This is it, everyone. The finale of season one. Things will be forever drastically altered from this point forward. This week we're only covering two episodes, but they're so good that we spend close to two hours talking about them. First up is "Salvation", in which Sam and Dean hook up with John Winchester to go after the demon, only to be abandoned (again) shortly afterwards. The second episode is "Devil's Trap", which is just incredible. It introduces a bunch of things to the lore of the show, and we finally have a showdown with the main villain: JOHN WINCHESTER!
Next week we'll be covering all of the extras on the S1 blu-ray, as well as answering YOUR QUESTIONS and responding to YOUR COMMENTS. If you're reading this on the day it came out, hurry up and send stuff in! You can email us at monsteroftheweekpodcast@gmail.com or just hit up the Contact page on our website. We'll even take Facebook and Twitter messages! Hell, if you ask nice enough, we'll send you Chris' phone number and you can just text him.
