Laurie shared her insights and practical advice on navigating the complexities of being a caregiver while also prioritizing one's own well-being. For over 24 years, she has dedicated herself to being a full-time caregiver, starting her journey at just 5 years old by assisting her disabled brother with care.

In our conversation, Laurie emphasized the profound impact of caregiving on individuals and families, and she provided valuable strategies for maintaining balance and finding support during such demanding times. Her wealth of knowledge on this subject is truly invaluable, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share her wisdom with you.
