you've been watching

(42:14):
and considering and like, oh, I want to do that.
I don't know. We also have something that's
going to be coming up in Januarythat I'm very, very excited
about. I just want to maybe throw it
out there right now. It's going to be maybe something
about a little bit of a money boot camp.
We will see. I'll be releasing the details on
that soon. But that could be an investment
that you make. Just think about what's really

(42:36):
going to stretch you, what's going to support you and your
goals in 2026. Whenever I have invested in
myself, I've invested 40 + 1000 in masterminds.
I've invested 20 + 1000 in masterminds for the year.
I've invested in coaches and mentors, going to events and
retreats and all sorts of stuff.And every single time I do that,

(42:57):
the transformation happened in the transaction.
It's crazy. It wasn't necessarily like of
course I learned things and all those things, but literally it
happened in the transaction. If you've never invested in
yourself before, let me tell you, never fear about am I going
to learn enough? This is going to be no if
fucking happens in the transaction.
It is insane because it's literally your declaration to

(43:18):
the universe that hey, this is what I want to do.
I know you're going to support me through this.
I know this is the best and whatI need for my highest timeline.
The magic starts there. It is insane.
If you've never experienced it before, it is time for you to
pick something that scares you alittle.
And I'm not telling you to go out and spend $40,000 on a
mastermind or $100,000 on a coach because yes, that's

(43:41):
there's a lot of people out there charging a fucked ton of
money. I want you to be smart, but I
want you to also stretch yourself because when you do
that, it truly is going to elevate you.
And then if you're like, shoot, I don't know.
I don't have really a mentor, mastermind or anything that I
really want to tap into yet. Girl, come on my retreat.
Come on, my retreat coming in Tulum, Sedona, let's get you

(44:05):
there. Telling you it will be a life
changing experience for you, no doubt.
That's what I would do. Pick one thing this month, one
thing that stretches you a little, a little bit of outside
of your comfort zone. Then the fifth thing that I
would do is I'd also upgrade onething that you use every single
day. And I know this might seem weird

(44:25):
or strange, but I'm talking maybe it's your daily water
bottle or mug, or your perfume, or your makeup or your journal,
your skin care, a towel, the sheets on your bed.
Now I want you to do this because small upgrades tell your
subconscious I'm the kind of woman that gets to have nice
things. And those tiny shifts change how

(44:48):
you move, think, and receive. So I'm not telling you to go
spend a fuck ton of money on changing all that.
No, I just want you to pick one thing.
Pick one thing that you use every single day.
Maybe in a week or two, maybe pick something else you can add
on, maybe a thing a week, I don't know.
Or maybe just do one for the month, whatever you can.
This doesn't mean you have to gospend tons of money on these

(45:10):
things. I have this amazing water bottle
that I use for the gym and then it kind of turns into if I don't
finish my water in the gym, it turns into my house bottle until
it's done. But I'm fucking obsessed with
it. I absolutely love it.
There's nothing special. It's not a Stanley or anything
like that, but it's just like it's a vibe that makes me so
excited. And I know any time that I've
bought even like some new makeupor a lipstick, a bag, a bag is

(45:34):
always called. But you know that feeling of
something that you use every dayand it just brings you so much
joy. It is cool.
It's a really cool feeling. And again, you get to be the
woman who gets to have nice things.
It's a tiny shift, but it's sucha big 10, especially with
sheets, bed sheets. Oh, I feel like I'm buying new

(45:54):
bed sheets like every six ish months and I just keep getting
better and better. And I just feel so luxurious
when I go to bed, you know, or maybe it's a robe that you use
every single day. Just figure out that one thing
that you just want to upgrade and like treat yourself in a way
that's just going to make you feel like the queen that you
are. And then the last and final

(46:15):
thing that I would do, this one is the most powerful one and
that is the three decision rule.So starting today, I want you to
make three decisions as your 2026 self.
Three decisions. And honestly, what would be
really cool is start tracking them and the notes app of your

(46:38):
phone, or maybe you can text them to yourself every single
day just so this is very much top of mind.
I think this would be a really cool diary to have of the
decisions that you're making every day.
And then just see how it pans out in 2026.
Now, what do I mean by making these three decisions?
It could be as simple as what doI wear today?

(46:59):
Like you go into your closet in the morning.
It's like what is my higher selfwearing today?
What does mean is 2026 meet doing today?
What would you say yes to? What are you done with
tolerating? Are you putting up a boundary
somewhere? What are you investing in?
What are you spending on? How do you respond?
So do this till the end of December 3 decisions that you

(47:20):
make as your 2026 self. You can even say your higher
self, but your 2026 self, who isthis one that you stepping into?
Because I swear you do all of these things throughout the rest
of this month. You will collapse timelines so
fast you will not recognize yourown life.

(47:41):
It's going to be so incredible if you commit to this.
