In 2008, 24 year old software engineer, Arpana Jinaga was brutally murdered after hosting a party on Halloween night with fellow residents of the Valley View Apartments in Redmond Washington. A man by the name of Emanuel Fair was arrested in connection with her murder, but he has since been found not guilty of the crime. Will her murder ever be solved?
