Keegan is the Director of Education for the Brand X Method and explains to us what Physical Literacy is and why it is important in any youth program. This is a component of Physical Education and youth training that I don't hear about often enough, but I think it should be at the core of what we do with kids. In a world where kids are specializing in sport at a younger age every year, it is increasingly important for this kids to develop a broad and solid base of movement.
