Why is it so hard to wrap our minds around how doing less can create more?? Mother’s are so conditioned to give all they have and work until burn out. This can stem from a scarcity mindset and pressures placed on us by society. It is possible to let go a little and do less in order to create more but it takes relearning and being intentional.
