Luckily, I felt just that when I looked across the room and first saw Kiebpoli Calnek at a Black Podcasters Association party. Kiebpoli [KAY-PO-LEE] is  a trans-masculine, gender-expansive queer Black creative, writer and director, born and raised in New York City.
