This episode is a download for how things have been going with our oldest and her mental illness... heads up, it has been rough BUT I am turning a positive page on this frustrating story! Things have been hitting our marriage but gladly understand what is needed to push through this tough time. I have also been big on getting things tidy, how to make that easier, and getting things decluttered... including my brain (therapy entering the story soon!). We all go through really hard times and we can choose to allow it to pull us down or try to see the gifts these times are giving us!
