Hey there, Kim here! Today, I’m flying solo and diving into a topic that’s been buzzing around my conversations lately. It’s something I’m calling "stress dysmorphia". If you’re familiar with body dysmorphia, stress dysmorphia is kind of like that, but with stress. It’s where you don’t really recognize or acknowledge how much stress is impacting you. I’m sharing my personal experiences with it and some insights on this phenomenon and how it might be impacting you too!
