Chivonne’s incredible story of transforming her own life from losing her first marriage, her home, multiple miscarriages and herself to rebuilding her life, her family, and a successful business is inspiring. Chivonne’s personal experience coupled with her work is the inspiration behind her daring mission to teach others that they can transform their lives from the inside out.

Her impactful work has transformed the lives of thousands, from youth and their families, the incarcerated population and parolees as well as hundreds of unhoused veterans. She has spoken nationally and internationally to groups of women, both great and small about how to transform one’s life.

Chivonne’s journey birthed The Mosaic Refinery, an organization where the mission is to harness the transformative power of embracing our brokenness, using it as a catalyst for growth and refinement. Chivonne believes that beautiful things grow in hard places and she takes people on a journey, seamlessly blending personal stories with her mental health expertise to guide women through the refining process from brokenness to whole and beautiful.
