CVMA R2 2025-26 Season Race Recap [S2 E30]

Chuckwalla Valley Motorcycle Association's 2025 Race Series second round (CVMA R2) took place at Chuckwalla Raceway on Nov 1 and 2, running counter clockwise and was preceded by Friday practice, which was staffed and run by Apex Assasins.

This round, Moto America pros joined after their season completed, some theatrical races, podium finishes, and a few helicopter exits.

There were 15 races on Saturday and 18 races on Sunday. At the time of this recording all positions are provisional, but they should update to final in a few days. You can check on CVMAracing.com or SpeedHive for results.

I gathered three of the people who help behind the scenes to make CVMA come together seamlessly:  Steven Ludwig and Stu “Stu-Man” with CVMA Race Operations, and Ana Mata with Honu Marshals.

I also gave spotlight to two vendors who came out to support the riders:  Randy Savia with 619 Kneedraggerz and Bobby Loo with Motorrev Suspension Tuning.

My racer lineup featured 6 racers:  Gio Alvarez, Ian Tam, Krino Pan, Tim Powers, Ana Mata, and Joe Caudillo.

I worked really hard on making this come to life on a short deadline and I want to thank the people who showed up and helped by sitting down for interviews with me.
