Eleni joins me today to discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion in the UAE and beyond. We discuss why she left her corporate career to begin her journey as an entrepreneur and why diversity, equity, and inclusion are critical for organizations looking to internationalize. We explain what DEI means, and the mistakes organizations often make when trying to achieve it. Eleni shares her passion for youth, the education system, and her perspective on how the education system can create strategies to remain relevant in today’s fast-changing society. We also discuss how traveling to different countries can impact your worldview.
