Wende Whitus, author of Your Rhythm of Rest and Reflection, works in the film industry as a freelance location scout. She credits her success in discovering her dream job to one thing: setting aside one day every month to reflect, rest, and plan.
Wende is passionate about teaching others how they, too, can maximize their potential and design their best lives by taking regular Personal Retreat Days.
Wende and her husband reside in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and they are the proud parents of two grown daughters who live nearby.
