The world tells us that doing more and hustling harder will lead to the life of our dreams. If you just had more stuff and more significance from all your accomplishments, life would be fulfilling. But this runs counter to God's Word.
While God calls us to work, He also calls us to rest. The Old Testament is full of God-given rules about keeping a Sabbath, and while we no longer function under the Levitical Law, Jesus set many beautiful examples of resting and praying to His Father. So what can we learn from that?
