Jay Abney is the Senior Director of Maintenance and Technical Education, leading the National Maintenance Operations Department for Greystar North America.
Jay oversees the policies, procedures and technical training for over 10k Service team members and provides support and mentorship to 65 Regional Maintenance Managers and Regionalized Directors of Maintenance, who in turn, support a US portfolio of over 3,000 communities with 1 million units under current management.
Jay is also a part of Greystar’s Learning & Development Department.
