(01:55):
It's my way of saying thankyou for helping kickoff money
simplified and spreading the word.
So let's get to the episode.
We're talking about strategy today.
So strategy in my world is not, again, that cookie cutter framework.
You have to do X, Y, Z, therigidness that you see elsewhere.
(02:17):
I build simple, sustainable systemsfor tracking income, managing
expenses, using your money wisely, both personally and in your business.
This is not about.
Budgeting to restrict and budgetingbeing a four letter word for people and
feeling like you have to cut things out.
It's about creating a rhythm.
(02:39):
A system that reflects your values, helps you feel in control and
actually works with your real life.
We build this in layers too, sothat like life happens, it doesn't
throw you completely off track.
It's not just aboutlike getting organized.
We're creating a money system that givesyou breathing room, supports your goals,
(03:01):
and puts you in the driver's seat withoutturning your life into a spreadsheet.
Because while it's not allabout the money, we do have
to know where things are at.
You can't be the powerful CEO.
You can't be, , have an unstoppablelife, be unstoppable with money when
you don't know where things are at.
I've got four key systems that I talkabout here within the strategy four
(03:26):
strategy systems that I wanna cover.
And we're gonna, I'm gonna give you likea brief glimpse into all four of 'em.
Okay?
The first one's gonnabe budgeting simplified.
That's your personal budgeting system, and here's the key to tell if your
personal budgeting system works.
Alright?
The first thing thatyour personal budgeting.
(03:49):
You are the three rules for successwith the personal budgeting system.
Okay?
It has to work for inconsistent income.
As an entrepreneur,your income fluctuates.
Does your budget handle it?
Well, I guess the first ruleis having a budget and then we
need to redefine like budgeting.
It is not just tracking your expenses.
(04:09):
Budgeting is setting the intentionbeforehand of where your money goes.
Okay?
Tracking expenses is areactionary after the fact.
That's not a budget, okay?
First rule of success.
Your budget has to be able tohandle inconsistent income.
Second rule of success, it hasto be able to scale with you.
(04:29):
You are looking to scaleyour income, right?
You're looking to continue to grow.
Your budget should be able to dothat with you without you having to
sit there and refigure everythingbecause you're set up for success.
And this is kind of a mindsetstrategy here as well.
Like, you know what you would do,the things are already in place, so
(04:51):
you're, you are ready to receive it.
My favorite way to do this is throughpercentage based budgeting, which
of course, my personal budgetingsystem budgeting simplified is
a percentage based budgeting.
System.
Okay.
The third rule of successwithin your personal budget
is it has to work without you.
(05:12):
Like it has to be able to do, you haveto have systems in place that you are
not doing every little thing again, we'renot tying ourselves to a spreadsheet
all the time, and we have systems builtinto check in with the system, whether
it's our Daily Money Minute, it's ourweekly check-in, it's our month, and
we have these roll up systems thatare life proof because if you miss
(05:33):
one, you've got something else coming.
But it's set up that it doesn'ttake you hands on all the time.
You're still, you're the CEOof your personal finances.
The second core system that we work onwithin, the strategy side here, this
is gonna be part of the profitablemoney systems, is prosperity simplified.
(05:54):
This is our business budgeting system.
Now, there are so many great systemsout there, like Profit First.
Um, that's probably the biggestone that I see and hear about.
From the business side is profitfirst, and it's a fantastic system.
It works.
But I know that, again, going backto the premise of the show, we had
to simplify things because you arenot necessarily a numbers person.
(06:18):
And even if you love numbers, Idon't know about you, but I don't
wanna be tied to a spreadsheet anddoing these things all the time.
And this is like what I do, right?
Like I have done for you services andwe do the bookkeeping and the fractional
CFO, like we have those things in place.
But I don't wanna bedoing it all the time.
We have to have the system.
And the biggest thing that I seeshow up for people when it comes to
(06:40):
the business is they don't feel likethey really have to have a budget.
Especially in the onlineentrepreneur space.
We feel like we have to almost like it.
It's out of reach.
Like, okay, when I hit thenext level, then I'll do this.
We think that we know it.
Or bank account budgeting, maybe likewe're looking at the bank account,
we're not really keeping eyes on it.
(07:03):
We don't know how much we'reactually spending and when we
don't know what's going on, we havedouble expenses that are billing.
You're missing things.
You might be turning more of a profitthan you realize, and you might be making
less of a profit than you realize becausewe don't have the systems in place.
So this isn't something that youhave to hit a certain income level
or a certain time in businessto be able to have in place.
(07:26):
And the thing that I love aboutprosperity simplify because I work
with a lot of entrepreneurs thatmaybe they're still working on getting
profitable in their business, andthere's nothing wrong with that.
I wanna make that very clearright now because a lot of people
don't turn a profit very quickly.
There's nothing wrong with that.
(07:46):
You are finding a way to fund this, and this is your long-term vision and
you see what's going to happen, youknow that you're gonna be successful.
It's just a matter of time.
That is freaking powerful and Idon't discount that at all, but I
created the Prosperity SimplifiedSystem with that person in mind
because we feel like we have to wait.
We have to get to the placewhere we're going to have that
(08:10):
success that we need, right?
