342. Why I Power Off My Phone for 12 Hours A Day & Why I Think Humanity is in Big Trouble

Technology has consumed our culture in America and it is only getting worse. Recently I found myself down the social media rabbit hole and it consumed my life. So in order to combat social media addiction I have started completely turning off my phone for 12 hours a day from 6 pm - 8 am. IT is amazing how freeing it feels to be doom scrolling on facebook for hours at a time. I sleep better, I am more present with my family, and I am way completing more business tasks than ever before. There is no phone call so important with lawn care that it can't wait until the work day.
