Every day our lungs are filling with oxygen rich air. We rarely think about it, but this action keeps us alive and without it, we would perish. In the same way, prayer is vital to our spiritual lives. In Matthew 5, Jesus gives us instruction of how to pray and have a talking relationship with our Father. What is your relationship to prayer?
