We've reached our last Amityville text as we look at the long-delayed Dimension release, Amityville: The Awakening (shot in 2014; released in 2017) starring Bella Thorne, Cameron Monaghan, and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
This one is interesting: it's another DeFeo film, but in this world, the other Amityville films we've discussed exist!
