Joining me is Reverend Dr. Michael Christie, Pastor of Zion First Baptist Church, Middletown, CT and Chaplaincy Supervisor with the Connecticut Department of Corrections (DOC). He is a counselor and teaches mindfulness for trauma, addiction, stress, personal transformation, faith and spirituality.
