Carol contou que o que a impulsionou a ir morar no país foi uma relacionamento que ela tinha a distância, mas o que a fez decidir ficar em solos franceses foi a conclusão de um mestrado.
Dona de um gato bilíngue, Francis, para os franceses e Francisco, para os falantes de português, ela se diz apaixonada pela cidade de Lyon e acredita ter encontrado o seu lugar no mundo.
A assistente de seguros conversou com o podcast sobre como existe um preconceito no exterior, com nomes que não são locais, e como adotar o sobrenome de seu ex-marido foi uma estratégia para que ela fosse chamada com mais facilidade para entrevistas de emprego.
