Remember, It’s the Love Yourself Month - the celebration of Self-love and romance month. Did you love yourself enough this week and did you treat yourself well? I did something special and It was spectacular.
I am going to remind you every week what self-love is:
Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and desires and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. People pleasers of the world – take a vacation!
What is it that you truly desire for your life? So many of us sometimes just settle and say, oh well these are the cards I was dealt. I believe, and it’s my belief that we have the ability to achieve that which we truly desire. And, we do that through taking small steps each day.
Let’s talk about your desires. Oh wow, here she goes giving us more definitions. Hey, it’s just another way to look at things.
Desires are simply a strong feeling of wanting to have something or wishing for something to happen and according to Professor Steven Reiss from Ohio State University, there are 16 basic human desires that guide nearly all meaningful human behavior.
