In this episode Ellie, my soul universe connection of a human who inspires me daily, and I chat about all things hormonal birth control. This is a controversial topic, and we are not medical professionals, but we still get vulnerable and deep about our experiences with BC and what it means for us to be off this sh*t.  We chat about normalizing talk, getting more intuitive with your body, and the craze of BC. I toss in a little conspiracy theory I have around the whole thing, Altho I choose to not be a conspiracy theorist, I feel really passionate about this topic!