And then we'll need a budget.
That is absolutely not true.
There's so much power when youhave the prosperity simplified
system, that strategy supportsystem in place, because then you
can go do way more with your money.
You know what's coming, you'reready to receive it again.
(08:32):
I think that's the second time I'vesaid this already, um, in this episode.
Okay.
The third, um, strategy systemthat I wanted to highlight today
in this episode is your books.
Accounting, bookkeeping, whatever you wanna call it.
And the biggest pitfall I see withbookkeeping is feeling like you
(08:53):
need to earn the support again.
Like we have to hit that certainincome level before I can do
it, or that it's not important.
And you just kind of slide by, whetherit's just using an Excel spreadsheet
and figuring it out, or you've gotQuickBooks set up and you don't really
have any clue what's going on, youput it on the back burner until tax
season comes once a year and that.
(09:14):
Strategy is sabotaging you when youare clear when this is taken care of.
And one of the biggest things Isee, like bookkeeping is not as
expensive as some people think it is.
There are obviously very expensivebookkeepers out there, but one of the
things that I hear from my bookkeepingclients all the time is like, I
(09:36):
wish I would've done this sooner.
And they don't realize howattainable it is because this is
such a. Weight on your shoulders.
It's taking up brain space.
Like you can't focus on yourbusiness because in the back of
your head you don't know like, okay,am am I really set up correctly?
Am I really a true entrepreneur?
(09:58):
Am I authentic?
Like authentic is notthe word I'm looking.
Are you valid?
Like we feel thesethings when they're not.
When this strategy, the systemisn't in place, we feel it.
And it affects your mindset andyour energetics, which are the
other two modalities we're gonnaget to in the next few weeks.
(10:19):
But the systems herestill have to be in place.
We still have to prioritize them.
It's not this one day I'll have it.
We have these things in place, andthe key is not creating meaning
around it because we avoid the money.
We don't wanna have a personal budget,we don't wanna have a business budget.
We don't wanna get help withour books because we're creating
meaning about what the numbers mean.
(10:42):
They're just numbers.
And we'll work on the meaning withthe mindset and the energetics.
You see how we need all three of these?
But you have to have the systems in place.
The last one that I wanted tohighlight would be like debt payoff.
And this is really simple to do.
We've done episodes in the paston, you know, which debt payoff
(11:02):
strategy is the best and et cetera, and really new slash they all work.
It's like, which one will work for you?
And I give my thoughts onwhich one I think will work.
Um, but the key with this one andlike so many of the other systems
we've talked about with the strategiestoday is within the mindset.
Like, we can give you this, but.
(11:24):
It doesn't matter, andyou're not successful unless
we have the other pieces.
Okay?
These things aren't rigid, it'snot spreadsheet heavy, like these
systems are important, okay?
We gotta have these strategies in place.
And for a long time, I've had alot of the bite-sized strategies.
(11:46):
I've taken pieces out because Iwanted to give you pieces of the
puzzle to help you get into momentum.
But what I've realized is.
That's not working.
So, , we are going to havea, a simplifying sale.
. So what we're gonna do is there'sseveral of the, . Bite-sized workshops,
the bite-sized systems that retiring, they're not going to be available
(12:10):
as standalone products anymore.
They're still absolutely gonna bepart of it in Money Master Academy
and the Unstoppable Experience.
Those are my two main programs.
For you to work with me.
Money Mastery Academy has all thefoundational support, , all the
foundational systems and trainingwith a little bit of support and
the unstoppable experience hasmore hands on support with it.
(12:33):
Okay.
But the simplifying sale,go to work with Aimee.com.
Yeah, work with Aimee.com.
That's where we'll host it.
If you wanna grab one of those, uh.
Pieces before they disappear.
Um, and yeah, we're gonnado a flash sale on 'em.
(12:54):
I'm gonna have 'em like 50% off.
Let you have last time accessbefore we simplify the offers.
Right?
That's a fun as well.
Okay, let's see in my notes here.

Okay, now, before we wrap uptoday, I wanted to quickly share,
because I know we've talked a lot.
We, we talked about strategy today.
(13:36):
That was the theme, right?
These four key systems.
But I have a client whoimplemented, really two of them.
Okay.
Budgeting, simplified prosperity, simplified systems, and she had
tried budgeting systems in the past.
She had learned things, you know,we got YouTube, we got other
programs, all of those things.
(13:56):
She had looked at 'em, but what shesaid was, my system was the simplest.
She had ever seen, like, and it madesense, so she was able to implement
it and it saved her marriage.
They were in such a better placeafter they were able to get clear on
(14:19):
their money with these two systems.
She had so many of theother things in place.
She just needed the rightsystem, the right strategy to
put it in place and things.
Shifted so dramatically for them becausethey put the budgeting simplified and the
prosperity simplified system in place, like they knew where things were at.
(14:40):
In fact, they were able to takea pay cut and there wasn't at
attention because they knew theywere okay because of these systems.
These strategies are so key, but they'renot the urgent flashy things that we see.
Like we have to prioritizethe things that are important.
(15:00):
Because it's not the red light flashingon your dashboard, but it's so important.
So your action step here,I'd love to hear from you.
