Awakening your inner spring, what even is productivity, & holy moly its been a year since COVID

Im feeling this spring energy rising. I'm also in deep reflection of what the has unfolded over the past year since the beginnings of COVID. In this episode I touch on what even is productivity, and how to step into the feminine in those thoughts. I talk about spring, and how the awakening feels in my body. Ways to manifest goodness as this new year begins. Really tuning into the body and sacral center. So blessed to be here, one year after the loss of my job. Hibernation is melting away and I'm feeling like those little tulips popping out of the dirt as the sun kisses them awake. <3
