On May 10, 1990, 4 year old Jessica Martinez was playing out front with her brother while their stepfather supervised through the window. He turned his back for a few minutes and Jessica was gone.

On May 21st, her tiny body was discovered by a farm worker less than 15 miles from her apartment complex.
