For the latest episode of the Music City San Francisco Podcast, we switch things up a little as our producer Albert Lopez takes the chair to interview two friends of the show. First, we sit down with Nilo Ayele, of the band Namorados Da Lua, to pay tribute to their recently departed forever bass player, Elvis de Souza who left us a few weeks ago. The band plays at Music City San Francisco as a tribute to their dear friend and the legacy he's left behind. Then Albert is joined with his old friend Baz Francis, the international singer/songwriter, who lives in the UK but is in the Bay touring and spends some time with us sharing his unique take on the world along side his unique sound. Baz plays an original song for us in the podcast studio as he and Albert discuss everything from music to the current state of the political world. You can find both Baz and Nilo's music on YouTube as well as Spotify.  Guests:Nilo AyeleBaz Francis Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
