Brian McGlawn is the Regional Director of Facilities & Engineering Services at Bozzuto
Management, bringing over two decades of experience in the facilities and engineering sector.
Since entering the industry in 2004, Brian has worked at every level within maintenance and
facilities operations, developing a well-rounded expertise that drives his leadership today.
He earned his Bachelors degree in Business Management, along with a Certificate in General
Management, from the University of Phoenix in 2018. In 2024, Brian furthered his professional
credentials by obtaining his Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) certification
from AFE.
Brian’s career began after he obtained his HVAC certification from Lincoln Tech, and his passion
for development and mentorship has always been at the heart of his work. He believes that the
best gift one can give is helping others realize their gifts and reach their full potential.
Outside of his professional life, Brian is an active member of his local church, where he serves
alongside his family. A proud husband and father of two, Brian enjoys traveling and attending
live events with his loved ones, always seeking to create lasting memories together.
