MoviePod is a podcast about reclaimed cinema. The films covered are ones that have had a noticeable shift in reception since their initial release. These include cult films that have a die-hard fandom that have rejected the critics. It also includes films have been claimed by communities and subcultures as representation. Hosted by Brian Wishart, a film buff in Canada. Each week I will be joined by a guest. I will also have bonus episodes that cover various topics. MoviePod 1.0 is ending. A new era is approaching as the format changes next week as MoviePod becomes a podcast about reclaimed cinema.
On the season finale of MoviePod, I am joined by two Taylor Swift superfans to discuss Taylor Swift's concert film as was the Eras tour itself. Listen to this instead of Taylor Swift's new album! I haven't heard it yet but it can't be as good as a discussion with my sister and friend!
